Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our home. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we are very sorry we did not exceed your expectations. The floor issue is caused by the asphalt outside. The HOA had it redone and the company did not seal it properly. This means that even one person walking around the unit after walking through the parking lot will cause asphalt residue to be spread through the home. The HOA is working to get this fixed soon.

We had an amazing time at the condo. The pictures were exactly as we found the condo. It was so clean and was exactly as advertised. The pool area was great, as we used the indoor pool since it was a bit cool still. The location is amazing and so close to everything! Will certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed the condo. It was decorated with “beary” nice decor announcing you are in the Smoky Mtns. The bed was comfortable & the condo had all of the basics needed for a short stay. It was all very neat & clean. Definitely close to lots of attractions & restaurants. We would stay there again.

We loved the location of the condo! Right in the middle of everything which made it very convenient. The condo itself was clean and decor fit the feel of Tennessee. The only thing I would change is the cleanliness of the pool which I know is out of the condo owners hands. The condo owners were very easy to work with and gave great recommendations for the area!

Very convenient to the parkway with a comfortable bed, large ensuite bath and comfortable living room furniture to relax in the evenings. Great for ease of local restaurants, The Island or shopping.
