Recently renovated two bedroom condo with breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Ocean front condo in mid-town Ocean City (70th Street) in walking distance to mini-golf, restaurants, bars, Dunkin Donuts and stores. Large balcony with comfortable seating and a full 180 degree view. Perfect for families or a couples get-a-way with a large living space and dining area all with views of the ocean. Quiet building with a reserved parking space.
Linens are NOT included (bring your own sheets/towels).

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.

Great place

We had an amazing stay at this place! The condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures, and the view was truly spectacular. The host communicated clearly and promptly responded to our questions. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely book it again in the future.

Great stay!

We had a great week in this condo - perfect location right on the beach. The condo was updated and clean and had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, lots of games. good sized balcony. Easy check-in and checkout. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great time. Great location right on the beach. The property had everything we needed and more. This is a great place for families and friends. Communication with the owner was perfect. We’d rent this property again.

Great location and view!

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was a good size for a family of 4 to come and go from the beach and activities. Parking spot is very convenient. We were sitting one night at the dining table and were able to see dolphins swinning in the ocean from the balcony window!

Family beach trip

Property was exactly as listed! This was the perfect getaway for our family of four. Loved how close it was to the beach and the view was spectacular!! Also, more private area of the beach, which we appreciated. Location was perfect for various restaurants and activities. Host was very responsive and knowledgeable. We had a great stay!

Perfect view!

Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. The apartment was clean but could use a refresh. The stairwell and parking area need maintenance because it was very dark and hard to see. All in all, a nice little place and we had an enjoyable stay.

I wish I could give 4 3/4 starts! Fantastic location! The beach was not too crowded. The view is spectacular! We kept the thermostat at 72 degrees as requested, but it was a bit warm in the condo even with the supplied fans, especially in the main bedroom. The host, Dave was THE BEST. So fast at replying to every question and genuinely nice. We both felt the couch needed an update for comfort. I am a clean freak, and the bathrooms were super clean! I immediately felt at ease! We really enjoyed our stay.

What a view

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. We watched pods of dolphins every day from the balcony and down on the beach steps away. The owners were amazing making sure our needs were met. We had a family event that we needed to attend off site, and the owners made sure we had a complete stay when we got back to their place. Can’t say enough about this place and the owners. We will definitely be back!!

Great Location

Great week long stay. AC kept the place cool during the heat wave. Location to beach, shops, and restaurants couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Getaway

We cannot say enough good things about this property! This is the first beach rental where we have not felt the need to immediately vacuum, as the condo was immaculate and felt fresh, clean, and new. The rental was inviting and cozy and felt like it was "loved" by the owners. The condo was well-organized, but not cluttered, and had almost anything that you might need during your stay. The location was amazing, right on the beach with an FANTASTIC view of the water, and less crowded than other areas of the beach. Some of our best times were spent sitting on the deck in the evenings and early mornings watching and listening to the waves. We were very grateful to Dave when we had trouble getting the key out upon our arrival; he was immediately responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great place to stay in OC!

We were thrilled with this house! Right on the beach. Good sized rooms and updated kitchen. Will definitely try to book again next year. Loved it!

Wonderful Location

The unit was as described! Great location central OC. Could use some updating and generally could have been cleaner on first arrival. Otherwise, well appointed, great kitchen, absolutely stunning views of the ocean and sunrises, great unit!

Fantastic vacation

The location of the property and the view from the balcony is superb. Everything was within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped ( I did miss the grater though😄😄). Being vegetarians ( more towards vegan), the choices were very slim in OC. So used the kitchen well. The place is well suited for family with kids. Bunk bed in the second bedroom was kind of uncomfortable for Adults. We used the pull out sofa in the LR. We had minor inconveniences which was taken care off immediately by Dave ( the owner) and also compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall , I would rate our stay 4.5 and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for place which is clean, accessible to beach , and walking distance to all shops and restaurants, BTW, this was our first exclusive beach vacation and are planning to do.this every year
