The pros of this condo was the wonderful location in orient bay. Very close to the beach and restaurants and facilities. Very quiet and beautiful private outdoor space with a nice table for eating outdoors.The layout of the condo was nice. Also a prompt response from host due to no internet connection on our arrival. The cons: A few things needed repairs. Our bedroom closet door was not working on one side. The drawers in bathroom not all opening. The patio door lock is not working. U need to close the screen every time u leave the condo. The double sinks in one of the rooms were clogged. All minor things and easy fixes would be nice to be addressed in the future.

Excellent Orient beach stay

Property was very clean. Easy to find. Location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Orient village restaurants and shops. Beach right across the street. Quiet at night. The only issue was low water pressure, probably not owners fault. But saying that, we would definitely stay there again.

7th visit did not disappoint!

Overall a great visit. This was our 7th visit to the Orient beach area. A few hiccups this time with power outages, and low water pressure, but from what I understand from others, it seems to be the new state of affairs on the island, and was not specific to this condo complex at all. The condo was well appointed, kitchen was great for cooking, and the area was quiet.

Orient Bay Apartment

The apartment was very nice and clean. The description was not correct regarding the bathrooms. There were 2 bathrooms with showers but only one toilet in the hallway. Might be a French thing but for an American it wasn't a correct description. The location was perfect for beach and dining.

Excellent beach property

This condo is a charming oasis, with easy access to the active beach. Behind the patio/yard is a shared pool, and a gate to access the beach. There are several restaurants & bars, bakery, liquor store, and grocery stores in walking distance. The beach has water sports, volleyball, and loungers/umbrellas available. The proximity to the beach was why I booked. The unit is comfortably furnished, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and has a water kettle, coffee pot, Nespresso, juicer, blender, toaster, and microwave as accessories; plus built-in clothes washer and range. The bedrooms have individual showers, with a shared WC. Beach and bathroom towels are provided. There is a good amount of closet space. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. For Americans - if you forget your power adapter, one has been provided in the living room. Also, if there are issues locking a door, lift the handle. It’s a French thing… The patio with a dining area and loungers was my favorite space to relax with a cup of tea. The yard is separated from others with hedges. It was a perfect space to enjoy Orient Bay Beach. I would happily return to this unit when vacationing in St Martin. The island is so friendly, I know I will return.
