Beautiful, comfortable home in heart of the Winter Park/Fraser Valley

Your homebase for mountain adventure! This duplex home is in the heart of the picturesque Fraser and Winter Park Valley. 152 Mountain Willow Drive at Grand Park is minutes from hiking, mountain biking, restaurants, shops, live music and the Grand County Rec Center. The Lift, Winter Park/Fraser’s free bus system, makes a stop a short 3ish minute walk down the street on Mountain Willow Drive making getting to and from Winter Park and Mary Jane a breeze (and without needing to fight for parking at the base).

The tastefully decorated two-story house is oriented around an open and blended main level with sitting area, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen featuring modern Silestone counters, appliances and conveniences. Large windows in every room offer beautiful views and natural light, and with 11-foot ceilings throughout, the home has an airy, relaxing feel.

The living room features a large sectional sofa with a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV for relaxing. The TV includes YouTube TV (provided) and with your log-in credentials, you can access Apple TV, Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Max, Disney+ and many more streaming options. Private high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the home. We also have a variety of games (Scrabble, cribbage, Jenga, Monopoly, Life and many others) and puzzles for family fun. A wifi connected Apple Home speaker is available for listening to music.

The dining room seats eight and there are also four stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well stocked with everything but the food anticipating your needs for cooking and entertaining. Reverse Osmosis water filtration system in kitchen for quality, clean and fresh drinking water.

The first floor sitting area includes a fold out sofa with a twin bed for an added accommodation. There is also a half bathroom (no shower or tub) on the main level.

The upper level of the home features a king bed suite with attached bathroom, a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with four twin-bed bunks. All rooms include hotel-quality bedding, duvets and thick towels that are new and laundered after each guest stay. Bedrooms also include humidifiers for your comfort. The hall bathroom with tub and shower is accessible to all rooms on the upper level. The upper level also offers a fully stocked laundry room with washer, dryer, and drying rack. The house comfortably sleeps up to nine (9) guests.

A large and modern hot tub exclusively for house guests waits just outside for a relaxing soak and spectacular views of the Continental Divide. The hot tub has eight seats including one cool down/child seat, with each corner seat featuring a therapeutic JetPak.

The private and roomy one car garage with a door directly into the home includes a ski stand, wall mounted snowboard rack and Hedgehog boot and mitten dryers. While unfinished the garage stays warm even on the coldest of nights.
