Bring or rent a boat and simply walk out back to your private dock, and with only 1 bridge out you are quick on your way to open water for some great fishing or simply dining at waterside restaurants. 2 minute drive to Port Charlotte Beach Park, offering public pool, boat ramp, basketball court, kayaking, paddling and canoeing as well as pickle-ball and tennis courts. Just 20 minutes north of Fort Myers, and 5 to 10 minutes drive to golf, best local restaurants, stores, Punta Gorda and Sunseeker Resort. Hospital is just down the street for peace of mind. Fully stocked kitchen and all new linens. Washer and dryer, B-B-Q. Ping Pong Table and bikes.

We are avid travelers, we love to cruise and do so at least two times per year. Being on or near the water is an addiction, and our therapy relief from daily stress. I work for the cruise industry and my husband fixes or builds new cruise ships. Our son is studying engineering and our daughter plans on becoming a doctor. We live in beautiful, but crowded Miami, and felt the need to have our own little escape home-away-from-home. Quiet, relaxing, charming, we like to call “Costal Breeze”, within minutes of the best dining, shopping, and outdoors activities Charlotte Harbor area has to offer. It would be our pleasure to host you, and love for you to enjoy it as much as we do.

The Charlotte Harbor area is one of Florida's best kept secret, safe, quiet, relaxing, yet full of life and exciting things to do, if being near the water and outdoors is a must, our house is ideally located within minutes of all the best Port Charlotte has to offer. 20 minutes north of Fort Myers, just 2 miles across the bay from Punta Gorda and 15 minutes south of Sarasota. All these plus the benefit of dealing directly with the owners.

This is our Summer Vacation home, it is only rented part of the year for long term rentals, avoiding wear and tear that you might experience at other properties with much more rental traffic. Our goal is to have a personal relationship with wonderful people that would come back year after year, and enjoy our little piece of tropical paradise while taking care of it as if their own.
