Home features: One king master bedroom with luxury master bath, one bunkroom off the living room with two single beds(no tv, dresser or closet) and a Queen airbed. Sleeps up to 6. Unit is ADA accessible with ADA Toilet, grab bars, shower seat & hard surface floors. Home features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and hot tub.

Great location close to Traffic Light #1

We offer leather furniture and upgraded wood flooring and appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all rooms.

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Host was timely. My girls were a little nervous about the twin bunk beds but turned the only “real” problem was lack of an electrical outlet right next to the beds. Otherwise, loved the location. Very convenient

Was so happy with this place. Very clean and location was great. Very well equipped with everything you would need. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay there. Would definitely like to go back.

Overall a good stay. Location of condo was great. Only a few minor things kept it from being a 5 star. Upon arrival there were dirty hand towels and rags in the washing machine. The bathroom shower could use some work. The shower head leaked and the back shower wall leaked and allowed water to get onto the floor. Apparently it was an ongoing issue because the trim around the shower showed signs of being exposed to water. One of the bathroom sinks also wouldn’t drain properly. But other than those few minor things the stay was good. We would definitely return to the resort but would probably look at renting a different condo.

Great location and just far enough off main rd to not hear traffic. Easy access to Gatlinburg and the smoky mountains!Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owner easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay, especially if you have kids! Pool and playground right across from the building. The location was perfect! Very close to all the attractions and restaurants, but secluded enough to not feel smothered. Property was clean and spacious. My family had a wondeful fall break getaway and would definitely stay here again!

Cute condo! Even better than the pictures! Perfect for our family of five. Our girls (ages 9 and 12) loved the bunk “closet.” The full bathroom was spacious enough for all of us to get ready. The property is in a great location with lovely views, plus a beautiful pool and playground area. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and we never had a reason to contact the host. We’ll definitely recommend it to family and friends and look forward to coming back in the future!

Wonderful location. Quiet and secluded for being so close to the parkway. The hosts were very commutative and accurately represented the property. The primary bathroom is huge, comfortable bed, beautiful Mountain View’s from the balconies. We will be back.

The condo was very neat and clean. Spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom and half bath. We were just staying 1 night so the bunks in the wall were perfect for our daughter. We went to Country Tonite Theater, which is right next door. Perfect proximity so we could walk over and not deal with parking.

Great Find While Visiting Dollywood

This VRBO was a great find! It is a great location, so clean, and had everything we needed! We like to cook when we travel and I'm used to having to make do - but this kitchen was complete (the only one thing I didn't find was a cutting board)! So clean. Everything we could have thought of needing. I had a question soon after check in and the owner responded in less than 5 minutes. Great soundproofing between condos. The only things to note for others that might have sensitivities: this condo does use plug in air freshener and there is an ultrasonic critter deterrent plug in.

Close to town

Clean condo, close to town, kitchen stocked with everything needed. Would definitely book again. Indoor pool was right across the parking lot. Hot tub is only outside (I thought there was one inside too with the pool)

Quick stay but interesting place!

Spacious feel, beautiful and luxurious bathroom. We had an issue with the towels but the property owner was quick to make it right with us.

My family & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place without a crazy mountain road. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall from our balcony and taking in the great mountain views. We enjoy just relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the pools and hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a pool and hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Dollywood, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
