Every conceivable water sport may be enjoyed here, from deep-sea fishing, inshore fishing charters and crabbing, to sail and powerboat rentals, to sightseeing and nature excursions, to dinner cruises. Shelter Cove is the center of many of the island's evening activities. Harbourfest is held from April through August, and has exhibits, vendors, entertainment, and loads of fun for the entire family.
