Ideally located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, this privately owned residence at the Lodge at Mountain Village offers expansive windows and majestic views of the ski slopes, charming skating rink and shopping and dining at the base village.

This 3 bedroom 1700 square foot ski retreat is completely remodeled from head to toe, offering vaulted ceilings, a cozy modern fireplace living area, gourmet kitchen with gorgeous countertops and new cabinetry and appliances, and lots of room for entertainment and relaxation.

The king master is on this main level along with beautifully appointed ensuite bath. Upstairs you will find a large 2nd bedroom with two queens and a twin pull out sofa and a 3rd bedroom with two full beds, sleeping a total of 11 travelers. The shared full bath on the second level is stunningly remodeled and also houses a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Parking at the Lodge is underground (maximum height of 6' 8") and offers one spot for a vehicle. The Lodge also offers a plethora of amenities such as an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and designated ski lockers for guests of each condo. Enjoy walkable restaurants, coffee shops, bars, chocolate factory, ski equipment rentals and ice skating right outside of your door. Get on the ski lift from the village plaza and go!

Air conditioning is managed by the HOA and is not turned on until early June.

Perfect. As advertised- pictures were accurate. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes you would want. We cooked dinner almost every night. Would highly recommend. Great location for ski in and out.

The perfect place to stay

We loved our vacation rental at The Mountain Lodge in Park City. The location was terrific.. easy ski in and ski out.. easy to walk to restaurants, convenience stores, ski rentals, and the ice skating rink right out our door. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Ski locker storage and parking for our car. The condo was clean and well appointed with utensils, dishes and lovely linens. Couldn't have asked for more. We will be back!

5 Star Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this ski-in/ski-out condo! The space is bright, modern, and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The location is unbeatable right at the base of Park City Mountain with easy access to slopes, dining, and shops, making it a perfect mountain getaway.

Can’t beat the location!

Property was just as presented in the listing. A true ski in and out. Locker room with direct access to the snow was so convenient. Parking garage also a plus.

Great location!

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable for our party of 8. The location was perfect over looking the skating rink. Indoor/outdoor Pool and hot tub were easy to access. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

Perfect location right next to lifts and runs. We had 2 families and it fit everyone nicely. We used the pool and hot tub nightly. Highly recommend for those with small kids.

Family Vacation

It's amazing! A wonderful location and enough size for our children and grandchildren. If we ever needed anything, usually via email or a message we got responses. They could do better returning phone calls. Other than that, it was a delightful trip and one we hope to do again.

Perfect Location!

We were right in the middle of everything and our view was the ice skating rink. We snowboarded all day and came back to the room for lunch. It was very convenient. Our condo was clean and they had plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchenware, blankets, pillows, etc. We had access to indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Plus all the restaurants nearby were great. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Ski Trip

The only thing that didn't make it great is there was a water leak in the main upstairs bedroom. But it was handled and were able to work around it. If not for that incident it is a great space and location for families. It was so convenient for us to get ski equipment, weight room, pool and sauna. Very close to food and coffee as well. The kids especially liked the proximity to the ice rink below our amazing views. We will try to come back if we can.

We agree it was so unfortunate that the HOA had to do some roof mitigation during your stay and glad we could offer an offset for that inconvenience. We aim to always be as responsive and accommodating toward our guests as possible, when staying at any of our properties including Lodge at Mtn Village 54. This is truly an ideal spot for our guests, approximated right on Park City Mountain Resort's prime base lodge area, with access to skiing, shopping dining and nightlife and ideally approximated to Main Street as well. My unit had a roof leak in one of the bedrooms and they we’re not able to fix it.

We had a lovely time and my unit was nice except for one of the bedrooms. However, they told me they would compensate me for that one room.

Thank you Ana for your patience with an epic snow year that impacted the entire complex and roofline. Unfortunately HOA for Lodge at Mtn Village had to let the snow melt off the roof which inherently caused leaking in some of the upper units with vaulted ceilings. We are glad you received your compensation for the one bedroom which was inconvenient to use and look forward to having you back again to stay with Mountain West Vacation Rentals. We manage many privately owned condos in buildings all over town and appreciate your business !

Best place to stay in Park City

We stayed at Park City Lodge at Mountain Village 54 and it was the best vacation ever!! We had our children in their 20's and their significant others and we had a great family time. The skiing was fabulous with this ski in - ski out condo. The ice skating rink was right outside our condo and we had the view of the mountain and the ice skating rink from our living room/dining room area. The kitchen was perfect, the fireplace was just right for heat and ambiance. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and plenty of bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and an amazing space with its own bathroom. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub and thoroughly enjoyed the mountain view from there. The "kids" skated and had such a fun time trying out the ice!! We used the free bus to go to Main St. which has lots of shops and restaurants/bar. We had a great night out there. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels and pillows etc.. I would suggest extra paper towels and napkins and I would have liked paper plates so we didn't have to use all the dishes. The only negative item was the hole in the ceiling of a bedroom upstairs that was covered with a piece of plastic with duct tape to hold the plastic which was actually hanging down from the ceiling because the duct tape was not working well on one side. I would highly recommend this condo for its location, cleanliness and size.

Thank you for your patience as well, in dealing with a roof line issue that was identified in the building and unavoidable for guests staying at Lodge at Mountain Village. The plastic was placed as an additional protection while workers were on the roof above. Great ski-in/ski-out location!

Pros: Great location and fabulous view of the ice skating rink and mountains. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and was clean. It was very convenient for skiing allowing us to come back at different times when needed without having to take a bus or call for pickup. Con: The unit had a water leak in the upstairs bedroom. It dripped the entire time and was disruptive at night. The HOA said it was leaking for months which was obvious by the damaged Sheetrock. It leaked on our luggage and sweaters and left a large wet spot on the carpet which was never dried with a wet/dry vac. Not sure if the units are individually owned. Either way, they really shouldn’t be renting out a unit with a constant leak. Never heard back from the Lodge management regarding the annoying drip after contacting them twice. The stay would’ve been great had it not been for the ceiling dropping down from the leak. Not sure I’d stay again though knowing management is ok with putting guests in leaky units.

We are so pleased that Audrey enjoyed the unit and location and understand the unfortunate event that took place with the roof line intrusion. Mountain West Vacation Rentals manages privately owned units in buildings all over town, including Lodge at Mountain Village who has a separate building maintenance HOA for the complex. Unfortunately the HOA is responsible for the entire complex roofline and although a leak may have been noticed in other units in previous months, we noticed the leak in our unit the week Audrey arrived. Our hands were tied as the building maintenance began to address our unit. We were as responsive as could be during this circumstance and guest care and timeliness is of utmost importance, as seen in previous reviews of this gorgeous ideally located property. We would be happy to have Audrey's group back again and treat every guest with utmost priority. The building management who cares for the roofline had a lot of work to do shoveling the roof and did not get to our unit for some time, as this epic ski season snowfall also had its challenges. The bubble in the ceiling has since been fixed and we are pleased to continue to offer this property in excellent condition !
