On the ground floor : - a kitchen - a living room with lounge and fireplace (free wood) - a bedroom (with 3 access steps) with a 180X200 electric bed (two independent 90 bed bases - with individual remote control) and a television - a bedroom (with 3 access steps) with 2 90X200 beds - a bedroom with a 90X200 bed - a small equipped baby room (baby bed and changing table) - lingerie - a bathroom - a separate toilet Upstairs : - a mezzanine with games area - a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a desk (independent access possible by external staircase) In the property: - a courtyard and an enclosed garden at the front - a covered terrace - an annex with washing machine - an awning for parking (2 cars) - enclosed land with two ponds with free access at the back Outside the property: - private parking for several vehicles right in front of the house - a third pond with free access Nature lovers, come and recharge your batteries in this independent gîte in the Breton countryside, 23km north of Rennes Angling enthusiasts? It is on site that you will tease carp, pike and roach in two of the three private ponds. The third, "the water lily pond" stands out as the highlight of this bucolic setting. The frogs love it! A quiet piece of France

This was our 1st stay on a 5 week holiday and we loved the location and size of this one. It had everything you would need. Close to town to get food and drinks and no neighbours to bother you at night. It had 3 ponds and a huge backyard if extra people came to stay. Plenty of beds for kids etc and a huge dinning room for people to eat. My partner loved the split king bed, as she couldn't feel me move around at night - hence I never kept her awake at all. Loved having drinks around the kitchen table in the afternoon, and the big fridge got things cold very quickly. Easy to get in and out of the property each day, and went on a few day trips to Mont Saint-Michel etc and loved the beauty of the rural areas that France has. People were very friendly in town when we went in for food and drinks etc.. All in all, a great place to stay with a large group of friends. There was one section of the house where the roof was low and you might hit your head if tall. I did but you only do it once.... Great place. Loved it
