Modern conveniences meet historic charm in this recently renovated house designed with short term rental in mind. It was converted into 3 adjoining condos each completely separated with their own front door.

Situated in the historic neighborhood of Walnut Hills, conveniently located:
- 5 Minutes to Downtown (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.)
- 8 Minutes to Cincinnati Children's hospital
- 40 Minutes to Ark Encounter

Guests have access to the exterior via smartlock keypads

We designed this house for large groups that want to travel together but still may want their own space too.

This place would be perfect for:

- Wedding/bachelorette parties
- Large extended family vacations
- Church/school trips.

Such a great place to stay for our Work conference. We had seven adults in the home all spread out. The kitchens were well equipped, the thermostats kept us comfortable, the decor was pleasant and modern, the host’s communication was quick and kind. Highly recommend! Great pizza place within half a mile. Would definitely come back to this house in the future.

I would definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice job with the remodel of the house. Very uniquely set up with three different secure spaces to accommodate varying numbers of groups. You can rent up to three different spaces each with their own bedroom(s), kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, bathroom(s). Earned the 5 STAR!!!

The house exceeded my expectations. Family and friends were gathering in Cincinnati for a family wedding and this house was close to everything. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out and seek privacy when we wanted, but also enabled us to come together to socialize and have meals together. I have never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked with the essentials that you need to stay for a week (laundry soap, coffee pods, garbage bags, shampoo, etc.). It was so nice not to have to go out and buy those items. The house was beautifully appointed with the owner's artwork, which added a personal touch to the stay. The kitchens and bathrooms were stylish and large. The 2nd floor kitchen made for an excellent place for me to do some baking and became the social hub of the weekend. Our host, Preston, was super responsive to all communications and made us feel welcome. The house was immaculate, and I just felt like we were staying in a very special place with an owner who took great pride in the house.

We had a great stay! Everything was as expected and pictured. The three apartments worked great for our group, with everyone having some private space and bathrooms. Street parking worked out just fine and the neighborhood seemed safe. Location was nice for getting around Cincy. Preston was great from start to finish with communication.

Great house, clean and modern. Good location. Great host. Only street parking but plenty of it. First floor apt 1- 2 bedroom and 2 bath with full kitchen and licing room room. Good for my sister, her husband, 2 kids and mom and dadSecond floor apt 2- 1 bedroom and 1 bath efficiency. Small kitchen and small living room. Great for my husband and I Second floor - apt 3 - 2 bedroom and 2 bath upstairs with the largest living room, kitchen and dining table in this unit. Good for 2 other sister's with their daughters and grand daughters. This living room held all of us comfortably when gathering for meals (14 people)

Girls trip

We loved our stay at the house!It was less than 15 minutes from any activity or restaurant that we chose. Clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that everyone had their own area. The stairs could be tricky for very little ones or older adults but our group (including 5 year olds) did fine with them. We would definitely stay again!

Wedding weekend stay

We couldn't be happier with Preston and the listing! There was plenty of space for our group of four families (total of 18.) The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the common rooms were perfect for hanging out. Thank you for providing a great stay.

Very well supplied. Was very spacious for a family of 17. The host was responsive and respectful. We all loved this place.. probably more than any of our other vacation places we've used. It gave families privacy and at the same time had the big third floor unit where we could have our big family gathering times. The Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We visited many areas in Cincinnati and also Dayton and it seemed like an easy place to get to anywhere. We may not be back in Cincinnati because we do different destinations but if we ever were, we would definitely return to this wonderfully restored house.

Perfect for girls weekend!

This was perfect for a girls weekend! We all had our own space it still room for all of us to hang out! It was beautiful, clean and the owner was super responsive! Not in walking distance to much but easy to Uber to where we needed to go!

City Big Blue House

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We were a little hesitant at first beacuse we had to park our cars on the street. After day one, we felt safe and really enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own mini condos.

Unique property perfect for big groups

This property was perfect for my friends and I. The 3 separate but connecting condos are great because it allows for gathering and also space if needed! The finishings/decor of the house is exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone traveling into town with a large group!

Delightful House!!!

Loved everything about this property!!! 5 siblings and our spouses stayed here to see the Creation Museum and the Ark . Cooking was a delite because kitchens were supplied with all you need!!! We had 3 cars and always had a parking spot right in front of house. Just a wonderful place to stay!!!!

Family Christmas

This was very nice. The 3 separate units inside the one house was really nice. We had together time but could go to our own areas when we had too much togetherness, lol!

Amazing experience! Great location. Great house. Great property manager.

We honestly could not have expected anything more or anything better with this experience. The house layout is perfect for those who want to get her together, or who need a bit of privacy with the 3 units across each of the well thought out levels. Also, conveniently located for fun in the city, and close to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter attractions. What a blessing this trip was for all 3 families during our vacation.

Hi! My name is Preston, and I'm originally from Columbus, OH. I moved to Cincinnati in 2016 to be with my now wife, Kate, who works for P&G. In 2018 I quit my "9 to 5" to pursue my passion of real estate. I love to bring new life to old houses, and spend a lot of my time renovating homes.

When we're not working, we love to explore (and eat) our way around the city. Whether it's walking our dog around Eden Park or to Fireside Pizza, or taking a quick Uber downtown, there is always something fun to do in this city.
