Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, the outside patio and pool area is completely screened, and ready for your ‘al fresco’ dining, and poolside lounging and sunbathing. The outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill.

The spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable, with a large smart TV including all the popular streaming apps. We also included a comfortable queen size pull out couch for any extra guests.

The dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining and leads through to the fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar and a coffee station that will satisfy all coffee lovers’ needs!

To the left of the living area is the master suite, which also overlooks the pool and has private access from the bedroom. It has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private deluxe bathroom. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, ‘his and hers’ sinks and a separate walk-in shower. It also has a large smart TV.

On the opposite side of the living area are the second and third guest bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and ample closet space.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies and has access to the 2-car garage. Feel free to park the garage. There are also basic beach supplies, bikes if not broken, and various inflatables for your enjoyment.

Pool heat is an additional $25/night from May 1-October 31, and $40/night Nov 1-April 30 as long as heater is working.

We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (up to 2 dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $199 (conditional upon approval)

$500 Fine if you bring an animal and don't pay the pet fee.

We can also provide a weekly cleaning service for an additional charge.

There is a non-refundable security application fee that is submitted to the community association, for guest access to the Briarwood Community. This is included in fees shown when booking.

We do have outdoor cameras only, for your protection & safety as well as for ours. We don't monitor them as we have to many homes & cameras, only refer back to them if there is an issues.
