Located CLOSE TO EVERYTHING - walking distance to Downtown Winter Park, 2 mi. to Fraser Tubing Hill, and an easy bike ride into the Town of Fraser. Less than 5 miles to WP Ski Resort & Mary Jane. The free shuttle is also just steps away. Right outside are miles and miles of trails, fishing ponds, Fraser River, and more!

Amazing property

If you’re looking to stay in the area, this place won’t disappoint! It had everything we needed & more. The host was extremely kind, thoughtful & communicative, the location is excellent & the home itself is lovely, clean & has nice, new amenities. We enjoyed the trails just outside the door, the playground a few steps away, the hot tub, & my kids enjoyed the provided toys & books! The walk to town is short & enjoyable & we even got to see tons of wildlife from the back patio. I’d give it 10 out of 5 stars if possible!

We came to Fraser at the height of the aspen's color changing! We arrived at our condo to find a beautiful spacious place to spend our time! The beautiful kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans, and top of the line appliances. The bathrooms were roomy and the showers were great! The only bed we used - downstairs - was very comfortable! Plenty of storage space. Everything went so well, the one problem we had with the hot tub was taken care of quickly. We loved the cabin and we loved the Fraser and Winter Park areas! If we are able to return to the area we would definitely request this condo!

Great place to relax

The living room has wonderful high ceilings and offers a remarkable view. Three private hot tub was outstanding. Beds are super comfortable. All around one of the best places we have stayed. We had a wonderful time

Exceeded Expectations

This was the best home rental we have ever stayed in. The home is very new with high end finishes, decor and appliances. The home is very well stocked with everything you will need (especially the kitchen). The photos do not do the view justice- we had deer visit each evening while relaxing in the hot tub. The close proximity to town was huge with small children- it was easy to grab groceries, coffee or happy hour! The home was immaculate! The host was quick to communicate and allowed a late checkout so our kids could nap. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. HIGHLY recommend.

Me and my family loved staying here for a week. The house and kitchen was well stocked. Everything was organized and in new condition. House was decorated nice and felt very clean. Which is a big one for me and my family. Bathrooms and showers were also very clean. The beds were super comfortable and linens we’re nice. We loved the brightness that all the windows and sliding door let in. The grill and hot tub were in great condition and easy to operate. The neighbor hood was very quiet and everyone I met was super nice. We really felt comfortable there and felt like we could leave any of our belongings out without any worry. The house is also very well located. 3 minute drive to almost all restaurants and entertainment.

Beautiful mountain retreat close to Winter Park Resort

This property was beautiful, clean, and new. It was perfect for our family of five, although it could easily sleep more than five people. We loved the short drive to Winter Park Resort and downtown WP. The Lift bus stop was super close also. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the garage parking.

Beautiful and Convenient

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We mostly wanted to sight see. We didn’t come to ski. The house was conveniently located and very well outfitted. It contained anything we could’ve needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for our short getaway!

It was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook and it was close enough to everything when we went out. I came with two other women for a short girls trip, but I plan on booking it again and bringing my family. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful house with us!

Perfect Place

5 of us stayed here for a wedding. The location is the most ideal you can find in town with both great views and also seconds away from everything downtown WP. The house itself was great, the hot tub outside was clean and ready for us. A large kitchen with brand new appliances was convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. AMAZING bathroomsv. Best shower head pressure you can find. Will be going to this property again if I am staying in Winter Park

Amazing weekend getaway

This property was amazing! We’ll appointed kitchen with everything we needed for stay in dinners, good sized bedrooms and open floor plan. Hot tub on the private patio with an amazing view of the meadow and mountains made for relaxing evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. Will definitely stay here again! The owner was communicative and direct. Property was modern, beautiful and updated. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and great location!!!

The owner couldn’t have been nicer and the location was a perfect distance between Winter Park and Fraser! The house had everything we needed for cooking and the furniture was all so warm and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and the quietness of the neighborhood. We will definitely rent this house again!

Peaceful Mountain Getaway

Beautiful modern condo in a mountain village setting! Open the huge double glass doors and let the cool air refresh your soul. My husband and I were looking for a place to get away from the stresses of work, the confines of COVID, and the Texas heat. This property surpassed our expectations. The small community had wonderful hiking trails which were easy to walk, including the main trail which followed the river. Deer were observed on the hill behind the patio. We ate at several restaurants in Winter Park, all of which had outdoor seating, and all served delicious food. We were close to amazing mountains for hiking and scenic drives. The wildflowers were gorgeous everywhere. Sunsets off the back patio were glorious. The condo itself was furnished beautifully and comfortably with all the modern conveniences. There was a garage to use during our visit. There was some construction nearby during the day, but this was hardly noticed amidst all the beauty, and we were always gone from the condo during the day, enjoying the nearby town and mountains.. The owner, Mandy, always answered any questions by text quickly and amiably. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here at our home-away-from-home in Fraser/Winter Park, and only wished we didn’t have to leave.

We live in Denver with our two young boys and two dogs. Over the last few years we really fell in love with the Winter Park/Fraser area and wanted to have a place where we could get away and enjoy time with family and friends. In the Winter, we enjoy skiing, tubing and relaxing in the hot tub. The Summer may be our favorite time of the year. We hike, bike, fish, golf and brewery hop together. We are so excited to share our home with you!

Our home is new and clean. The vaulted ceilings make the space feel open and bright. The home sleeps 8 and feels plenty roomy for two families to enjoy. You can access hiking and biking trails and fishing ponds right out the front door. The bus stop for skiing is steps away as well. It's a 10 min. walk to the Town of Winter Park, <2 mi. to the Town of Fraser and all it has to offer (breweries, restaurants, Fraser Adventure Park, Grocery and Liquor store)

We fell in love with the views off the back patio, where the hot tub sits. Once we added a Blackstone grill, properly outfitted the kitchen, and hooked up a record player (complete with records and bluetooth speakers for easy streaming), we knew we had the perfect "home away from home". We hope you enjoy the space as much as we do!
