A Cozy Cottage built in the 1970's with an "old school" beach feel. 20 steps to the beach located in a row of bungalow units. This cottage is a ground floor unit directly on the beach with a private deck for outside dining/grilling in a great location for families that are looking for easy/private beach access with close proximity to Clearwater on a low budget. 10% DISCOUNT FOR 7 NIGHTS, 15% FOR 28 NIGHTS

The Space:
This 1100 Square Ft. Cottage has two bedrooms and one and a half baths, a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen as well as Twin with a water/beach view. This cottage has recently been updated with all new bedding & towels as well as family room and outside dining and relaxing while watching the amazing Gulf Sunsets.

The condo was perfect for the four of us. Very cozy and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate l with. He reached out to us to make sure that we were good during the day. He even offered for us to stay an extra day if you needed it. The beach is beautiful outside his condo. I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

My bestie and I had the best time at Belleair Beach! Lori was the best Host! The Beach was beautiful and so clean. The house was beautiful and perfect for our wants. We will definitely be visiting again!

Worst experience using a vrbo or airbnb

We planned this trip sort of last minute for a family vacation. The listing is pretty inaccurate and hasn’t been updated. This area was hit by a major storm last year so understandably some things outside looked different than the photos. Inside you could tell there was water damage and things had been painted over. This is all understandable.What is not understandable is the cleanliness of the property. The owner was staying upstairs while we were there and he apparently “cleaned” the property. The place was very dirty, we saw bugs, the mirror had the previous renters splashes all over it from brushing their teeth… again, I’m capable of wiping off a mirror and we got bug traps from the owner so OK I can look past this. The entire time we were there, which was shorter than we had booked as we left early, the owner was working on the property. Sawing, hammering nails, drilling, at one point other people were there with a ladder right where our outdoor shower was to clean off as we came back from the beach… he was replacing the siding on the house while we were there! I contacted Vrbo when we left two days early asking for those two days back and sent them photos and short clips of videos I took of the sounds via email as I couldn’t send the full videos due to their size. It took them a full week to respond to me saying they weren’t giving me back anything. Needless to say I won’t be using vrbo again and definitely don’t recommend this property.

Excellent location right on the beach. Lori was lovely and she provided everything you might need for your stay. The views are amazing! The cottage has everything and is very cozy and welcoming. We are definitely recommending this place to our friends.

Great week on the beach

Cute comfy cottage steps from the beach. You could watch the waves and hear the ocean from the house and back deck. Clean. Roomy. Had everything we needed. Randy our host was around all the time for any help or things we needed. Beach is beautiful.

Beautiful Beach

Bellaire is a truly gorgeous beach, and the proximity to Clearwater was handy! The cottage was comfortable, the beds were great, and the owners were working hard to recover from substantial hurricane damage. They were very friendly and responsive to our many issues and suggestions about things that were needed, but there are still some things that need to be done to bring it up to the highest VRBO quality.

Truly on the beach

Location can't be beat - area is safe, beach is literally 50 steps out the door, house was clean and very comfortable. Everything needed was provided and owner was totally available if needed. Would stay here again if returning to this same area - very relaxing trip!

The only thing is the kitchen faucet needs to be change out not working. But the owner really tryed to help. The owner is very nice. Its quite clean and the beach is private so very little peope. Saw dolphins & Manatees. You everything you need. Just bring your clothes and get ready to rech

Great location!

This place is perfect if you have a car! Private, quiet, and right at the beach! This place was great for our small family! The king size bed was comfortable and had a somewhat firm mattress. My daughter loved the queen size bed, though it would have been way too soft for me. We did not use the twin bed. There are lots of beach toys for kids! There are plenty of beach chairs. The beach was empty by our standards which was a nice bonus! We were lucky enough to find lots of sand dollars and the gulf water temps were 89 degrees! Dolphins and manatees swam by. The outside table was nice since it was shady and we always had a nice breeze blowing through! We did not do much cooking at the house, but there appeared to be plenty of kitchen items to do so. The water pressure in the kitchen is very low, but there is a dishwasher available. We found if the faucet was in ‘spray’ mode, it worked a little better. We enjoyed our meals in nearby Indian Rocks Beach, a short 10 minute drive. Clearwater is about 10 minutes north, Indian Rocks about 10 minutes south. Groceries are about 10 minutes away also. Parking at the house is easy and with assigned spots, there was never a worry of parking. The Jolly Trolley goes by the house, but I did not see a stop very close. We visited in the summer which is off season, so getting around by car was fairly easy. Overall I would recommend this place to others!

Best vacation home on the beach

Looking for a cozy cottage on the beach? This is the one! With its beach decor charm with 1 full bathroom and 1/2 plus washer and dryer amenities and access to the beach my family loved staying here. The owner met us as we pulled into the driveway. Randy was delightful and was there if we needed anything. No need to bring anything, It is all there from having a beach wagon, beach chairs, canopy, sand toys, and even sand roll out mats. The living room and both bedrooms had smart TVs for those rainy days for inside activities. Looking forward to staying here on future Belleair Beach vacations.

Peaceful setting

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a trip for my granddaughter’s high school graduation. They had so much fun snorkeling in the pristine water. The cottage was lovely. I highly recommend it!

Great little stay on the beach

My family of four stayed and loved how close the beach was! Beautiful! If you’re looking for a less crowded beach this is it. But also very close to all the restaurants and shopping, etc. Cottage is just how described…we hope to come back!

Spring Break 24

Stayed here for Spring Break 24' and had a very relaxing stay! Beach is a close walk from the backdoor, the cottage location is not far from great amenities (ice cream, coffee, small shops). Already booked again for Spring Break 25'!

Charming older cottage right by the beach!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - perfect for our simple needs. Queen bed is a little softer than we're accustomed to, but also futon not shown in listing which helped for 5 adults and 1 baby. Appreciated covered outdoor area to extend our outdoor time in midday. Will stay again!

Summer vaca

We loved the place, walk-out the back door and you are steps from the beach…everything was as described, kids had a blast, & pretty much everything u need is there…beach chairs, tent, umbrellas, wagon…the house was great, and Randy, the owner was super nice, made contact with us to make sure all was good. We will definitely be back again!
