You will feel like you are on a vacation retreat the second you drive up with palm trees lining the entry. As you enter, you can stop for a game of BILLIARDS, FOOSBALL, PING PONG, or some card games at the POKER TABLE or continue on through the open concept family room. You will see the beautiful backyard POOL as well as the GOLF PUTTING GREEN. Throw your suit on and go relax poolside where there are multiple lounging areas with more palm trees that add a nice ambiance. If you need more to do, we have multiple yard games as well as a PING PONG table. Later that evening you can enjoy the barbecue area and the outdoor fireplace. The evening lighting will set your mood for a memorable vacation. We have wonderful neighbors, so we ask that you have quiet time starting at 10pm and no parties are allowed. As you make your way in for bed, you can enjoy your favorite shows on any of the 9 flatscreen TVs throughout the house all with YouTube TV with over 100 channels.

Beautiful furnishings/beds all throughout this 4300SF, 7 bedroom house with 11 beds. Perfect for multi-family gatherings and sports teams with enough beds to comfortably sleep 20 people including a large master bedroom as well as an ensuite.

The best hosts ever. House is well stocked with essentials, towels, and the basic condiments was a huge help. We replaced what we used and added for the next guest. We were a family of 14 with plenty of room. The pool was heated and temperature was great. The pool is deep so our young swimmers put on some wings. Putting green and game room were a great hit.

Just spent 9 days at Whispering Palms with family (10 adults and 6 kids) and had a fantastic stay! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The heated pool and backyard was a highlight. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host before check-in was excellent, though we didn’t end up needing anything because the house had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for great stay in Phoenix area.

BC NASCAR Bucket List

This home was an amazing way to check off some boxes on our list. Close to shopping and only a short drive away from most tourist attractions. We had17 family members all travel and meet from 17-85 and this house had something for everyone. Great access for those with mobility concerns, rooms are bigger than they appear and the place is very clean. Dishes and laundry were a breeze and lots of room for all our food and drinks.

Team Haven

This was the perfect place for our high school basketball team. The rooms and beds were so comfortable, sheets luxurious! Tons of extra games for the kids to play, lots of space for a large group. Had all the extra amenities like laundry/dish soap, everything you need for cooking, and so much more. Close to grocery stores. Shantell was very responsive and helpful to all our needs and wants! We 100% recommend this home and look forward to staying here again.

Great host, great property

We really enjoyed our stay in Whispering Winds. The host was wonderful -- very comminicative and responsive (even when jt was just a matter of us not knowing where to find things -- like the pool towels). House is well-appointed with lots of indoor and activities for our group to enjoy. There were a couple of misses by the cleaning prior to our arrival but they were minor and the host was receptive to the feedback. We'd stay here again!

This house is a wonderful place. Checked all our boxes and more. The home is beautiful. Kithchen is well stocked. Outdoor space over the top as are the indoor game options. We did not want to leave this place, even for dinner. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to make memories together. Really can't say enough about the property and the manager. Fabulous vacation house

Beautiful house with everything we needed for a great vacation. We loved the pool and the putting green. It is a super comfortable home. We appreciated how clean it was and all the fun things to do inside the home. It is conveniently located--close to lots of hikes and fun things to do in the city.

Our FAV!

This is our second stay at this VRBO- it fits our family perfectly! Many fun things to do for all of the grandkids, ages 23 mos to 12yo. Our nephew goes to GCU, he loves to visit and play too. Even with 15 of us we are never on top of each other. There is plenty of room to spread out. We will be back!

Not enough bathrooms

Beware - there is one bedroom on main floor with no access to full bath except through bedrooms and there is only one bathroom on the second level that is shared by 4!! Bedrooms. Overall nice home.

80th Birthday

Perfect for our needs with 2 local (winter) residents of Peoria and out of town family from Oklahoma and Canada. Pool very popular with 7 year old granddaughter and her 21 year old cousin. Table tennis got lots of use with college kids and games table perfect for board games. Kitchen well outfitted, large and convenient. I could go on, but it was ideal for our purpose. Will rent again should Arizona be a future family gathering locale.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We hosted our staff of 12 here. There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect this house was and the great experience we had! We had a number of excursions planned and bar far the favourite day was the “chill at the house day”. With all of the indoor and outdoor games we had an awesome day! This house has everything you need for your stay and more! Our hosts were phenomenal with all communication! We have stayed in many VRBO accommodations and this was one was tops. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! Not just a house, it truely felt like a home away from home!

50th anniversary vacation

We stayed with nine adults and 7 grandchildren ranging in age from 2 thru 19. We had a great time. This property was just the right size for us. They all had a great time in the pool and hot tub. There were so many things to do. This house is equipped with anything you would need. It is located close to stores for grocery stores and other shopping needs. thanks for a great vacation.

Outstanding Oasis

This was a get-away for our family of 4 and a couple of the teen's friends. Spent 5 days at this home in July (it was only 114 degrees) but the amenities made the heat irrelevant. Our time in the pool kept us cool and the amazing options inside the beautiful home kept all the teens entertained. This is a really nice home with plenty of space for everyone. Well-equipped kitchen where we cooked all our meals while here. Lots of things to do without ever leaving the home. The property manager, Shantell, was lightening quick to respond to requests and even had a maintenance person come by within an hour to address a bad circuit breaker. This was great service! Would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to relax for a couple days and never have to leave.

BEST TIME EVER!

We had a family vacation at this beautiful home in Glendale. Our group included 7 kids ages 10 mos to 11 yo. Every single one of them had the BEST TIME EVER as did the adults! A Pool table, ping pong table, game table, foosball, golf, a pool and a ton of pool toys- what else could you want?! The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for our large group. We will not hesitate to return!!

Mom's 90th Birthday Celebration

As soon as we walked into the property, we knew we had picked the right home. The house had all the conveniences we would want. Everyone had their own room; pool & putting green was a nice added feature. The kitchen was perfect. My mom enjoyed the master suite. All in all, my mom walked away with the best birthday she could have wished for!!

Christmas Vacation that felt like we were at a Resort

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Glendale. The pictures online of this VRBO do not do it justice - it is even better in person. We had a big group filled with different ages, from Grandpa and Grandma to little kids, and this house easily held everyone and slept everyone comfortably. This property is perfect for a multi-family vacation. The pool was warm and had so many pool toys there. There were outdoor and indoor towels. Kitchen was amazing and there was a basket full of goodies when we arrived - we cooked up the pancakes that were in the basket. The outdoor cooking area was amazing on Christmas Eve and lots of seating for the meals. There even was a beautiful Chirstmas tree set up around the amazing couch that was so comfortable. The pool table and poker table were perfect for our family who likes to play games. We had a putting tournament the one day that was so fun. It is very close to the things we did - we went to a basketball game and football game and both were close drives. Costco was not too far and there was a Safeway within 5 minutes. We had fun going for runs and the trails were very close. We could easily run as a group to a trail that was very fun to climb and gave us incredible views of Phoenix. We were absolutely blown away by how great this place was and the communication with April was fantastic. We ran out of garbage bags and she dropped some off. This was the perfect vacation for our family and we were over the moon about this place.

Beautiful home

This home is exactly as pictures and more. It is a beautiful big home. Our family had stayed here together for our wedding weekend in order to be together as some of our children live in MN. It was wonderful. The house is big enough for people to have their space yet is set up for time together! Playing pool, games, etc. The pool itself is heated but we didn’t find the time to jump in. The owner and management are very responsive, kind, and helpful. We might be staying again in the future!

We are John & April and are so excited to have a home to share in beautiful Glendale, AZ. We fell in love with this area when we visited Shantell, our niece. It always seems sunny in AZ, so coming from Idaho, we were able to get out of the winter blues and enjoy some needed relaxation at our new pool in this beautiful house we bought. We have three daughters who love to travel with us and enjoy having family time while making memories together. Hopefully, you and your family and friends can make a few memories together during your time here.

We feel our property is large enough that it offers families a chance to connect all in one place and not have to be in separate hotel rooms. We have found having all of the fun in one place with aunts & uncles keeps all of us together at all hours - our favorite are late night family poker games until the kids make us pull out Uno Attack.
