This cute studio room is perfect for that couples getaway you've been looking to do! The studio offers a comfy king size bed for laying your head on after long day at the beach. Also, it has a TV w/cable, fridge, sink, and a small kitchenette for a little cooking you may want to do. There is a full spacious bathroom with tiled shower. If want to get a little sun can sit on the back patio while grilling out on the charcoal grill.

The studio is very close to the beach, approximately a 2-3 minute walk! If don't want oto make the short journey down to the beach and just want to enjoy some rays next to the pool, not a big deal because it's a 30 second walk from the home! You're going to love your time here! Book it before it's gone!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It is a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool is on the premises. It is close to shopping and food if you need it. We recommend staying here.

Great place for a getaway

Loved this spot! Nice room. Short walk to beach. The pool was refreshing. Owner was very helpful. Would recommend this place for a couple or single person that needs a vacation.

Great location

Quick walk to the beach and restaurants for breakfast/lunch. Parking is adequate for the location. Will definitely be staying here in the future or the upstairs condo if able. Kenny was very responsive to any and all questions.

Great location

This was a super cute place. The location is amazing because it’s just far enough from the crowded resorts that you can really enjoy the beach. The condo was super cozy but there were a lot of ants and you can hear the people staying in the condo above you. Still had a great time.

Last minute find

Overall was a good stay. Parking is tight if you have a large truck/jeep. Nice large shower was a good surprise. Pool and hot tub are very clean.

Great stay at PCB!

This was the perfect stay for my husband and I in Panama City! The location is absolutely wonderful- you’re away from all of the crowd on the beach, but close to all of the restaurants and entertainment! The room is very private. It was so nice to be able to walk right into our room, with no elevators or stairs! The unit was everything we needed for a great and easy vacation! We cannot recommend this enough!

Exactly what we needed!

Best friend and I used this as a girls week/ mental reset and it was perfect for just that! Five minutes from walking out the door you can have your spot on the beach set up and in the water! Pool is just seconds from the front door. Perfect location for us as it was down the main strip enough that it was quiet and could enjoy the private patio at night but close enough to hop in the car for a few minutes to enjoy the action and delicious food!

I'll never stay where other people are staying there above you...very noisy........Six cars parked in front of our parking spots. Had hard time leaving. But people abuse every thing..jerks !! Over all ok 1-10. I give you a 7.8

Sorry it was too noisy for you Richard. Wish I could say I could control how noisy each guest is in these places but as you know tough to do. Not sure what happened with parking because you literally could only fit 2 cars in front of the home without it blocking the drive way so no one could leave at all. Yes sorry I do know some people do take advantage of situations. Sounds like overall it was a good experience but a couple down falls. Best regards!

Very nice place although T.V signal wasn’t working properly. Lipstick found on one of the wash cloths, Bed sheets smelled as if they had been washed but not completely dried.. Without that the owner was very nice and responded to all of my concerns and request

Close to the beach

Perfect for a last minute trip to the beach. Property right across street from an uncrowded area of the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice. Property condition and amenities were true to listing.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, this property was not what I expected at all. It is literally one room plus a bathroom. All the furniture was very old, TV never worked, the bathroom had 3 shower heads only one barley worked. The entire little place just needed upgrading. But, the worst was the bed sheets where 100 polyester NOT good for Florida weather.
