Newly updated second story condo (Unit 3) in downtown Conneaut Lake with water views. Relax in style in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with beautiful furnishings and water views. A deck facing the lake is the perfect way to begin and end the day. Steps away from Fireman’s Beach, Icehouse Park, Silver Shores, Vacavi coffee shop, Lakeside Diner, gift/clothing shops and more. Located above a pet grooming service and clothing boutique and across the street from Rising River Brewing. Relax in the beautifully applianced kitchen, sitting area, king bed, and central air. Located 15 minutes from Meadville.

DOCK space for fee near CL park WHEN available. We can provide contact.

The space
Bath towels, shampoo, and body soap are supplied.
Use personal accounts for smart TV as cable isn't provided. Wi-Fi password provided.
This unit is above a pet grooming and clothing boutique so there is potential for some daytime noise, but we do our best to keep that to a minimum.

Guest access
Our unit has a keyless locking system. On street parking or reserved parking in the rear of the building marked (Unit 3). Entrance is on Water St. look for black door with Ardis logo. This is the door to use for accesses from street side.

I’ll Be Back!

I highly recommend this property. It is beautiful, spacious, modern, and in the best area on Conneaut Lake. It is within walking distance to everything. One of the best properties my wife and I ever stayed in. I highly recommend it!!!!!

This condo is beautiful! It is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and has a great view of the Lake. Everything is in brand new condition. The beds were very comfortable. I loved it and highly recommend it!!

Outstanding condo

We have been going to Conneaut Lake for over 50 years. This unit and the location is outstanding. Could not have been decorated better (per my wife). Walked to Silver Shores, Ice House Park (docked boat there for reasonable fee) and Rising River Brewing is across the street. 10 out of 10.

Loving Lake Living

We had a wonderful stay in this property! We will most certainly stay here again. Our hosts were very responsive. The beach was an easy walk. The apartment is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The towels fluffy. Loved having a bathtub. The lake serves as backdrop for family and friend fun. We found ourselves gathering at the dining room table in front of the large picture window with an excellent view of life on Lake Conneaut. The very comfortable living room was the perfect place to host family movie night. We explored the local community including walkable “downtown Conneaut Lake” and Meadville. There are interesting little communities all around the Lake. We needed to be in Meadville several times during our stay. The location was perfect for access to the lake and to Meadville. We highly recommend ordering Casey’s Ice Cream delivery from DoorDash. We enjoyed pretty good pizza delivered from Bella Bella Mozzarella. We had a lovely Sunday dinner at Silver Shores Restaurant. We highly recommend Timber Creek Restaurant and Julian’s in Meadville. The only down side (and it was a very small one) the property doesn’t have towels that you can take out of the condo due to prior guests putting them in the washer loaded with sand. So if you are driving you may want to bring your own and then shake them out very well before you bring them into the condo.

College Roommate Reunion

I rented this apartment last weekend for a yearly get together with my college roommates. We were very pleased with the beautiful view of the lake and how clean everything was! We would definitely recommend this place to rent. The only thing that upset me was the 3000.00 dollar security deposit..That is very high and it was charged to my credit card before we even went so i had to pay it. I did receive it back yesterday. I hope this helps!

Relaxing long weekend on the water.

Very nice condo on the water. Very clean and up-to-date. Beautiful views of Conneaut lake. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Top-Rated Rental

Although listed as a condo, it is really an apartment over storefronts HOWEVER, it is absolutely lovely. The layout is so open and bright. It has top rated appliances, including a washer/dryer. The view of water/marinas was great. The extra touches of snacks, soaps, detergents, etc was so appreciated. We met the owners and they were delightful. The only downside was the stair climb to the 3rd floor from the parking area and lack of cable (although we have streaming services, so that was not necessarily n issue for us.) We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful getaway

Great, clean place. I didn't get a chance to really be there except to sleep, unfortunately. Wasted opportunity, but I'd love to return and take more advantage of the space, which is comfortable and well-appointed, and the area- the coffee shop around the corner is great! I'd recommend adding hair conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste to the ammenities.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo and Lake View!

My daughters and I enjoyed our visit at this beautiful condo. It was supplied with all of our needs. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the lake from the dining room was amazing! We had such a wonderful time relaxing and spending time together and we made some very special memories. We enjoyed the coffee shop and the gift shop right next to the condo. We are so glad that we chose this place for a mother, daughters get away!
