Modern conveniences meet historic charm in this recently renovated house designed with short term rental in mind. It was converted into 3 adjoining condos each completely separated with their own front door.

Situated in the historic neighborhood of Walnut Hills, conveniently located:
- 5 Minutes to Downtown (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.)
- 8 Minutes to Cincinnati Children's hospital
- 40 Minutes to Ark Encounter

Guests have access to the exterior via smartlock keypads

We designed this house for large groups that want to travel together but still may want their own space too.

This place would be perfect for:

- Wedding/bachelorette parties
- Large extended family vacations
- Church/school trips.

Great house, clean and modern. Good location. Great host. Only street parking but plenty of it. First floor apt 1- 2 bedroom and 2 bath with full kitchen and licing room room. Good for my sister, her husband, 2 kids and mom and dadSecond floor apt 2- 1 bedroom and 1 bath efficiency. Small kitchen and small living room. Great for my husband and I Second floor - apt 3 - 2 bedroom and 2 bath upstairs with the largest living room, kitchen and dining table in this unit. Good for 2 other sister's with their daughters and grand daughters. This living room held all of us comfortably when gathering for meals (14 people)

We had a great stay! Everything was as expected and pictured. The three apartments worked great for our group, with everyone having some private space and bathrooms. Street parking worked out just fine and the neighborhood seemed safe. Location was nice for getting around Cincy. Preston was great from start to finish with communication.

Very well supplied. Was very spacious for a family of 17. The host was responsive and respectful. We all loved this place.. probably more than any of our other vacation places we've used. It gave families privacy and at the same time had the big third floor unit where we could have our big family gathering times. The Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We visited many areas in Cincinnati and also Dayton and it seemed like an easy place to get to anywhere. We may not be back in Cincinnati because we do different destinations but if we ever were, we would definitely return to this wonderfully restored house.

Girls trip

We loved our stay at the house!It was less than 15 minutes from any activity or restaurant that we chose. Clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that everyone had their own area. The stairs could be tricky for very little ones or older adults but our group (including 5 year olds) did fine with them. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Experience!

We had 12 family members travel to Cincinnati for a wedding. This home was the prefect lodging for the group. The home was beautiful and clean. We loved the artwork throughout the property and realized the host had painted the majority of them! We needed blankets for a couple of our older family members and host reacted immediately, ordered blankets on Amazon and had them delivered to the property. We would highly recommend this home and would stay there again for sure.

Daughter’s Wedding

We stayed here during our daughter’s wedding. The property is ideally set up to accommodate a wedding party. There are 3 units. The bridal party stayed in the two upstairs units and my wife and I had the downstairs unit. We couldn’t have had a better experience. The units are clean and accurately depicted in the listing. The check in process was seamless and communication with the owners was good. Our family rented out the owners other properties (Cincy Historic Gem next door and Renovated Victorian all owned by Preston Oglesbee). Much less expensive than hotel rooms and everyone was able to spend more time together. I highly recommend for large families.

One of the best!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this was one the top 3-4 by far. The photos were on point. Preston was great to work with! We actually rented two of his houses during our stay. It was perfect for our team and staff because we each had a house. There were a few minor things, like no AC or running out of TP, but we would 10000% stay there again. And it wasn’t until the day we left that I realized he had painted all the artwork. Great location - close to downtown. Book it!!

Excellent. Minor issues resolved quickly. This was a great property for extended family - each family unit had their own space but we were able to easily get together.

Perfect for groups!!

This property is exactly how it is listed! The separation of 3 apartments makes it a super unique stay for those who want to be together, yet separate. Preston also replied within the hour to an issue we had with an appliance and had someone out the next morning to fix it! Definitely a beautiful home and we will be using it again when we are back in town

Very clean

Our stay was wonderful and the owner was very helpful with suggestions of where to get groceries. I highly recommend this house. The only drawback would be the stairs for older people. 7 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed Noah’s Ark and the Creation Museum along with William Howard Taft’s boyhood home while we were there.

Great Property & Neighborhood

We were in for a family wedding. We needed a multi-bedroom and bath property and this one was perfect. There are 3 individual units with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It gave us a great area to all converge in and eat and socialize but also gave us our individual space. Host was so responsive and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is in the Walnut Hills are in Cincinnati and close to so many parks, downtown, the river, etc. Love our time there!!!

Wedding weekend stay

We couldn't be happier with Preston and the listing! There was plenty of space for our group of four families (total of 18.) The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the common rooms were perfect for hanging out. Thank you for providing a great stay.

Perfect for girls weekend!

This was perfect for a girls weekend! We all had our own space it still room for all of us to hang out! It was beautiful, clean and the owner was super responsive! Not in walking distance to much but easy to Uber to where we needed to go!

Great house and location

12 adults in 5 bedroom, 5 bath house, can you believe it? The owners did a great job updating this Walnut Hills located home. We could gather in one space or split up as needed. We even had some local family members join us on Saturday. The house has everything you need and anything you want is close by. Enjoy!

Unique property perfect for big groups

This property was perfect for my friends and I. The 3 separate but connecting condos are great because it allows for gathering and also space if needed! The finishings/decor of the house is exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone traveling into town with a large group!

Hi! My name is Preston, and I'm originally from Columbus, OH. I moved to Cincinnati in 2016 to be with my now wife, Kate, who works for P&G. In 2018 I quit my "9 to 5" to pursue my passion of real estate. I love to bring new life to old houses, and spend a lot of my time renovating homes.

When we're not working, we love to explore (and eat) our way around the city. Whether it's walking our dog around Eden Park or to Fireside Pizza, or taking a quick Uber downtown, there is always something fun to do in this city.
