Cozy Cincinnati Home Located Just Minutes from Downtown, Stadiums, and More!

Guests will enjoy a stay in our two bedroom, one and a half bath home built in 1910. The newly renovated space includes a living room with 65” mounted Roku TV, dining room, kitchen, and half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, and more. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, second living space, and full bath. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The second living space has a futon and a 55" Roku TV.

The home also includes keyless entry, free Wi-Fi, and ADT home security. Washer and dryer can be made available for an additional fee for stays longer than seven nights.

The house was very nice and cozy. Very relaxing. The only problems that my husband and I had was the bed. It was not comfortable for us. It felt as if we were sleeping on the springs. Also the chairs in the dining room were hard. But we had a great stay. The neighbors on the right side of the home had a lot of activity. But even with those small things we would stay again. Plenty towels, pillows and blankets. Felt better with the alarm system. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Quiet weekend

I went to Cincinnati to spend time with a friend who is recovering from illness. Staying at the Vrbo meant my friend didn't have to entertain. We picked up food for the weekend, so we were able to just relax, visit and enjoy this truly cozy, very clean, quiet, tastefully decorated property.

Perfect Stay

The home was perfect with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of a cute coffee shop and restaursnt with a beautiful view of the city. Host was great with communication and instructions for our stay would definitely come back!

Good times!

Some might think the neighborhood could be better by just a visual, but nevertheless I had no problems. Spoke to one neighbor and he was very pleasant. Great stay and close to the stadiums.

Very Nice

It was a clean and provided everything one needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts provided a coffee station, which has often been a missing when staying other places. We appreciated that.

Nice house, clean, and quiet

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, full of everything you could imagine. We were in town for a dance competition and the convention center was only 6-8 min away depending on the time of day. We did not walk the neighborhood. When she wasn’t competing we went to kings island, the zoo, and outlet mall. The security system was easy to use and I’m thankful it was available to us!

Cute and spacious home

Home was as described with 2 ample sized bedrooms and a sitting room/daybed space along with full bathroom on the upper floor, living, dining, kitchen and 2 piece bath on main floor. Great option for a family or a handful of adults. Note there are sets of steps leading from the street to the property. The home itself was very clean and fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the coffee station! The area is an older area, called Price Hill. It is hilly. We walked the area to the BLOC coffee shop and ice cream shop (beside each other) and across the street is the Incline Public House restaurant that has an amazing view of the downtown and Cincinnati area. It was a quick & easy car trip to the downtown, as well as over the bridge(s) to Newport & Coventry. The hosts were easy to contact and provided great information and tips on the area.

Enjoyable stay

Nice place

The property is very nice and the owners are extremely helpful and kind. Being from more of a suburban lifestyle, renting a house in an inner city is a different experience. As long as you are not out after dark, it is relatively safe. The close proximity to everything was fabulous!

Franklin Farm Rentals, LLC is operated by Darby & Jody Franklin and their son, Perry Franklin. We are headquartered in West Liberty, Kentucky where all of us have lived nearly our whole lives. Our first experience in operating vacation rentals was in 2017 with a condo in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We then purchased a condo on beautiful Chautauqua Lake in New York. After several successful years, we chose to sell these properties and now actively manage two rentals. One is our home in Cincinnati, Ohio. The other is in our hometown of West Liberty, Kentucky. These rentals are currently active and can be found on both VRBO and AirBnB!

Over the years our family has made many trips to the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area for vacations and outings. We are avid sports fans and have spent many evenings watching the Cincinnati Reds and F.C. Cincinnati in their respective stadiums. We also enjoy visiting the zoo and aquarium. When the opportunity arose for us to purchase a home in the Cincinnati area, we couldn't pass it up. After a few showings, we fell in love with the historic charm and location of our house. It is located on a quiet street while still being just minutes from downtown. Built in 1910, the house has some unique features and an overall shape that we really enjoy. We plan to make plenty of trips to Cincinnati and new memories in this home as often as we can, but when we can't we want to give other families that same opportunity by making it available to rent!
