The modern and comfortable holiday villa Laguna Pool was built from bricks in Thai style and is situated at the common pool of the Beachresort, only 20m from the beach. This exquisite home offers everything the discerning holiday maker may wish for. The villa has three bedrooms with queen-size beds, air-condition and en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC and one room with bunk bed. The house is positioned at the second row of holiday homes on the beaches of Coconut Laguna. It has a large, with flowers covered terrace with a BBQ, facing the large swimming pool of the resort and garden.

An outdoor stair case leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor. Both upstairs bedrooms (connectable) have a sizable balcony with views into the lush garden and swimming pool. All bedrooms are equipped with large LCD TVs, DVD players and cable TV receivers. They are furnished with closets, sideboards, and mirror dresser.

Laguna POOL Home Specifications & Highlights:

The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room on the lower floor. The air-conditioned room is furnished with a Queen-size- bed, wardrobe, dresser and chest-of-drawers and ceiling fans. It is equipped with a large wall mounted LCD TV with cable TV reception, DVD player. A mirror sliding door connects to the en-suite bathroom with double wash basin, shower and WC. Ample shelf space holds fresh towels and personal items of the guests. An exterior stair case leads to the balcony and separate entrances for the second and third bedroom who can be connected. These are also furnished and equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Queen-size bed, wardrobe, dresser, LCD TV with international cable channels and DVD player. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with double wash table, WC, large mirror and shelves for towels and personal items. One extra room with a bunk bed for two kids.

In the air-conditioned living room guests find a comfortable suite of arm chairs and coffee table where they can watch international programs and movies with large LCD screen, DVD and sound system.

Laptop users find WiFi internet access throughout the house and a small computer desk in one corner of the living room. A fitted kitchen in the living area is equipped with an array of modern appliances such as ceramic cooking field, exhaust hood and large refrigerator. The villa is cleaned twice a week with linens & towels change.

A comfortable lounge-suite and a dining table for six guests are arranged on the roofed terrace which is cooled by ceiling fans. The terrace is facing the magnificent garden and swimming pool of Coconut Laguna.

At the Coconut Laguna holiday facility there are altogether only 11 vacation villas. Two villas are built in the typical wooden Thai style, and the other villas are built of brick. A swimming pool graces the middle of the resort, surrounded by palm trees and ornamental shrubs, which brilliantly flower throughout the whole year.

The swimming pool, with its crystal clear water, also features a separate pool for children, or can be used as a whirlpool for an underwater massage perfecting any holiday makers' dreams.

The beach of Bang Por is 3.5kms long, luring the visitor, and holiday renter, to take a stroll and explore the beaches. This sandy beach is unique on Koh Samui escaped the mass-tourism development, and is also not crowded with many beachcombers or beach-vendors. You will find, however, some of the island’s best Thai restaurants within walking distance.
