Top floor studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 209 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 209 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Great Spot

Great property located within steps of the Snowmass Mall and slopes! Would highly suggest staying here as everything was perfect from check-in til check-out. Will be staying again on future trips.

Snowmass ski & Ski out

Great location. Keep in mind no elevator and you're going to have to have the strength to go up and down stairs with and without skis and luggage many times. As long as I can do it I will be staying there. :-)

Weekend getaway

Great location. Staff is absolutely amazing, even helped us score a great parking space during concert night. Hot tubs were beautiful and clean. Everything was great. The only thing I would change is have a mattress pad in the closet for those of us that like not quite so firm of a bed. Would definitely stay again

Very nice place

Overall it was a very nice place to stay, close to everything we needed. Enjoyed the balcony and the hummingbirds. The grounds were very well maintained and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Only caveat is minor - the skillets need replacing. Warped and / or nonstick scratched. We made it work. It was nice to have all the dishes and utensils available for use.

Ski in & out at Snowmass

Had a great 10 day stay here. Although it is outdated, we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed was pretty comfy. The sofa & chairs were just ok re: comfort, which was the only downside really. Any issues we had were immediately addressed (some tv difficulties and humidifier not working). Of course the main attraction here is ski in & out to the fantastic skiing awaiting!

Great place to stay!

The location and balcony were great! The cleanliness could’ve been better. When we first arrived, I noticed the rug in the kitchen had food/crumbs on it as well as parts of the kitchen floor. If the floor wasn’t swept then it’s obvious it wasn’t mopped either. Other than that, the condo was clean. No air conditioning wasn’t really an issue. Felt great at night with the windows open. Hot tubs were nice. The staff that we met upon check in were informative and friendly. Just a note for future guests, there is no elevator. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo, great location, great price!

The condo was beautiful, nicely updated, and had everything we needed for my family of 4 (lots of kitchen supplies including salt, pepper, oil, etc). Once we figured out the area, it was super easy to access the village area. Free shuttles run constantly or you can take a gondola right from the mall area. Walking to town by foot was a bit much for the kids given the steep hills. But once we realized we could take the gondola it was perfect. Check in and check out as flawless and very easy. Main bed was very comfortable. And Eliza was very prompt with any questions we had. Only cons to our stay: the pull out sofa was very hard and hard to sleep on. My 5 year old had no problem (he can sleep anywhere) but my husband said it was very uncomfortable. Also, no elevators so hauling our stuff up was a good workout. Overall, highly recommended!

Wonderful experience!

I have to admit we made last-minute plans to visit Snowmass. We were lucky to be able to secure this condominium although I was a little nervous about the small size. I was pleasantly suprised at the wonderful experience! The unit was absolutely delightful and make very efficient use of every inch of space. We never felt cramped or crowded. The beds were soft and comfortable, including the pull out sleeper sofa. Everything that you could have wanted for a quick getaway was in place. We had to ask for absolutely nothing. The unit was stocked with all of the essentials for cooking such as olive oil and even a selection of coffee and tea. There was bottled water and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The location was superb as it was very close to Snowmass Mall and the hot tubs were delightful. The best part about the whole experience however with the staff in the Laurelwood office. They answered every question we had with a smile and great suggestions. On our last day the even helped us to ski a half day and fly out later in the afternoon by storing her package and providing a quick place to change before heading to the airport. I have stayed in many five star hotels and not found such pleasant and accommodating staff. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
