Welcome all Chain O'Lakes boaters and waterfront seekers to the resort style living that Fox Lake has to offer! Located directly on Fox Lake with 50 feet of frontage on the water, you can enjoy breakfast on your beautiful deck, coffee, or wine on the balcony, then a day on the water. This stunning, meticulously maintained 1850+ square feet lakefront home was recently renovated. Have dinner on the deck with a view of the lake and the make your s’mores in the fire pit all while being on the edge of Mineola Bay.

Large deck and fully fenced in flat backyard are great for bonfires and games. The open kitchen and dining areas offers spectacular views of the lake through two story windows.

Summer fun! Spend the day out on the water and dock your boat right at the Lake House! Don't have a boat? Rent ours! Ask us about one of our Sylvan Pontoon boats that we have available for rent! There are several restaurants on the chain that have boat parking! Ride horses at the Chain O'Lakes State Park Stables, hike through Chain O'Lakes state park, and there are plenty of golf courses within 20 minutes, ride your bike on the bike trails and more. Enjoy a traditional Friday Night Fish Fry and other great food and drinks from several local restaurants.

Looking for additional things to do with the kids? The NEW Lakefront Park has just opened! Kids can climb, swing and slide on the vibrant playground, play on the splashpads or sit on the beach. You can also play Pickleball on the new courts!

Winter fun! Wilmot Ski Resort offers skiing and snow tubing for the whole family and is a short 15 minute drive away! Great cross country skiing trails at the Chain O’Lakes State park, local Ice skating rinks, phenomenal Ice Fishing, snowmobiling, hunting and more!

We stayed for four nights and absolutely loved this home. Kitchen had everything you would possibly need, plenty of towels and linens. Josh was amazing at answering all our questions. Loved taking the boat out for an afternoon. Docked at Dinghy's for lunch. Perfect late summer get away!

This is our second time at this lake house. It's on a great part of Fox Lake with not a lot of boat traffic. The house has everything you need for a visit. I especially love how well stocked the kitchen is with spices and utensils. Bathrooms have basic toiletries (you will need your own shampoo) and nice thick towels. Josh the owner is extremely easy to reach and very helpful.

Lakefront Home

Living on a lake for a week was heavenly. The home was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped for cooking most of our meals in. We enjoyed the fire pit nightly and loved relaxing and eating on the deck. We also loved how close the house is to amazing restaurants and Lakefront Beach where we brought our little girls for some play and beach time. We brought our dogs and loved it that the backyard is fenced in. It was a perfect week at a perfect lake house.

Long weekend stay.

Loved this home. Very clean and the property had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Josh the host was very responsive and thorough during our bioking process and he also set up the boat rent for us and it was ready to go when we arrived. Our only complaint is that the home is already booked for the summer and wed love to stay there more this summer. Hope yo stay there again very soon.

Amazing rental!

We had an amazing time at this beautifully appointed lakeside retreat. The house was very clean, stocked, with plenty of space for our two families to spread out and enjoy. We were lucky enough to get snow during our stay- making it a beautiful winter wonderland. We are already planning a return trip to enjoy the summer months on the lake.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

House was in a great location to everything you would want to see in the area. Very well kept, clean and easy check in. Josh had everything ready and detailed on how to work TV's, blinds, etc. Only drawback was the king bed in the 2nd bedroom. The mattress was very uncomfortable for sleeping. Definitely would not want to sleep in it for more than the 2 nights we did. All the others beds were perfect!

Great Weekend in Amazing Property

First of all this lakeside home was breath taking and so very cozy. Everything we could have possibly needed we had available, beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for my small family visiting our son for his Naval boot camp graduation. Thank you Josh for opening your doors to us and allowing us to visit your home. It was perfect.

Well appointed, dog friendly home

We were looking for a spot for our family of 5 (all adults) to stay while in the area for our youngest son’s graduation from boot camp. This was the perfect spot. It was serene and peaceful. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed (important, as our boy was anticipating some good home cooking). Neighbors were friendly. Best of all, communication with the host was amazing. Very clear check in instructions, and very responsive. Would 100% recommend this spot, and would love to return during the warmer weather to take advantage of the lake.

Beautiful view

We stayed there to celebrate multiple birthdays. Sunsets were beautiful. House was clean and basic needed items were provided in large supply. Large tvs in every bedroom and living room. Nice size bedrooms with really large master. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come again!

Great stay - good times

We enjoyed our time here with our family and friends. Josh was great to work with and quick to respond with answers to questions. The house is located in a great spot on fox lake away from the lake traffic. The shade in the afternoon and the view on the lake was very idyllic way to wind down the day.

Amazing Stay

We stayed at Josh’s lake house with 7 guests (4 adults and 3 kids) and 2 dogs. The house was perfect for our group! We rented their boat for the entire stay and spent every day on the water. In the evenings we played cornhole , went fishing and grilled out. The beds were super comfy. Josh was very responsive for any of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous Property

We loved our stay at this Fox Lake property. Josh has updated the entire house. Very well stocked with supplies, towels and kitchen spices. We grilled 2 nights on the deck while enjoying the beautiful view. You have a view of the lake from the first floor, loft and master. Cute balcony off the master facing the lake. Our dog loves the fenced yard and enjoyed watching the wildlife. We loved the house so much we've already booked our next visit.

Wish we could stay longer

This property is amazing. This is our 2nd time renting this property and it never disappoints. We were able to bring Paddleboards this year and the Lake in the morning (we were there during the week) was perfectly calm and peaceful. We always leave refreshed and wanting more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place. We only wish we could stay longer.

Relaxing and comfortable Lake Home

We were grateful to stay at this home on the Fox Lake Chain. Josh, the host was attentive and available prior to our stay and during our stay. We appreciated his communication throughout. The home was perfect for our group of 5 with plenty of comfortable sleeping areas. The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the outside areas. Coffee on the porch in the quiet of the morning was a treat. We enjoyed the fire pit at the lakeside and the stack of wood for our use. The home is located in a quiet residential area which was a plus. I only wish we could have enjoyed more time at this property. Josh, thank you for your hospitality.

Best Place on the Chain

If you rent this property, you will not be disappointed. My wife, daughter, and I highly recommend this VRBO. Its clean and fresh and exactly like it is stated in the advertising. We were also able to rent a pontoon boat as a separate agreement with the owner. The boat was also newer and clean. I don't think that you can find a better place on the chain!

Family time

Beautiful, spectacular mornings with the sunrise and the view of the lake. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is very nice. We were able to prepare all our family meals.

Having grown up in northern Wisconsin I became accustomed to being on the water and learned to love outdoors! In spring you'll find me training for my next race or triathlon, summer you'll find me on the water or by a bonfire, in fall I'll be watching football and hiking to see fall colors, and winter I'll head to Colorado to some of my favorite ski resorts!

I love to travel and would say that Turks & Caicos has been my favorite destination thus far but St Lucia would be a very close second.

I'm the owner of a few small businesses and love to support the same. And I take great pride in providing a 5 star service for your stay!

A convenient store is right across the street. Hungry? there are 2-3 restaurants in walking distance? Want a drink? There is a bar within a 5 minute walk. Need some groceries? There is a a local grocery store within walking distance to the home. Everything is so convenient for you.

And Naval families, we are just a half hour from the Great Lake Naval base!
