Cute home with 3 bedrooms and 4 total Queen beds + an additional 2 floor mattresses in a loft area, if needed. Home has been recently remodeled from head to toe. Granite countertops, hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances! Super cute and super nice throughout!!!!!

The house was perfect for our weekend in Grand Rapids. The location was great and it was well stocked. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

What a cute place! Very clean. My 13 yr old LOVED the upstairs area. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Had a little trouble with the passcode on 2nd day but the owner helped us out and it wasnt really an issue. Thank you for letting us use your house. We willbe back

Had a few friends in town for a concert and baseball game. The house was perfect for what we needed. Clean. Comfortable. Safe neighborhood. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Close to Grand Rapids

This house met the requirements that we needed for a birthday weekend celebration for our daughter. It also was secure for our son with autism. And, the added bonus, was the Disney Channel which kept him entertained and happy. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies needed to make breakfast, etc. The house is a little older, so there are creaks in the floorboards.

Work Trip

We had a job in the area. Our crew were very comfortable during our stay and we had all the comforts of home. The owners were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood Stay in GR

We needed a location close to local family for a work-from-home last week of summer. This small home has two lower level bedrooms, and upstairs space that is great for teens. Pluses: beds were comfortable, there is a full size PacMan game upstairs and XL bean bags that the kids enjoyed; the kitchen is small but well equipped; there is plenty of hot water; the owner was very responsive to questions; the neighborhood was quiet and has a mix of young families; the location (just off Fuller) is 10-15 minutes away from everything you need in GR. Minuses: the house is very creaky (and my husband is a very early riser); there is no storage space or place to hang towels in the bathroom and ventiliation in there was poor (things became musty smelling on the second day); there is very limited furniture in the bedrooms (no dressers to unpack or store toiletries); the kitchen table is quite small (somewhat hard for 4 people to actually dine at); there was no desk big enough to work remotely from. Overall, if you are looking for a small place as a base for exploring GR, it was a cost effective option.

Central location - simple and modern

A very centrally located property - easy 10 min drive to downtown GR or EGR. Quiet neighborhood - supermarket and drug stores nearby. Simple bungalow house - not large but workable 3 bedrooms, living room and eat in kitchen. Everything looks pretty modern and in good shape. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and eating in. Bedrooms are pretty simple - just bed and a chair and nightstand. If you need a dresser or luggage rack, not here. Homeowner was easy to work with and communicative. Made for an easy stay and easy to get places from this neighborhood. Thumbs up.

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location

We loved our stay here! The house is in a quaint neighborhood in a convenient location. The guys ran in a Spartan Race in GR and the girls and babies were able to visit the GR Children's Museum, just 10 minutes or so away. The kitchen was well-stocked, fridge clean, and the coffee pot and coffee ready to go! There was a small table and benches in the kitchen to seat 4, but extra chairs to bring in to accommodate a fifth person. We loved playing board games in the family room around the round coffee table. Adorable decorations. The beds were comfortable for everyone. The loft area was great for my son's family. The kids enjoyed playing the Pac Man game upstairs. I communicated with Jay several times and he was kind and responsive. The house was clean and we were very comfortable! Thank you so much!

Breakaway Festival

House was in great condition and was perfect for our stay. Only about 2 miles from belknap park which is where our festival was held. Only concern was we were unable to watch anything in the living room tv.

Perfect spot for a commute into downtown!

Just a few minutes drive from downtown, which was perfect for us. There is also a grocery store and gas station nearby which made things super easy for our stay!

Great place, nice neighborhood!

My family and I were there for a couple of days and had a great stay. The place was extremely clean and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The manager did a great job communicating with us. The only thing I would suggest is that there are more mirrors. For a family of 7, we only had the mirror in the bathroom and one small round mirror in one of the bedrooms, a minor thing though.
