The Mystic Drawbridge Inn!
Located in beautiful historic downtown Mystic, this newly renovated 6 bedroom 3 bath sleeps 16 people. The first floor has one bedroom, 1 sofa bed, 1 futon, family room, spacious kitchen, dining room and a full bath. The second floor has another five bedrooms along with 2 full baths with access to balcony.
This home is just steps from the downtown shops, draw bridge and dining.
Outside you will find a beautiful wrap around porch great for relaxing, a rear deck great for BBQ with the family and ample parking.
Main entrance has code lock for guest access with a code.

Fantastic Vacation Location

This home was the perfect house for our three generation vacation. Super-sized home that allowed our family to spread out. To have a large driveway to park in to walk to everything was the added bonus! We'll be back!!!!

Lovely!

Great place, one block off the Main Street. The house is very comfortable, with a great front porch, outdoor and indoor dining areas, a nice kitchen and three nice “sitting rooms.” We were 9 employees who work remotely, and this was perfect for our annual planning session together.

New years crew

Stayed at this property with 3 other couples for New Year’s Eve. Plenty of space and you can’t beat this location in the heart of Mystic! Property manager and owners super responsive to questions and needs. Definitely recommend.

Unfit for guests

After finally fixing the hot water heater we were able to take showers but that was the least of our problems. With no air conditioning none of us slept the first night at all. I spent most of my second day waiting for their property management company to install standing air conditioners because most of the windows would not open. 2 of the bathroom doors do not close well enough to lock and one is a tripping hazard with a 3” saddle. They only mow the lawn every other week so I hope you’re not there on the weekend that they didn’t mow before. The floors are extremely uneven and nothing is level so do not bring anyone over 60 years old or anybody with balance issues. The front porch steps are very uneven and way too high so be careful. There are no functional window treatments and not one is blackout or even close to room darkening. But the worst part is the ants. There are ants in every bathroom and the kitchen is overrun. What a shame we ruined our family reunion with such a disappointing stay.

I grew up in Mystic and can honestly say this was a great house in the perfect location. Perfect for a large group. Experience was effortless. Highly recommend.

Perfect

What a great experience. Clean, fully stocked with clean towels and keurig cups. To be a stone throw away to town, fit 3 families (11 total) and to be dog friendly . Ultra rare . My mom thought she was in a hallmark movie drinking her coffee from the wrap around porch, watching her grandchildren play in the yard with the church bells ringing from this small town.

Perfect Mystic Location

This house is perfect for a large family. Steps from the Harp & Hound Irish Pub, and a 2 minute walk to the Drawbridge,bars and restaurants, you can't find d a closer rental to downtown Mystic. Built in 1880, it has all the charms of the classic old house that symbolizes the past of Mystic.

First, I would like to express my appreciation for maintenance with the exception of Richard (who stopped by) on Sunday to instruct us on the lack of air conditioning. He provided zero assistance. On Monday, the problem was quickly solved by the head of maintenance. The property manager was unresponsive. However, the house & total experience was wonderful & we would like to return next year.

Mystic Beauty

The property was beautiful and the location was unbeatable. The owner responded quickly to all of our needs. However the neighbors were locals who were very rude and accusatory. If you plan on listening to music or playing games anytime after 7:30 PM on a Friday these neighbors do not allow that. Otherwise a great place.

Location, Location, Location

Cousins weekend in this amazing home, really close walking distance to town, never got back into our car all weekend. House was very clean, fully stocked and plenty of room for the 15 of us. Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for sharing your home with us, absolutely amazing!!

Hallmark Movie Memories

This house reminds me so much of where I grew up in New England! The location is so convenient to Mystic, walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops! Very old house with the normal creaks and groans, but awesome, many comfortable beds and we had 10 people including two teen females, one pre-teen, and one 80 year old. Our family/friends stayed in Mystic while our daughter competed for Miss America. So it was also easy access to Mohegan Sun and could handle multiple cars as they commuted. My daughter and I stayed by ourselves the last night and experienced the house as well. All said the same, they’d return and felt they had stepped into a Hallmark Movie at Christmas!

Beautiful Home in Exquisite Location!

An absolute gem of a property in the heart of downtown Mystic! The home itself is spacious and immaculate, well laid out for a large group, with a lovely kitchen and 5 beautiful bedrooms - so comfortable for everyone! Additionally the property location just can't be beat! It is steps away from shopping, dining, activities and more! We felt so spoiled to not have to deal with parking - we just walked everywhere. And to top it off, Suzanne is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn't have asked for a more lovely weekend! Look forward to returning - thank you Suzanne!!
