Harbor is fertile with Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Grouper and a host of other opportunities.

The home has a keypad for entry. The keypad code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.

Onsite parking with room for one car in the garage. Extra space in the drive. No neighborhood restrictions in place so the trailer or RV can come along.

Venture out for date night, dock and dine in historic downtown Punta Gorda. Many unique shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities right at hand. If you do not have a vessel to bring, a two person kayak and all the needed gear is provided for your adventures. Water and power at the dock and a couple of fishing poles to borrow. The interior has earned well deserved bragging rights. The space is tastefully upgraded and illuminates with natural light. The home is well stocked with all the comforts of home plus some well thought extras. Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, charging ports in the bedrooms, fridge in garage. The Owner has put together a coffee bar that even the most discerning barista would appreciate. The kitchen is open and serves as the hub of the space where you will gather and get catch up with one another while preparing dinner. Seating for 4 at both the inside and outside tables. Many evenings will be spent outdoors taking in the magnificent sunsets. Fire up the propane grill for easy clean up. Challenge your friends to a friendly game of cornhole. The home is WI-FI enabled with cable television in the living room, sitting room, bedrooms and lanai. The master suite offers Queen sized bedding and a comfortable mattress for a peaceful night’s slumber. Hit the coffee bar, throw open the French doors of the master and enjoy your breakfast on the enclosed lanai looking out to the water where Mother Nature puts on a show. Sightings of manatee, otters and variety of birds is common. In fact, you may just have a feathery friend come knocking on the sliders to say hello. Queen sized accommodations in the guest room that are equally as inviting. The convenience of of a large capacity washer and dryer on site. The beautiful beaches of Manasota Key are a mere 30 minute car ride away. This a place to kick off your shoes, let your hair down and relax for as long as the schedule allows. Here you will create many lasting memories and will be a home you will find yourself being drawn back to year after year.

A vehicle is recommended. Uber is a great option for a night out to downtown Punta Gorda.

The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will try to accommodate early check in and late check out depending on availability.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
