Un espacioso condominio de una habitación con una excelente vista al mar, así como vistas a Molokai y Lanai. Recién remodelado en julio de 2017.

El condominio está bellamente amueblado, tiene una cocina completa, TV, DVD, conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita y lanai privado. Remodelamos el condominio en julio de 2017, con gabinetes nuevos en la cocina y el baño, encimeras de granito, pintura nueva, alfombra nueva, sofá cama queen nuevo con colchón de 8. 5 ", en lugar de los habituales colchones de sofá cama de 4". Cama California King en el dormitorio. Además, hay una reina aerobed, cuando es necesario.

El complejo de condominios ofrece dos piscinas, dos jacuzzis, canchas de tenis iluminadas gratis, numerosas tiendas, minimart, tienda de regalos, salón y spa, masajista, florería, gimnasio, excelente restaurante y salón de cócteles, un salón de video para adolescentes y Una playa de arena.

Al otro lado de la calle hay un centro comercial con supermercados, restaurantes, alquiler de DVD, tienda de buceo y otras tiendas.

El condominio es conveniente para jugar al golf, montar a caballo, windsurf, snorkel y buceo. Debido a que no somos parte del 'grupo de alquiler' donde los propietarios firman sus condominios a la gerencia para alquilarlos, podemos ofrecer importantes descuentos sobre las tarifas regulares.

Kaanapali Shores es un complejo bien administrado con aproximadamente 200 empleados.

Es un gran lugar para quedarse.

Carpeting and furniture are disgusting. Bed has a foam piece placed over the mattress and is not comfortable. Host only communicates via VRBO when there are issues. The view is beautiful, and the kitchen has been updated but I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

The location and view from room is spectacular. The pools are both lovely and plenty of seating options. The beach is a quick walk down the path with easy access. This vacation filled my soul, regenerated my batteries and was much needed. I highly recommend this facility, it checked all the boxes for me.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in beautiful Kaanapali. Kenneth was a wonderful host and made sure we were checked in and had everything we need. Beautiful condo, enjoyed the view from the lanai. Spacious enough to accommodate our family of 5. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful Christmas on Maui

This was our 2nd stay in this condo for my family of 4. It has a great location and amenities. The condo itself has appliances including coffee pot/keurig, toaster, and even a crockpot! There are also beach chairs, coolers, beach wagon, etc available for use in the closet. The bedroom gets a bit warm, but there are 2 fans that kept us cool. Beach and pools are lovely. Our only hiccup was the lockbox code listed in the app was not correct. We called and got the correct code and got in without too much trouble. Thanks, Kenneth!

Just what we needed

We were very pleased with the communication of the owner, condition and cleanliness of the condo and the extra amenities provided. There were plenty of beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, etc in the closet that were very useful during our stay. The wagon was a life saver on many occasions, getting chairs, groceries, etc up and down. The location of the condo was perfect to sit and enjoy the ocean view and sunset from the lanai each night. The kitchen was stocked with enough to make cooking a few meals in. We utilized the barbecue grills as well down past the tennis courts. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you again!!

Week in Maui

We visited Maui for our son’s wedding and stayed in the lovely unit on the 2nd floor! The view is amazing and close to the beach, pool and restaurant. We would stay here again. Thank You for everything Ken! SandyK

Fine for our 4 night stay.

In our early 60s took our recent college grad. Aston Kaanapali shores grounds are gorgeous. All in all, worked fine for our 4 nights at a very good price point. Unit is spacious. Location couldn’t be better. Unit views are wonderful. Plenty of covered parking if you rent a car. Kitchen and bathroom were updated and clean. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Resort staff were all very pleasant. Now for the so so… Unfortunately the unit and adjacent hall smelled a little musty (have dealt with worse in a tropical environment). We bought air fresheners and opened the screens and that helped. King bed needs a new mattress. (Didn’t call owner bc we were only here a short time.) Husband is a stomach sleeper and he just could get comfortable bc of the body divots in the mattress. Daughter said the sofa bed was ok but we all felt the sofa had a slightly odd smell (didn’t look dirty but just prob needs to be professionally steam cleaned). Carpets could use a professional steam cleaning as well but they did NOT leave your feet dirty if you walk barefoot in the unit. Mostly families with young children frequent this resort which can be good or bad depending on your family’s age composition. Breakfast at the Beach Club restaurant was good but go elsewhere for dinner. (Pizza place across the street has great pizza.)

Great place/location

We’ve stayed here before and we really love the resort. It has a great little restaurant with good food at good prices. I really liked the location of our room in the resort. Very close to the beach so we can hear the waves and our room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and big. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and all the appliances worked perfectly. We had covered parking right down the hall. There as soap for all of the appliances (clothes washer, dishwasher, dish soap etc). The towels were soft and plenty. The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time.

Excellent Location to Everything!

First of all, our hearts go out to all of Maui's residents, those that have lost their homes, families and friends. We send our prayers to all in this tragic time. When Maui rebuilds and tourists are able to travel again, we would like to share that this was a great place to stay. It is centrally located, with Times Supermarket right across the road, and it is minutes away from great beaches such as Kaanapali beach with the Black Rock, Kahekili beach which is great for snorkeling and for families with young children. It is minutes away from Lahaina, Whaler's Village and the infamous Leoda's bakery. The condo is clean and well maintained. The lanai offers a great view where you can see the pool and beach. Great to sit and watch the sunset, or to people watch. Having a washer/dryer is a bonus with a family! The kitchen was newly upgraded which was nice. It has everything you need to cook meals. The condo was comfortable to accommodate our family of 5 with the pull out couch and air mattress. The resort staff are super friendly and both pools are well maintained! The beach is a short walk away and it's a pleasure to go and experience the sunset. On certain evenings there is entertainment consisting of hula dancing lessons and local bands. It is great to sit or swim in the pool watching them! Overall a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Disappointing

Positives: Condo nice ocean view from living room and bedroom & good location; 1 pool with umbrellas; 1 pool with maybe 1 umbrella; restaurant on property was good and so were the prices and had entertainment during the week. Negatives: Condo showing it’s age, needs painting and a deep clean; vent under microwave was nasty; shower drain was plugged so water was ankle deep and ran up the curtain. I’m sure the shower curtain is not exchanged out each time a guest leaves. Overall, place was not that clean, floors, corners gross and I paid for cleaning. Looks like the combo code to get in is the same for each guest. So, I didn’t feel safe nor was there a deadbolt as the amenities say there is. The remodel was done in 2017 and is therefore NOT newly remodeled. Also, the owner did NOT disclose that a ongoing exterior lanai railing repair was in progress during working hours and expected to continue through Nov 2023. This spoiled our time at the pool and in our room. I would NOT have rented this condo if this information had been disclosed to us. Very disappointing and this noise spoiled 5 days of our seven (7) day vacation.

Fun resort atmosphere!

Our room was just as pictured, the restaurant had excellent entertainment every night we were there. It was quiet and the beach was nice. Only downside was person who checked us in did not issue us the required beach towel cards and was not helpful in general. The condo itself is superb.

Family Christmas in Maui!

We planned this family vacation over a year ago and had several changes which Ken was extremely accommodating with. The property was more than perfect for our family! Great location and awesome vibe around the grounds of the Kannapali Shores! My family thoroughly enjoyed Christmas in Maui partly because of this amazing property! Very nice great price!

This was a very easy process with no check in lines. Place was clean and they even had chairs,umbrellas and boogie boards. Nice view close to Ocean. The only issue was they are working on the Adult pool. The bigger pool is open and if you leave during the day then it's no problem. This is not the owners fought. Everything you need is there. Thank You Ken for a great stay and look forward to renting from you again!

Hawaii Vacation

This is our 4th time at the same resort, 1st time using VRBO. Love the resort, hence why we keep coming back. Would rent from the current property owner again.

Fabulous vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Kaanapali shores. It is a spacious one bedroom unit with lovely views from the lanai. It is clean and well equipped with a very comfortable king sized bed. The property has two lovely pools each with its own hot tub. There is also an on-site restaurant with a varied menu and reasonable prices. All of the employees of the resort that we encountered were extremely helpful and very warm and friendly. The information provided by our host prior to check-in was complete, accurate, and very helpful.
