This is a very comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The pool was welcome and refreshing after longs days at the beach. The a/c worked really effectively in all rooms. So it was always very comfortable. This is very family friendly but there were just two of us. The host could not have been more flexible and responsive to all questions and support on check in and checking out. She made things very easy and I was kept well informed throughout the reservation, check in, and check out steps. While the ad states a walk to Orient Beach we didn't find that and were told we're better off taking the short drive. The location is a short drive to Orient, Grand Case, Happy Bay, and Friar's beach. The restaurants in Grand Case were terrific. A very positive experience throughout.

Magnificent villa in the perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Villa Tibo, the lush garden, magnificent views of the surrounding hills and the refreshing pool really made our stay memorable. We loved getting baguettes and croissants in the morning from the best bakery of the island less than a 10 mins walk away. The villa is beautifully decorated and well-stocked and we didn’t miss anything and even when the city water was momentarily cut off, we had water from the reservoir. We really recommend staying at Villa Tibo, the perfect base to explore Saint Martin and its amazing cuisine.

Excellent stay

Stayed for a week. Very hospitable owners, everything as advertised. Everything works and is clean. Could not recommend more. Will definitely rent again if we return to SXM.

Our family had the most amazing time in St. Martin and during our stay at Villa Tibo. We enjoyed the pool & patio, the open layout to kitchen, overall cleanliness and location of Villa Tibo. Mahoani greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay at Villa Tibo again on our next trip to The Friendly Island!

Wonderful Stay Near Orient Bay

We had a lovely time at Villa Tibo! The listing was exactly as described. The property had everything we could ask for (and more!). the outdoor space was marvelous and the rooms were comfortable/spacious. Communication with Mahoani was great and she was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was GREAT and close to everything including downtown Orient Bay with the fabulous restaurants and nightlife. The house itself was quiet and tranquil. We will def be back!

very beautiful house and garden

Everything is at least as nice as described. In quiet residential area and the supermarket in the near distance, as well as Marigot, beaches and nice restaurants. Self-cooking is also possible, sufficiently equipped and barbecue in the garden. Nice large terrace and pool. There are also many animals to discover in the garden, whether hummingbirds, iguanas or turtles. All very nice. Can be recommended 100% Also very nice owners!

Wonderful location in a lovely gated community. The house was renovated nicely, the backyard is a gem, and we enjoyed having morning coffee or dinner in the breezy covered porch surrounded by tropical plants. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had dishes and all needed to cook/prepare meals. We also liked that there was an espresso machine and kettle. A/c in all the rooms. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room and roller shades in all the rooms and the bedrooms was great. The house was so aesthetic and it was nice to stay there! Closet space in both rooms. Finally the host was so lovely and easy to communicate with throughout our visit!! We had self check in and check out and that was also seamless. super-U supermarket is a few minutes away, and the orient bay village restaurant area is also less than 10 minutes away. Anse Marcel is also very close to the neighborhood. The only issue we had that is worth mentioning is that there is no door to the bathroom from the bedroom in the master suite. This is clearly a thought out choice because there is room for a door or at the very least pocket doors like for a closet. While some couples might not mind or even prefer this openness and shared intimacy, it was an inconvenience for us (we like privacy in a bathroom). Because we were traveling with our kids we had flexibility and sometimes used the second bathroom. All in all we warmly recommend this house rental and know it will enhance a vacation to this lovely island!!!

Bien mais peut être tellement mieux

Sur le papier top, mais déçu du rapport qualité/ prix. (3 nuits 1232 pour 4 personnes)Voilà une petite liste des petits points qui nous ont marqué. - pas de serviette à la douche pour les cheveux juste serviette corps et pour les mains - balai à wc propreté douteuse - pas de pression dans les douches si les 2 sont allumés en même temps - sdb individuel la marche est hyper dangereuse nous avons failli plusieurs fois tomber et nous faire mal. - sdb individuel évier (siphon) sale - chb individuel pas de prise pour brancher la lampe de chevet, toujours dans cette chambre individuel porte manteau déposer sur la table de chevet à notre arrivée, étagère du placard non fixé nous l’avons pris plusieurs fois sur le nez. - un seul sac poubelle dans la cuisine, un seul cendrier - coupure d’eau (courant aux Antilles mais obliger de demander si une cuve est dispo et eau marron en sortie de cuve) - vider les poubelles et enlever les draps à ce prix là nous paraît un peu abusé. Pts positif : La piscine top, les bouteilles d’eau et le café mis à disposition extra, les serviettes de piscine. La propreté du sol et des vitres nickels. Le contact est joignable par whatsapp facilement et la remise des clés très fluide. La localisation est parfaite pour rejoindre rapidement tous les spots incontournables de l’île. 2 petites tortues et un iguane nous ont tenus compagnie pendant notre séjour.

Séjour magnifique

Un énorme merci à Mahoani et sa famille pour le séjour. L’endroit est tellement parfait, bien situé, dans un portail sécurisé, la maison est sublime et toute équipée. Je recommande fortement cette demeure. Idéal pour une famille. Voyage parfait avec mon mari et mes deux filles de 3 ans et 1 an.

Merveilleux!

La Villa est tout simplement parfaite pour passer des vacances de rêve. Les photos sont très représentatives de la réalité. Le logement sécurisé est très propre, bien aménagé et équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la beauté du jardin avec piscine. Très bien située et près de toutes les commodités, il est facile de partir en voiture à la découverte de l’île. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette propriété et n’hésiterons pas à y retourner et à la recommander à nos parents et amis.. Merci à Mahoani pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité à répondre à nos questions.

wow, where do I start!

This property is awesome and truly an experience we will keep with us forever! Again, where do I start...The house it's self is very well maintained and very inviting. The outside space is also top notch, from the beautiful plants, BBQ area and modern swimming pool! The indoor/outdoor living spaces were so nice we almost didn't want to leave to explore the beautiful island. The location of the property is also awesome, close to great restaurants, grocery store and the beautiful Orient Beach! The hosts of this property hands down are the best host we have had in a property rental. From the Lemmon grass tea that was given to my wife in the morning to the fresh coconuts we were greeted with in the afternoon, it was a total experience that has me ready to book my next stay in Saint Martin at Villa Tibo! Thanks for having us and see you soon!

Great property on a Friendly Island :)

This is a well maintained property in a gated community. Good proximity to couple of beaches and a great French bakery :) , but really there is nothing far on the island. Communication with Mahoani was excellent. She provided so much information for us prior to our visit and was very helpful and responsive during the visit. Overall great place to stay.
