Nuestra casa es una casa familiar muy querida de Vineyard. Ubicado a solo .2 millas de la calle principal del centro de Edgartown en una calle tranquila y privada. Nuestra capa / poste y viga tiene una sensación de cabaña muy única con paredes de ladrillo a la vista / hogar y vigas abiertas por todas partes. Mucho encanto y carácter de viñedo. Patio muy grande con exuberantes jardines y un bonito patio escondido con sistema de iluminación y sonido. Muy vecindario isleño con una buena mezcla de familias y vecinos durante todo el año, así como vacacionistas. Alquilamos muy poco para que nuestra casa sea más cómoda con muchas comodidades que no se encuentran en su alquiler típico. Hermosas manicuras de césped con muchos espacios al aire libre. Muy cerca de la ciudad pero privado. ¡Escucharás las campanas de la iglesia ballenera y sentirás la niebla del puerto de Edgartown!
¡Camine hasta la ciudad y nunca tenga que estacionarse o sentarse en el tráfico de verano! ¡En bicicleta a las playas y / u otras ciudades! ¡Tantos restaurantes y actividades a menos de 0,5 millas de nuestra casa!
Fuera de temporada es el secreto mejor guardado y nuestro tiempo favorito aquí. El acceso a toda la isla está mucho más disponible y las playas aún son cálidas con hermosos cielos azules. Las noches están llenas de cielos estrellados y brisas frescas.
Perfecto para una familia con leyes, excelente habitación en el primer piso.
Sonos, sistema de sonido en patio y Apple tv. ¡Muchas comodidades que no se encuentran en su alquiler típico!

Charming Vineyard Home

This lovely home had everything to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. The patio was a relaxing spot in both mornings and evenings. It was a quick 5-10 minute walk to Edgartown and there was ample parking if we chose to drive elsewhere. The owner allowed us to use their beach chairs, cooler and towels which made packing to travel so much easier. The kitchen is well stocked for a very comfortable stay. We would stay again!

Lovely Edgartown Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. The location was perfect! We walked or rode our bikes often. The house was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the patio for outdoor dinners! Thanks so much for your recommendations for activities and locations not to miss! We would add the beach at Aquinnah as a highlight!! Your home is charming and tastefully yet comfortably decorated.....we would love to return another time!

Home away from home

This property was exactly what we were looking for during our stay on the Vineyard. It was spacious, comfortable and really just felt like we were in our own home. The house is fully equipped with all you need for your stay. The location was perfect, easy walking into Edgartown center for coffee, lunch, dinner, shopping and the movies. We couldn't have asked for better location near all the action, yet still have a quiet neighborhood where the kids could kick a soccer ball in the yard. The property was very well maintained and cared for and the owners were extremely available and responsive with helpful tips for things to do and see on the island. This rental can't be beat!

Excellent home with amazing back yard a very short walk from town.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this excellent home. The location is perfect -- secluded and quiet with an amazingly relaxing backyard, but just a short 5 minute walk to some of the best of Edgartown. With a group of people with different interests, it was very nice to be so close to town that people could stroll to restaurants, the grocery store, ice cream shops, and coffee shops without stranding the rest of the group. Best of all, we didn't have to give up on space or clam to get this great location. We spent many hours on the beautiful patio with the great grill and chiminea. The pictures capture everything and there are no surprises. I would highly recommend this home to those looking to explore Martha's Vineyard.

Perfect spot

We had never traveled to Martha's Vineyard before, so we could easily have picked a location that would have not met our needs. However, we hit the jackpot. The home's location put us within walking distance of Edgartown (not having to find a parking space even in September was a real plus) so everyone had independence to come and go. We were able to explore the island by car and enjoyed doing so several days. But for the most part, we loved being able to go into town for lunch and dinner and shopping, head to the beach (a short drive away) or just relax in the lovely outdoor spaces around the house. Our time on Martha's Vineyard couldn't have been better and our rental home and location did so much to make it so.

Edgartown cottage

This cottage, tucked away down a quiet dirt road, was a perfect for girlfriends' getaway weekend. The location makes for an easy trip to downtown Edgartown, yet is private and quiet. The cottage is clean, nicely decorated in neutral colors with local posters and art. The dining room is large, as is the outdoor patio table, with a private fence surrounding it. The kitchen is amply stocked with all the dishware and utensils we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and breakfast and cocktails on the patio. The only downside to five women renting was that the two bed rooms with twin beds were very small, but would be fine for children. We weren't aware that the owners had a dog and one member of our group had allergy problems. The owner was attentive and helpful. Thank you for a great weekend!

I do remember writing to advise you of the small bedrooms for all single adults and I hope it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. We do have a dog that is a hair dog not fur but I always disclose this as well - I'm sorry one the girls had issues. Best The Breen's

Perfect Island Vacation

We immediately loved this charming cape home. It was beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming. It had a beautiful living room with fireplace as well as an amazing outdoor patio so you could relax. either indoors or outdoors. Its location was ideal, only a few minutes walk to Edgartown and the beach and any amenities you might need including a grocery store down the street which was an added bonus. The area is charming and our whole family had a very memorable break. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy the islands at their best. Thank you Breen Family.

Perfect in every way!

This home was perfect in every way. This home is beautiful, comfortable, clean, cozy, quiet and has all the amenities you will need. Not to mention a perfect location to Edgartown. We were able to walk everywhere and get morning coffee and breakfast at the store just down the road to enjoy at this lovely home. In fact, we found ourselves having a hard time leaving the home at all. We had all the information we needed from the property owners from where to eat, shop and must places to see, etc. The property owners are very attentive and available with any questions. If traveling to anywhere on MV, this is the location and place to be! Thank you Breen family!!

Close to town

My stay at this charming and comfortable Edgartown home was a complete delight. We loved the outside shower and the outdoor living space. Being able to ride bikes from this centrally located home was perfect! We cannot wait to come back!

We are year round residents and the Island is a very special place to us.
We do spend a few months off island and during this time we share our home. It is a very inviting and special place. We thoroughly enjoy all 4 seasons on Island! The Island is constantly changing and new and old experiences are always presenting themselves. We love our home here and hope that our guests will have the same positive experiences!

We have always loved the Vineyard and especially Edgartown. Being city people we like the closeness to town but love to enjoy a lot of quiet quality time in our patio and home feeling secluded as our road is private and very quiet! If you want to be close to town but enjoy having green space and privacy than you will love our house!

Our home is walking to town and centrally located that your options are unlimited. So many things to do that in all our years here we are still finding new things on the Island to do and visit.
We love to hike all parts of the Island that are not accessible during peak season.
We also love to run/walk all around and Edgartown.
The beach options are awesome and so close to home.
4 wheel- bike, walk, there are beaches for all within very close proximity from our house!
Great dining options, shopping, lots of great trails for walking.
Many art galleries and unique sights all around!
Town to town the Island changes and keeps it interesting!
