We had a great stay. We loved having breakfast on the balcony watching the golfers hit balls into the water. The condo was clean and conveniently located. We would stay again.

Lee-Ann was super responsive and the unit was even better than pictured. All the amenities, from the kitchenware to the beach gear were like new and more than we thought we wanted and/or needed. Would 100% stay here again!

The condo was really nicely appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine to need. The owner was very quick to respond. The pools were nice. The condo is close to everything in Sunset Beach and Calabash. It is a second floor unit and I mistakenly thought it was on the first floor.

Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Appreciated this clean and comfy condo with everything we expected for the price! Checking in and out was a breeze, as was communication with the host. The parking and pool amenities were also great!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was clean, had everything we could ask for, and best of all the owner was responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. We enjoyed seeing golfers in the morning, riding bikes to the pool, and having a convenient drive to Sunset for beach time and enjoying Sunset slush. Neighbors were quiet and polite as we met other visitors as well as locals. Definitely a location we will look to visit again and tell others about.

What a lovely comfortable home!

What a lovely home! The decor is so pleasing with walls of pale aqua; accents of blue and white. There’s interesting art work, useful hooks, comfy beige upholstered couches and classic Berber carpet. It’s beach-y but not too much. The linens were very nice, that’s important to me. Everything is designed to be soothing and comfortable. This unit does not back up to other condos so it’s more private and quieter. It’s on the second floor so from the screened-in-porch you get a better view of the pond life and golf greens but you don’t have to worry about alligators at the door. (That has happened in this subdivision!) The owner was quickly responsive and helpful with questions. There were no problems. When you are in Sunset Beach be sure to eat a shrimp burger at Fibber McGee’s. Oh my gosh it is so good! That alone keeps us coming back!

Enjoyed our beach trip

The condo looked just like the pictures and the host got in tough with us right away with directions to access the condo. She also responded to my messages promptly! We enjoyed how much space there was in the living area with enough comfortable seating for all of us. Everything was clean, except we found a dirty pot in the cabinet. It was left with food in it. Not a big deal, we just cleaned it ourselves. There were plenty of dishware, cookware and utensils to use and the host told us to help ourselves to anything left in the pantry. The price for 3 bedrooms was great and it was a convenient drive to Sunset beach as well as Myrtle Beach and Calabash. We loved having access to both pools with hot tubs at each pool! It would be nice to have more comfortable seating on the patio and the purple fluorescent light was tough on the eyes. The beds were pretty comfortable, but one of the beds squeaked badly every time someone moved on it. Our youngest slept on that bed and is a pretty sound sleeper so thankfully it didn't wake him up much. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Baseball trip

Weekend stay for my son’s baseball team to play in Myrtle. We wanted to avoid the crowded beaches and stay closer to the beaches of NC. Great location and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood surrounded by golf. Only negative is owner below must smoke a ton because it made our deck smell smoky

Enjoyed condo life!!

We, usually, stay in a home on Sunset Beach. However, this year we decided to try a condo, and I have to say, we truly enjoyed the option of the pool!!! Sandpiper Bay has an awesome saline pool!!!! We loved it!!! The complex is within distance to the Beach, but we found it a bit inconvenient to have to drive and find a place to park. We would choose condo living again.

Just what we needed!

We made a spur of the moment decision on this property and so glad we did. We had a great time! We enjoyed watching the golfers, along with golfing ourselves. We seen 5-6 gators while there too. Boys were kinda bummed about no basketball goal, BUT I was able to introduce them to tennis! They really enjoyed this, we played 3-4 times during our stay. Calabash creamy is a great place for ice cream in evenings. If your wanting a great steak, Sugar Shack is the place to go!! The property is very clean, with plenty of room for my husband and I along with our 2 teenage boys. The location of this property was great, and Lee-Ann was quick to respond and a great host! We will definitely stay again if available.
