The most relaxing stay we have had in OC MD. We come every year and normally get a hotel. First time getting a condo. This condo has everything you need! Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, games and so much more. Full kitchen with everything you need. We were able to cook breakfast daily to save money. The condo is beautiful! Very modern, clean, fast WIFI, comfortable beds and so much more. The view was outstanding. Nice big view of the ocean as you are just steps away and the sound of the ocean at night puts you right to sleep. Owners were great to deal with. Fully prepared us for our trip and kept in touch throughout which is a great personal touch. Beats dealing with the hotel desk, lol. I highly recommend this condo. You will love it as we all did. Easiest vacation to plan thanks to the owners. We will definitely return.

A Vacation Stay!

This was the perfect property for our family of four. The unit is conveniently located right on the beach in Midtown, Ocean City. Communication with the owners was excellent! They responded quickly to any questions I had and reached out to make sure that everything was going well. The unit itself is beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you could need for a beach vacation. Our favorite spot was the ocean front deck. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing

It was absolutely breathtaking with being on the beach with a balcony ocean view and sunset in the back. The condo was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The owners were gracious enough, to allow us, to use their beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. There was the convenience of the small things, such as seasonings along with laundry detergent and toiletries, until we went to the store to get what we needed and to replace what we used. It was wonderful to have direct beach access right in front of us. I can’t wait to go back. The owners were so accommodating and kind.

Great Week Away

The condo was clean, great location perfect size for 4 adults. Would definitely stay there again. A TV in the 2nd bedroom would be nice, but no complaints.

Great Stay

Lovely clean condo with beautiful views. Owners supplying beach gear, paper goods and other necessities was an added bonus. Lots of thoughtful decorative touches made it feel like staying at a comfortable friend's place rather than a generic rental. Easy communication with owners as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

This is a great condo within walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants, including Seacrets, Macky's, and Fager's Island. The unit is clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated, and you can't beat the view of the ocean from the patio! The owners were easy to reach and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views- gorgeous condo

Who could ask for more? This condo has everything you can want and then some. We had a wonderful week, enjoyed the beautiful views from the bay on one side of the condo to the ocean on the other. Also, absolutely spectacular service from the owners. Top notch.:)

Great stay at Mooring

We had a wonderful stay at Jim and Carole’s condo. Communication with the owners exceeded expectations and was better than any CBVacations stay we did in previous years. Condo is clean, modern, cozy, and has amazing views. Thanks for great family memories!

Spectacular

This stay was part of our biennial trip to OC Maryland. We have stayed at the Hilton Suites and several other properties in the area and enjoyed this property the most. Preparing for the trip was easy, aided by the very detailed description of the property and attractions in the area that the owners sent us the week prior. The unit is beautiful and does not feel like a rental (has that upscale Caribbean suite feel to it). Very clean and includes all you might need (you own bedding and towels make it feel more like home so a plus for us). The view is spectacular and you might want to stay in more than you should. Everything worked as expected and the owners made sure to check in periodically. Parking is easy and the beach is not crowded (no giant condo towers around). I don't think I have done many reviews before on anything but this one deserves it.

Absolutely perfect!

The property was lovely supplied with everything you could want. The area of ocean city was quiet, clean and well kept. The owners were very nice and responsive to all our questions. It was more like a home than rental. We highly recommend this place.

A Wonderful Week

When the biggest complaint is that the elevator was slow, you know that our visit was great! Jim and Carole have a beautiful, well equipped condo and they were extremely timely and helpful in answering all of our questions. The unit had everything that we could want and the view was spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Great place to stay

Location of property is close to the action, but not too close ... a good balance. The condo is very nice, and the deck is larger than many other condos. Nicely decorated. Five floors up, so the view is nice. Great communication with the owner, and includes a convenient parking spot. Not a ton of storage space for food for a week, but enough. This condo is definitely deserving of being on anyone’s short list of O.C. Getaway places. Convenient to Route 90 bridge.

Absolutely loved the decor and the view from the balcony was wonderful!! Saw dolphins every morning!

Jim and Carole were wonderful!! Very quick to respond to emails! Would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend to anyone visiting OC.

Great place

Place is beautifully decorated. Awesome view and very peaceful. You are right on beach. Condo is well stocked with your needs.Only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness is the master bath toilet was not cleaned. Other than that I would highly recommend this condo.You are just minutes away to any outdoor fun,shopping and dining. Owners respond quickly.

Why do we think Ocean City is a great getaway? Because it's the perfect place for people who love the ocean and the beach, who like to get outdoors, have some fun, kick back, or just unwind. When we first bought this place, our vision was to create a one-of-a-kind beach place that would not feel like your typical beach rental. And it doesn't. We love our place and you will too! (Please don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations on restaurants, places to visit and things to see and do in the area.)

Sleeping to the sounds of the ocean from the master bedroom. Sitting on a private balcony that overlooks nothing but sand and surf. Walking to the beach right from the condo.
