Ubicado en un edificio arquitectónico galardonado, este moderno apartamento en Barcelona tiene impresionantes detalles. Las ventanas inclinadas de techo a piso, el piso de madera y otras texturas suaves de diseño acentúan este espectacular espacio. Es acogedor y acogedor pero con un toque urbano muy moderno.

Los entusiastas del diseño y aquellos que buscan esa sensación moderna de Barcelona adorarán el apartamento. Sin embargo, la gran comodidad y la proximidad a la Sagrada Familia se adaptan a todos los gustos.

BARRIO Y UBICACIÓN

El apartamento se encuentra en un barrio histórico muy solicitado. La catedral de la Sagrada Familia, el monumento definitorio de Barcelona, está literalmente a unas calles de distancia. El distrito del Eixample Dreta es famoso por sus edificios con grandes fachadas con balcones y está lleno de tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

En solo un corto paseo por estas hermosas calles, llegará al centro, el moderno Passeig de Gracia, el bulevar Ramblas, la Plaza Catalunya y todas las atracciones populares de Barcelona. Estación de metro más cercana: Tetuán (L2, línea púrpura), Monumental (L2, línea púrpura), Girona (L4, línea amarilla).

SALÓN

En el amplio y luminoso salón abierto hay 1 sofá cama, una lámpara de pie gigante, un gabinete moderno, una estación audiovisual y mucha luz desde sus enormes ventanas soleadas. Un comedor consta de una mesa y asientos para 5.

CAMA Y BAÑO

El dormitorio principal tiene 1 cama queen size de diseño, mesillas de noche, lámparas y armario. Un segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, una cómoda y mucha luz natural. En el salón, el sofá se convierte en 1 cama doble.
El baño completo tiene bañera, ducha, lavabo, bidet y WC.

COCINA

Además de proporcionar un juego completo de utensilios de cocina, la cocina fresca también está equipada con: refrigerador, lavavajillas, congelador, microondas, placa de cocina y horno, tostadora, licuadora, exprimidor, hervidor de agua y cafetera. El mostrador del bar con taburetes tiene vista a la calle y es un espacio extra para cenar y socializar.

Este apartamento también incluye:

Jose was GREAT! He met my wife at the apartment and helped her get settled in while I was still in route. Was always available for helping us with places to go and even setting up for our taxi back to the airport.Great location for walking to all of the sites, apartment was perfect for our needs. Well kept and clean. Thank you Jose for helping to make our trip memorable.

This apartment is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, where the only sounds were the joyful children in the school playground below.Jose was a wonderful host, full of great information about the neighborhood and the city. The apartment had everything we needed, and the washing machine was a bonus. The kitchen is quite dated, but everything worked fine, and we were content to enjoy the area restaurants for our meals. I definitely recommend booking with Jose!

5 night stay

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the apartment. Jose was excellent in communicating with us quickly and met us at the apartment to go over everything! His suggestions for food places were great. The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Nice but small

Apartment is very nice but a little too small for 4 people. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything, very convenient. Public parking recommend by the host, not too far, not too expensive. Host very accommodating, very friendly and nice. We had a great time.

Great experience from start to finish

Jose reached out before our stay with information on how to contact him and get to the apartment. When we arrived, he met us at the apartment and showed us the unit, which was exactly as expected. He told us where the grocery store was and offered restaurant and some excursion recomendations. He was always responsive and quickly rescued us when we managed to lock ourselves out of the unit. It was a perfect spot for our family of 4 in a great neighborhood. I would reccomment it!

Great stay

Great location and Jose was very helpful. He gave us recommendations on restaurants, overview of getting around Barcelona, and even helped arrange taxi service to get to the airport. Apartment had everything we needed and then some things we didn't expect.

Family trip

This property was clean and centrally located. You can walk to many of the turist attractions from there. Restaurants and Grocery stores just around the corner. José was great to work with. He was quick to answer the phone when needed. He even came in early on our last day to help us get a cab. Highly recommend it..Gracias José

Great property with access to the heart of Barcelona

We were very pleased with this property, well laid out and spacious for our family of four, with great access to key streets, parking, metro, bus and close proximity to important Barcelona attractions. Jose was great as a host, responsive and proactive to inform us every step of the way. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the. Building was safe, secure and quiet for our entire stay. We would recommend!

Calm authentic family neighborhood convenient to everything with an excellent host

Jose was very communicative, his apartment was very well maintained with everything we needed, and the location was convenient to public transit. But most impactful for our family was experiencing a real neighborhood feel there. My children loved the view from the breakfast bar of the courtyard, there were walkable grocery stores and playgrounds, and we were able to slow down and relax some in this location. Jose gave us a great orientation to the area, and his place was perfect for a stay of a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodations in Barcelona

Two friends and I visited Barcelona for five days the last week of June 2023 and selected this apartment for our Vrbo stay, managed by Jose. The apartment is perfectly located on a quiet street in Eixample, steps away from many popular restaurants (Italian, Catalon, Korean to name a few. There are neighborhood supermarkets on every street and an ATM near the entrance to the apartment (I used it a lot). The aparment is extremely comfortable - we used the clothes washer, the dishwasher , the glassware - just about everything provided. Its clear that Jose has the comfort of his guests in mind when preparing the property for rent. Jose is a perfect manager and host. From the day of my arrival he met with us to show us around the apartment. He gave us local restaurant recommendations which we took. They were all excellent (hint: Parking Pizza is amazing) At the end of the trip Jose thoughtfully arranged to have a taxi cab meet us at the apartment so that we could make our 7:30 am flight back home. In closing, I enthusiastically recommend the apartment and Jose and I would stay again if I ever came back

Best choice for Barcelona apartment stay.

Couldn’t be better. Lovely neighborhood close to everything. Clean, safe, relatively quiet. Everything you need within a short walk: grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, metro. Jose super helpful host makes everything easy.

Barcelona Stayover

We spent 2 days in the city after a cruise and before returning to Canada. The apartment was very cozy and the location was perfect. Many restaurants, cafes and stores all within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again. Jose was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, great experience.

A wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean, bright and comfortable and also a great location for a week of walking through this beautiful city. Jose met us at the apartment and was very helpful with maps and information. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location

Jose was very responsive and helpful as we booked our stay. He was even more helpful upon arrival, providing a map and recommendations of key places to visit around the area. The apartment is in a great location - easy to walk to key areas and close to public transportation nearby. The description provided matches the apartment and location. Wonderful location, excellent host

The flat is small but has a great layout, and is well equipped. It is very clean. The beds are comfortable, but I would recommend taking your own pillow because they were lumpy, probably from laundering. José met us at the flat and allowed us to drop off our luggage before checkin. He provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. He also came back at the end and arranged for a taxi to take us to the train. Thank you José!

Casa Jose

We are situated on a quiet residential street that is a very good choice for a visit to Barcelona. Jose was very helpful in answering our many questions and sending us links that would help us plan our trip. He was waiting for us when we arrived early in the morning. He gave us a place to store our luggage until our apartment was cleaned and ready for us. He also showed us on a map how easy it was to get to the city centre (Plaza Catalunya/La Rambla). There is also a metro station very nearby and the metro is color-coded and quite easy to navigate. We have been walking everywhere. Nothing is more than 20-25 minutes away. There are cafes on almost every street. Obrador, a bakery/coffee shop is just a few steps away and a great place for a breakfast sandwich, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Americans will find the prices for food are really low here. There are also several both large and small supermarkets very close by. Carrefours is actually on our street. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious and very clean. The large sliding glass windows are wonderful and let in lots of fresh air and light. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is adequate and the bathroom is modern with a good shower. There is nothing that we are missing. If there was, I am certain Jose would take care of it.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I bought this apartment in 1997, and it was my own home during 8 years. Because family was increasing i need to change to another apartment bigger, but in the same area that was the area that i like to live. I filled a bit nostalgic to leave the appartment as a my own home.
Since them i have been renting the apartment for tourist and professional reasons. As the experience has been so good for clients and for me. Later i decided to by four additonal appartments in the same building and for the same reasons.
