Light, Bright And Updated home with beautiful back deck

A light, bright and airy home in very good condition. Well cared for and updated, with central air conditioning. Beautiful forest views outside the large living room windows.
Cute and modern kitchen with adjacent dining area that seats 8. On the main floor there is a master bedroom with Smart TV, queen bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a second full bathroom and a loft space. The rear bedroom has a queen bed and balcony. The front bedroom has a queen bed (with single trundle bed below) and a single bed. The loft space offers a futon.

Close enough to walk to the wonderful Glaze Meadow Pool/Tennis Recreation Center.

Free Wi-Fi / Internet, two new Televisions. Comfortable and cozy Sleeps 6-8.

This home rents from Friday - Friday.
7 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING JULY AND AUGUST

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2024: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to12% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

Perfect for family traveling with kids

Wonderful stay in well laid out very clean home!

The home was very clean with great kitchen amenities. Great layout to accommodate six of us. Air conditioned. Convenient location. We will definitely stay there again!

Since our last stay my wife's Parkinson's disease has gotten a lot worse.When we arrived this time we immediately determined that the assistive devices she uses at home were not present. We closed the house back up and left to go back to Portland.
