Sweet Sunshine Retreat near Disney. 4 king beds. Free heated pool.

Pool home in Davenport with no rear neighbors!
Four bedrooms on the ground floor, Two masters en-suite, one of which is ADA approved. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a large loft area. Impressive two-story house with dining room, family room, and spacious kitchen with separate laundry room. Upgrades include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and porcelain tile flooring. Simply a marvelous location.

First floor:
3 king beds. 2 master bedrooms, 3rd king is connected to Jack and Jill bathroom on the first floor. 4th bedroom with one full bed and a wardrobe.

Second floor:
one queen bed connected to the jack and jill bathroom,
kids two twin beds bedroom.
also has a family room with smaller size 55” pool table, TV and sofa.

every bedroom, living and family rooms have at least 2 usb ports.

5 TVs.
one in each king room. 1 in living room, 1 in family room.

fully remodeled house with all new furniture, mattresses, bedding, appliances, kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, everything.

we provide towels, pool towels, coffee ( Keurig cups and ground coffee for coffee maker) , tea, sugar, 4 washer pads, dishwasher soap, sponge, 4 laundry pads for every stay.
also hotel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap in every bathroom.
hand soap and non bleach cleaner provided in the kitchen.

One of the master bedrooms had ADA compliant bathroom that has access to the pool. the ramp is in the garage available per request.

Internet was great. Pool/Spa were wonderful! Host was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. THE most clean and inviting place I have ever stayed in for sure. This was tops on my list. Easy check in process/check out process. Excellent communication. Very spacious and loved the little extras that were included...laundry pods, coffee/coffee pods, paper towels etc. Made for a delightful stay for sure. We left a few things behind for others (as I know they did for us as well). Would absolutely stay again if invited back. Nadia was awesome!

Close to Lakeland. We had all our events in Lakeland. Traffic not so good, but we are accustomed to traffic in Atlanta. Awesome weather. The subdivision was a bit congested with limited parking.

Great stay

The property is as shown and described. Nadia was the best host and very quick to reply to messages and was very attentive to make sure that everything was perfect. I loved the little items to help with arriving and potential hungriness (e.g. ramen noodles and pop tarts). My teenage daughter appreciated that!!!

Exceeded Expectations

I can't begin to say how pleased we were with our choice! House was spotlessly clean, well maintained and VERY well stocked. We truly needed for nothing. Nice area, "just" enough outside the Orlando Mayhem. We have rented any number of VRBO houses, traveling with other couples (50's-60's). During the stay there are always various questions and contact with the owner or property manager makes a big difference. We could not have been more pleased at how accessible they were at this property. Would not hesitate to rent this property again and would reach our to the property manager for others if this one wasn't available. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Grandson’s Delight!

We booked this home because of ratings, location, warm pool water and hot tub! Our 2 grandsons ages 4 & 8 made the most of their swim time even with chilly January, Florida weather. They were delighted which made us grandparents super delighted!

A GREAT location stay!

We were very HAPPY with our decision to rent this beautiful house. The pictures on the site were very accurate. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Swimming pool and hot tub were excellent. Most importantly, the host, Nadia, was very prompt courteous with our questions. We would surely rent this place again.

Our week at this property was just amazing. The home is clean, spacious and has all the amenities as advertised. This was a perfect home base for our vacation which involved visits to Disney, Legoland and Tampa. Our hosts were excellent communicators and ensured that our stay was just right. I would not hesitate to book again.

Great place, Super clean

We had a great time! 10 days vacation The house is just like advertised. Clean and lots of bedrooms. Good area with shopping and restaurants close by Nadia was very responsive with any problems or requests. Suggestions: needs dressers in some bedrooms. Hand rail for pool and spa Definitely would stay here again Nadia, thank you for everything!

Great stay!

The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen had upgraded appliances and was stocked with basic necessities for cooking simple meals. Washer and dryer was put to good use! They even supplied tide pods for us. The pool and jacuzzi was nice and warm, our kids had a blast. There is an alarm on all 3 doors that lead to the pool for safety, it took us about a day to finally remember to push the button before opening the door to prevent the alarm from going off. Our family had an amazing time and would love to stay again.

Beautiful property! Amazing host!

Our family stayed here for our Disney vacation! The house was very clean and had so many great amenities! The host had great communication and always responded very quickly with any questions we had. This house is great to stay at if you have a big family, plenty of room and an awesome pool! We will definitely be staying here again next time we come!

Wonderful Host

Had a wonderful stay here with my family of 7. Everyone had their own space so we never felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, especially with my 2 year old grandson. The Beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus for us and the location was great. With all that being said I have to say Nadia was an amazing host always available and offering to go above and beyond. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host and for sharing your beautiful home with us

Just perfect

The house was so perfect. Way more space than I thought my family of 6 would have and good privacy for the master bedroom. Amazing pool and hot tub. Beds super comfy. House sooo clean and neat with great amenities. And the host was great. Always responsive. This will be our go to whenever we come to Orlando.

Nadia and Sergio was perfect hosts. The house we rented was clean and had everything we wanted.

The home we rented was beautiful and very well kept. The pool and hot tub was a great getaway from all the hustle and bustle and very relaxing. We enjoyed all the master bedrooms since we had only 6 adults but upstairs would be perfect for children to enjoy. Have to admit we did go up and play on the pool table. This home is roomy enough to enjoy with a family but you also have rooms to get away for time for yourself. I would stay there again. And the price range was perfect! Thank You again

This house was even better than expected! It is a gorgeous home in a really nice neighborhood. Owner was very prompt in answering questions we had. If we are ever back in this area again we will definitely rebook.

PHENOMENAL HOSTS & FANTASTIC HOME :-)

I must start by saying, Nadia and Serg are absolutely EXCEPTIONAL hosts, as well as, extremely accommodating (Knowing the pool table upstairs was not for adults, we wanted to play with it anyway; My daughter has a non-bending titanium knee from CANcer, therefore cannot climb stairs, Nadia and Serg brought the pool table downstairs for us; They also honored my request for a floor fan as I simply can't sleep without 1, they brought me a BRAND NEW one) How incredibly WONDERFUL they are :-) -Nadia's responses to my inquiries were instant prior to our stay via VRBO, as well as during via text -Check-in & Check-out is Contactless & Effortless -The other guests were ALL correct, the home outside & inside is EXACTLY as in the pics but MUCH better in person; And the front yard plants OHHH MY GOSH :-) -The home is equipped with EVERYTHING you may need whilst on VACA, all you need to buy is food/drinks -AMAZING appliances -The Floors were so LOVELY & unbelievably CLEAN -The central air is set to 74 making the home feel utterly FANTASTIC after coming in from the blazing sun -The Pool, Spa and ENTIRE Lanai were pristine just like their home -The Lanai privacy bushes/plants are FANTASTIC and the view of the Palm Trees was everything we hoped for -The LOCKS on the Lanai screens were truly a HIGHLIGHT and made us feel SUPER safe; As we travel a LOT and unlocked screens make us feel quite unsafe so THANK YOU BOTH for assuring our safety :-) -The neighborhood is great and the people are friendly *EVERYTHING you purchased to decorate this home is undeniably PERFECT! GREAT JOB!!!! **OVERALL>> We would book this home again without hesitation :-) ***Nadia & Serg we are SINCERELY, FOREVER grateful for EVERYTHING you did for us, and hands down you 2 are now our FAV hosts :-) -Jennifer & Alexis -From Bonaire GA

Amazing clean home!!!!

Home was amazing!!! It was updated and very clean. One of the best homes that we have rented. The pool and hot tub were great for entertaining our family. Our kids loved it!!! The host was easy to communicate with, responding quickly and was accommodating when needed. This home is definitely worth it for a great vacation or stay!!!!!
