Lovely Florida Lakeside home

The Kings Lake Front Villa was spacious and well-appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet and the lakeside view was delightful. The location was biking and walking distance to Publix and local restaurants. Fifth Avenue was very accessible for shopping and more restaurants. We loved every minute in this gorgeous home.

Great Stay in Naples

Wow! This place is exactly as described. Fantastic home with a great pool and hot tub area to hang out at. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, shopping etc. The home was spotless with ample amounts of supplies to get you started. The Master bedroom looks like something you would see in a design magazine, and if you like to fish, the pond outback provides that opportunity. The host was very responsive and check in/out was simple. Hope to be back again.

This property exceeded all expectations and more. Extremely clean and in excellent condition, great location and everything needed at the house. Communication with management was easy and prompt! This will be our go to spot anytime we are in the Naples area. My family and I really can’t rave enough about how much we enjoyed staying here! Fantastic Home!

This property gets 5 stars!! The owner was easy and pleasant to deal with. The home was better than expected. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful walking/biking trails nearby. Area is close to every thing, grocery stores, restaurants and a quick drive downtown. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you Adam!

Above and beyond our expectations !

It is an amazing property and fully stocked ( beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, bikes ….. ) .Everything you could possibly need for a lot of fun ! One of our favorite things was starting our day enjoying a cup of coffee by the pool, enjoying the peace and quiet and watching the wildlife on the lake.

Perfect Getaway

You can’t go wrong staying at this Kings Lake home. It actually feels like home while you’re there. Settled in a nice quiet neighborhood, you will enjoy the views of the lake and all the wildlife, all while lounging by the pool. The home is very clean and that helps immensely with feeling right at home. The amenities are great for a welcoming atmosphere with quality lounge chairs by pool, nice thick pool/beach towels and everything you need in the kitchen if you want to make a meal. The location is great with a short ride into downtown Naples for shopping and dining with multiple options for going to the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!!

Adam was pleasant and helpful in every way and answered all my questions promptly. He thought of every possible need and detail. The home was absolutely immaculate and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We have rented many vacation homes in Florida and this home was, by far, the best!! We were very sad to have to leave and, hopefully, we can return soon. Thank you, Adam. You are the best!!

Best house rental experience I've had.

This house was everything we could have asked for. It was very clean and everything was in perfect working condition. The house was supplied with everything you needed. The setting on the lake and surroundings was beautiful and very peaceful. The location for seeing Naples and area was outstanding. Short ride to anything you wanted. The best part was the owner Adam. He made the whole experience from start to finish friendly and easy. He is there to help for any need you may have and will make you feel at home. I would recommend this house to any friend or family member without hesitation. I've rented many houses and you won't go wrong with this one.

Great place to chill.

Very beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Home was roomy, clean, efficient. Had everything we needed; perfect for 3 couples to get away. Just a great place to chill, but not too far from fun places to visit in Naples. Property manager easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in Kings Lake!

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 weeks and had a wonderful stay. The house is fresh and clean as pictured and is well stocked with everything you need. We loved the lake views and hanging out in the pool area. The whole backside of the house is glass doors and allows in so much light to the whole house. The front office was perfect for my husband working from home. Everything was great. We would definitely stay again!
