Le Valmignon

Winter or summer, or even out of season, come and enjoy the fresh mountain air in a breathtaking natural setting. The apartment Le Valmignon is a 3* furnished tourist accommodation located at the highest altitude of the resort of Valmeinier and offers a magnificent south-facing view of the mountains, while being in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes and shops.<br><br>From the large balcony, you can take in a grandiose landscape stretching from the Pointe de la Sandonière (to the east) to the Crey du Quart (to the west). Below, you can see the solarium of the swimming pool and the snow garden where beginners learn to ski. In between, your children can play (in the snow in winter and on the lawn in summer) while remaining under your supervision from the balcony where you enjoy your aperitif (in moderation...).<br><br>In the autumn of 2023, the apartment underwent a complete renovation: flooring, equipment (TV, free wifi), crockery, bedding, bathroom, toilet, decorations and finishes. It is available for rent from December 23, 2023.<br><br>The rental includes access to a locker in the heated ski room located on the first floor. Once equipped for skiing, you leave the room in front of the residence where you are 100 meters from the green slope of the Petites Anglaises and less than 100 meters from the red slope of La Chaudanne.<br><br>Back at the apartment, this time you get equipped to go swimming. You can go out in your swimsuit and simply go down one floor to access the heated pool directly. If you prefer, you can use the changing rooms of the pool. Showers are also available. In summer, you can also enjoy the solarium outside where you sunbathe while enjoying the fresh air and the spectacular view of the mountains.<br><br>You can also access the fitness room to keep in shape. For relaxation, sauna and hammam (for a fee) are at your disposal. In summer, sports holidays are on the agenda with a host of activities on offer and endless hiking possibilities. But you can also enjoy complete rest in this oasis of serenity.<br><br>To eat, restock, equip or get information, you will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, general food shops, local cheese shop, bakery, ski equipment rental, sale of ski lift passes, tourist office, office of the French Ski School (ESF).<br><br>No need to buy water: the water that flows from the tap to the apartment comes from the catchments of the municipality of Valmeinier and is delicious and fresh, summer and winter. Of course, you sort your waste and deposit it in the containers located on the Place de Roche Noire, just opposite the residence.<br><br>If you want to enjoy the nightlife, you can easily go down to the disco or to the bars and restaurants in the centre of the resort, while the more tired will enjoy the tranquility and calm of the residence. As the apartment is located at the back of the building, there is no need to worry about noise pollution.<br><br>For your comfort, we include in the rental price of the apartment the end-of-stay cleaning as well as the provision of disposable mattress pads.<br><br>If you wish, you can add the rental of various types of household linen, of your choice (towel kits, gloves, sheets, etc.) for an additional fee (rates communicated when the contract is handed over).<br><br>The various services are provided by the concierge service with which we are engaged. Originally from Belgium, they have found in Valmeinier a corner of paradise that allows them to escape, recharge their batteries and rest in a wonderful setting.<br><br>Le Valmignon, a portmanteau of "Val
