A luxury water view vacation home with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, located near all the theme parks in Orlando, Florida. Tastefully and professionally decorated, ready to give you all the comforts of your own home. 30" flat screen TVs in each room plus two 55" flat screens, one in the living room and one in the loft, all with complete cable package. Fully furnished kitchen, ideal for dining in with plenty of seating for everyone. Plenty of room to lounge and get together for some quality family time. Multiple bathrooms giving everyone a chance to get ready for the day at their own pace. Private pool and SPA, (can be heated upon request for an additional $25 per night) and a fantastic club with gym, pool, hot tub, lazy river and more; ideal to enjoy the great Florida weather. It also comes with washer & dryer and free wireless high-speed internet.

The house was very nice and was as described. We were disappointed that we paid for the pool/jacuzzi but the max temp allowed for them is 80 degrees and that's way too cold to wade into, and wish we'd known sooner and avoided that cost for something we couldn't use.

Great house and excellent location

The house was in great condition with everything we needed for our week long stay. This location can’t be beat! The community pool was lovely with a New Years Eve party for guests complete with fireworks!! Will stay again in Story Lake for sure

Nice place, but they had trouble correcting a simple but important problem

Overall nice place that was great for our large group. I would have given it 5 stars if they had fixed the hot tub problem quickly or offered a reasonable refund. First, the VRBO ad showed that pool heat was included. That turned out to be incorrect, so after booking I had to call the management company to pay for heating. The guy at the management company argued with me over whether the ad stated that heating was extra. He sent me a screenshot of a different ad to make his case. I have a screenshot of the actual ad. I paid for it because it wasn't worth the hassle. Once we arrived, the pool was heated, but the hot tub was not working. It was not heating and when we ran the jets the tub would run out of water. I called the next morning and they sent someone out. He adjusted some valves and told me that it should start working. It did not. He had given me his direct line, so I texted him and he came out again, made some more adjustments and said to try it again. Still nothing. He came out again the next morning, but still couldn't get it working. He said all of the equipment appeared to be working properly, but he didn't have access to the control panel, which is kept locked by the management company. He called the management company to tell them to send someone out to check the panel. Eventually, on our 4th and final day, I contacted the management company again. There was some sort of miscommunication between them and the pool guy, so they thought it was working. They sent someone out and got it working for our final night. I understand that things go wrong, but it appears this could have been fixed very quickly if they had better communication with their pool guy, or had followed up with me after his visits. I sent an email requesting a refund for the heat as we had intentionally picked a home with a pool and hot tub that we could use after long days golfing and at the amusement parks. I'm disappointed in the lack of follow-up from a professional management company.

Easter family holiday

This home is really in an ideal location, near to everything but calm and relaxed, it’s very well equipped however I feel it needs some pool towels, beds are very comfortable, seating areas are great and we would definitely return- the communal pool area was very busy, not used by us because of that but I guess it was Easter!

Family Vacation Stay

Loved the property house was in good condition. Needs to be updated with new dining and kitchen chairs couches were torn up stairs need to be replaced and kitchen blinds to patio. Overall great stay . Maintenance came when things needed to be repaired. I would recommend this house for families. Resort had plenty outdoor recreation for the kids. Fully enjoyed our stay.

Great place close to the action

Wonderful pool, huge house, plenty of space. The lazy river is awesome and all the fun of Orlando is so clean by.

AMAZING!!

When we walked into the home we were in love! The pictures do not do this property justice, it's so well maintained, clean and felt like home! Let me tell you about the beds... it felt like we were sleeping on pillows, they were so comfortable, I haven't had a good nights sleep in a long time, OMG SO GREAT! The home was in a perfect location, so spacious for all of us to have our own space. The kids enjoyed the playing pool and ping pong, used it every day. The pool was so nice, we even got to enjoy watching the ducks and the momma with her ducklings. I give the property owner 5+ stars, this is a fantastic property to rent, I am coming back! Clean, very well maintained and felt like home (I want this house ha-ha)!
