Palm Valley, beautifully remodeled 2b 2ba Condo on the 6th fairway, Club access.

Jan 2-14th,2026 is still open due to a cancellation. This is a Fabulous remodeled and professionally decorated 1330 SF 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on The Palm Valley Country Club's 6th fairway of the Champion Golf Course. The condo is tastefully decorated with "the fun factor" of vibrant colors in a contemporary style. The condo has brand new sliding glass doors and windows. Guests can use the wonderful amenities which include tennis, pickle ball, 3 restaurants, bar, gym, hair salon, nail salon and pool and they can get there with the golf cart that is included with the rental. There are 48 pools within Palm Valley and the closest one is steps away from this condo. There are (2) 65" wall mounted smart TVs, one in the living room and one in master bedroom and (1) 40" in the second bedroom, with Netflix, Hulu, etc. for your entertainment. There is also a sonos sound bar for all you music lovers. There is free wifi. The front enclosed, private patio is great in the morning for your cup of coffee or in the evening for that glass of wine! The views from the back patio onto the golf course are spectacular! The back patio has been expanded with pavers and a decorative privacy wall. There are 48 pools with the closest being just steps away.

This house is set up with grab bars in the master bathroom, shower, by the toilet plus a bench in the shower for the elderly or handicapped.

For you golfers, there are two sets of golf clubs, one set is for a man and one set is for a woman. This might save you from lugging clubs through the airports.

This condo is located near numerous shops and restaurants and within 15 minutes of The Indian Wells Tennis Center. It is also close to The Coachella Festival grounds. This condo is 10 minutes from the Asrisure Arena. If you book for more then 28 days, the tax will be removed. Contact me before booking 28 days or more so I can remove the tax.

Easy access. Clean updated accommodations with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful large bathroom. Absolute wonderful entertaining view of golf course and also it was extremely quiet. Loved it.

Desert Oasis!

Super lovely property with all the thoughtful comforts of home - only better! Designer finishes, spacious rooms, wall art is bright and colorful, and the bed divine. Linda our host is super responsive and as nice as can be. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay! The condo is nestled safely behind gated-entry and you get your own visitor pass to come and go as you please throughout the stay to bypass the wait for the security guard. The condo is situated right on the green of the golf course so we ate breakfast every morning while watching the golfers. The parking is the best I’ve ever had at any Vrbo: locked safely away in a private garage. If the front gate had a lock on it I’d feel like I were in a fortress! The only thing missing is a bolt lock on the front door. It was a bit unnerving worrying about who else had the code to get in while we slept. A keyless bolt lock on the inside would add another layer of security. This Vrbo had such soft sheets and towels. The kitchen had everything you can imagine from a garlic press to aluminum foil to sugar cubes! It was fantastic ‘cus we forgot to buy the basics like butter and sugar while food shopping but there was some of each there. (Likely just leftover from previous renters!) There wasn’t a Keurig but there was a drip coffee maker. Communicating with the owner was a breeze! When we come back to Palm Desert we will definitely stay at this Vrbo!0

One of the best

This property has been one of the best properties we have stayed at using VRBO. From the initial contact until we closed the door and drove home....the anenities, cleanliness, location, quiet and privacy were outstanding.

Beautiful condo - peaceful location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo for the second time. It’s a beautiful home that’s well cared for , well stocked, & was immaculate upon arrival both times. The view of the golf course from the living room & master bedroom is stunning and the complex was so very peaceful & friendly both times we stayed here. We especially liked relaxing on the super comfortable reclining leather sofas at the end of a busy day..and being able to use the garage to park our car every nite. Everything was perfect ..and we’d stay here again.. Thank you Linda for another wonderful stay!

Lovely condo

We had a wonderful time at Linda's condo. it's so beautiful, VERY well stocked, everything you need in the kitchen, including spices, oil, vinegar, etc. Having the garage available was wonderful, especially because there was a big dust storm and it was windy while we were there, so our cars were well protected. Linda was extremely responsive. We wound up having a friend who was out there unexpectedly, and golfed with my husband on Sunday, and wanted to come back to our place for an hour or so before he hit the road to drive home. We didn't realize that we needed a code to get him in the gate, but the guard called Linda and fortunately she answered right away and approved for our guest to come in. Just keep this in mind if you are going to have anyone visit you there. even if they do not spend the night or anything, they need special permission from Linda (or you need a code) to get through the gate.We have stayed in numerous properties in Palm Vally CC, and this was definitely one of the nicest. We will definitely be staying there again! Thanks Linda for being a great host!

This condo was perfect for our ladies weekend. Kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the front patio in the mornings. Beautiful relaxing location.

The Unit was well stocked of towels and kitchen ware and just about everything needed., There was wonderful communication and all in all it was a great place. We had dinner. lunch and even breakfast at the club very convenient. It was a lovely two bedroom condo

Amazing Palm Desert Condo

My husband and I stayed here two years ago and wanted to stay again last year but the condo was already reserved. We nabbed it for this December and I am so happy. It had been recently refurbished two years ago and it still looks recently refurbished now! Housekeeping is great and the kitchen is better stocked than my own. What VRBO has a crock pot, an immersion blender, a regular blender, a mixer, and on and on?! Just fabulous. The condo is so comfortable too. Lots of towels and beach towels. I wished we played golf so we could use the provided golf clubs. By far the best house or condo rental I have had the pleasure of using. Thank you Linda!

Very nice and clean

Condo was very nice and clean! The best we’ve stayed in the desert so far. Very well equipped with good quality appliances and cookware, etc. in the kitchen. Everything was spotless. Linda was very quick to respond to any questions and everything was seamless. Will definitely book again in the future if she will have us!

Outstanding in Every Way

This property went far beyond all of our expectations. With a furnished deck in the front and back of the property we could spend each day enjoying the outdoors, even when it was windy. The view on the golf course was amazing. The condo has everything you could possibly imagine including indoor/outdoor dishes, pots and pans, coffee, spices, laundry detergent etc. The property manager was available at all times and addressed all questions (ie signing in visitors) immediately. The condo is spotless and well decorated.

Amazing condo!

This condo was top notch! Beautifully decorated, beautiful view, immaculately clean, comfortable beds and lines. My husband and I stayed 10 days. We enjoyed every minute. There were even recliner sofas. My husband and I have rented from VRBO about a dozen times. This condo was one of the best. Linda was a pleasure to deal with. She had thought of literally everything you would need for your stay. She has the cleanest garage I have ever seen. :).

Cute and comfortable

Located in a quiet and secure neighborhood with a great view of the golf course. We were in town celebrating my birthday so we didn't spend much time at the property but hope we can come back and enjoy golf, and the clubhouse in the future.

I love Palm Valley Country Club. It has so many amenities for my guests to use. The tennis, pickle ball, pool and three restaurants are superb. It is a feel good, happy place to be.

One of the main benefits to this area is the guests can use the amenities that go along with my membership. There are numerous public golf facilities near by that they can also use. The home is near everything that goes on in the Coachella Valley.
