Cincy Boho is a newly renovated home conveniently located within the city of Cincinnati. It boast large, stately rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, smart TVs in every bedroom, soaking tub, 3rd floor kitchenette and off street parking. Entertaining any age guest is a breeze at Cincy Boho with a backyard oasis featuring a hot tub, fire pit and yard games. The detached garage hang out space with a wood burning stove, ping pong and a TV is sure to be a hit with the kids and adults alike. At this property you will find a multitude of large common areas for gathering like the dining table that seats 22 guests or the gigantic L shaped couch in the living room. The urban neighborhood is diverse, trendy and easily accessible to the interstate and most places within the city.

We are Pet Friendly!

**The property is equipped with video and audio security cameras that record. Cameras are located on the exterior of the property. One is at the front door and one that is located in the backyard that records the back door and back patio area. NO cameras at the hot tub area.

This how was perfect for our family reunion. It easily slept 16 people (10 adults & 6 kids). It was so spacious and had plenty of seating for eating, lounging and sleeping where we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was very kid friendly too. Backyard was wonderful to spend time in for a fire at night. It was also perfectly spaced from downtown and the cincinnati zoo!

Perfect for our family get together.

I want to emphasize how many wonderful things we loved about the VRBO . The mattresses were wonderful, the backyard was used so much! The kids loved it. It was a great visit for our big family. We are from the Chicago, Atlanta & Pittsburgh area so this was perfect. This is the first time we've done a visit like this. Some of our favorite things about the house were: the second floor balcony, the grace that was on the wall in the dining room, the stairs, the awesome plumbing (number of bathrooms & abundant ice and hot water) and outlets. We played games, and ate many wonderful meals. We would absolutely stay there again. We could not ask for a better place. Your quick responses were amazing.

Cincy Getaway

We visited The Ark Encounter, The Cincinnati Museum Center, The Zoo and did some shopping. This property is well located to almost everything. We had Fireside Pizza, ate at The Montgomery Inn and Lemongrass. We really appreciated many aspects of the home: the general cleanliness, lots of comfortable seating, multiple common gathering zones, nice decor, lovely wood and tile flooring, double dining tables, nice bathrooms, nice beds and bedding, nice tv’s, ability to prepare food, dead bolts, box fans in all bedrooms for air movement and white noise, beautiful stained glass, lots of dishes, the beautiful old character of the home and the central location.

Huge and beautiful house for a large gathering

What a spectacular house! So many bedrooms for a large group. Extremely comfortable and the garage game room was a great bonus. Highly recommended for large families or friends.

Good city home

Property was as mentioned in the listing and we had comfortable stay. Brent(house owner) was very good and answered my messages and calls quickly. We also had an AC breakdown in floor 3 and he came and fixed it immediately though it was late in the night.

Fantastic Cincinnati Vaca!!

Overall great accommodations and communications. We had 19 in our group and the house worked great. Ping pong out in the garage with hang out area was perfect for the kids. We were a little concerned with the neighborhood but really felt safe the whole time. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group. Also had two times we had to call owner and both times the phone was answered and questions answered immediately. They do a great job on running this business.

Multi-Family Stay

This mansion home was likely built between 1905 and 1920. Large kitchen, dining and living room made multi family meals and visiting easy and comfortable. We found the location to be an quick drive to the Eden Park Conservancy, Jungle Jim's, and the Children's Museum. Note that the bedrooms are on the second and third floors.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our large extended family. There were 19 of us, ages 3 to 65. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. The garage area was delightful. The layout of the house gave privacy and a get away from each other when we needed it. The location was wonderful; very close to many attractions we were interested in. Thanks for helping me keep my family together!

My family was in Cini for my nieces graduation. It was nice to be able to hang out have a fire and play some games and have family time rather that staying in separate hotel rooms. Close to Xavier which made it convenient.

Great property!

My artistic swim team stayed at this beautiful older home. It was a great property with all the amenities for a larger group. The dining room seated 22 - it was amazing! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was very easy to work with & very accommodating.

Wonderful stay

Loved the house and how close it was to EVERYTHING! Plenty of room for my friends and I. We particularly enjoyed the back yard and game room! Would love to come back and stay again in the future!

Great House for Family Vacation

This is a beautiful house in a lively neighborhood that is great for traveling with extended family. It's got plenty of beds and lots of seating in the family room and dining room. We visited Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo which are both nearby. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub!

Convenient Cincy Boho

We enjoyed our stay in Cincinnati in this lovely old home. It was convenient to everything we planned to visit- King's Island, The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Union Terminal Museum, Cincinnati Zoo and we saw The Reds win their 11th game in a row! at the GABP against the Rockies! What fun we all had! The house was a delight. We did some cooking and the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the game room,especially ping-pong and the giant connect four. We enjoyed the hot tub! Although we didn't use the fire pit we did sit around it to visit.The beds were comfortable. Any issue we had was resolved quickly by Brent. The only thing we wished was different was to get to the laundry you had to go through a bedroom and bathroom of one of the other guests, but since we were all family it wasn't too bad. There is also a short walk away a splash pad,swimming pool and playground that's inexpensive and the grandchildren and the Moms enjoyed it.! All in all it was a great house, a great host and a great place to stay in Cincinnati! We would stay again and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Brent for sharing your house and God continue to bless your family!

Extended family trip to see Ark and Creation Museum!

16 of us came to see the Ark and Creation Museum, we were 4 families and had a blast. Loved the game room out back! Only thing semi negative to mention was the kitchen didn’t have a lot of cooking dishes… we were missing a good selection of pans and skillets to cook big meals as well as pitchers to make bulk drinks but otherwise was fantastic!!!
