Family Vacation Beach Cottage ~ Enfrente de la playa

Sólo los alquileres semanales están disponibles en junio y julio de sábado a sábado.

Nuestra propiedad de playa consta de una cabaña dúplex principal y una casa de huéspedes. Esta lista es para el alquiler de un lado del dúplex solamente. La unidad tiene 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, salón y cocina. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Si necesita espacio adicional o estará de vacaciones con un grupo más grande, compruebe la disponibilidad de la parte derecha del dúplex y la casa de huéspedes que se enumeran por separado bajo la propiedad # 1074283 y la propiedad # 454143.

Relájese y descanse a pocos pasos de las playas más bonitas del mundo. Nuestra casa está ubicada en Laguna Beach, en el tranquilo extremo oeste de la ciudad de Panama City Beach. Está situado justo enfrente de la playa en una vieja zona residencial que te da una idea de lo que la playa era como antes de los grandes apartamentos de gran altura.

Las comodidades incluyen un televisor de pantalla plana con satélite en la sala de estar, acceso a Internet Wi-Fi, cocina completa con platos básicos y utensilios de cocina, lavadero compartido con una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo, parrilla de carbón y una ducha exterior para enjuagar Después de ese divertido día en la playa.

Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicado a unos 4 kilómetros al oeste de Pier Park centro comercial al aire libre. Thomas 'Donuts y el supermercado local Carousel son fáciles de 2 minutos en coche. Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie y Publix supermercados también están cerca. Los restaurantes para satisfacer cualquier gusto están cerca. Panama City Beach tiene muchas atracciones divertidas como Shipwreck Island parque acuático, Mundo del Golfo, Wonder Works, Ripley, buceo, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf y mucho más para su familia para disfrutar. También hay dos parques estatales a pocos minutos en coche.

For me, it’s all about access to beach and this location is perfect. An ideal place for 2-4 people and has all the necessities provided. Great communication with owner was a plus as well.

We'd stay again

Cute little cottage - perfect for a couple. Online description accurate; expedient communication with host; clear instructions; superb location if you're looking to be near the beach! Shower tiles clean but dated; a few spots could use new grout. Tight squeeze between foot of bed and door to get to closet & dresser in second bedroom, but doable. Overall, a nice little place -- had everything we needed & we'll definitely rebook if a return trip is in our future.

Always a pleasure

We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. Right across the street from the beach in residential area. Close to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants but away from the crowds when wanting a quiet evening. We’ll be back!

Almost Perfect Last Minute Getaway

The property had a few minor cosmetic issues and we would have liked a dishwasher and a hair dryer. But for the price, and for a last minute June beach trip it was great. The location can’t be beat. Beach access was quick and easy. Not much traffic on the street. No condos nearby so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely book here again!

Third time staying at this property

Mr. French is always wonderful to communicate with and ready to take care of any minor issues that might arise. (We’ve never had a major issue).This is the third time we have stayed at this location and have always been satisfied. Clean and usually quiet. Right across from beach access. We love it because it is a mostly residential area but still a short drive to Thomas Donuts and Pier Park for shopping and restaurants.

Thanksgiving at the beach

The house is in a relatively quiet area. The property is just as described. Good heat and A/C. Needs a new charcoal grill though. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! We hope to return sometime!

Look Elsewhere

There was multiple issues from the start. To begin with we were initially required to submit our personal information separately from VRBO to the owner via his own house rules and rental agreement. While we didn’t give out personal information we did have to agree to his agreement before he would even give us the information to enter the home. Once entering the unit, we found that the pictures and unit is in need of some renovations. From horribly stained couches and sheets to chunks of paint missing from the wall, it was not up to expectations based on the ad. The location is accurate as it is in fact across from the beach, however the neighborhood behind the unit is quite run down. There are quite a few other rental properties in the area and we should have done more research, but don’t make the same mistake we did. The odd thing is that the owner when checking out is sure to charge a refundable $200 damage deposit that you won’t get back until 2 weeks after your stay (we did) along with mandatory rental insurance. It seems as though the property isn’t being cared for properly even though the owner makes it as difficult as possible to stay there.

Unbeatable location

You truly can’t beat the location for the price. Just a stroll across the street and you are walking on the beach! Things to note: no dishwasher. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but we were counting on it for baby bottles. Bring your own pillows. We used a sheet to cover the couch. Other than that it worked great for our stay. 100% would stay here again.

Best Week Ever

This adorable and simple, no frills. Yet perfect bungalow is just literally 75 steps from door to the beach. It was exactly what we needed to sleep and relax. There was a stove for light cooking and a fridge for our groceries. We absolutely loved how laid back it was and although close to activities was still far enough off the beaten path to enjoy the quiet and not have to deal with crowds, loud music, or traffic unless we were willlingly going somewhere closer to the hub of town. This was the best of both worlds for sure. We are already planning our trip back and can’t wait to stay here again.

Great location!

The owner was easy to communicate with! The space was small but cozy and had all the necessities! The location was ideal—walk across the street to the beach, complete with spot to hose off the sand before you head in the door. It was not super kid-friendly for my youngest ones with no bath tub and seating for meals at a high counter on stools but my kids enjoyed showering and sitting up high for a few days!

As children we vacationed here with our families and have always wanted to own a vacation home in Panama City. We were hooked on this property the first time we saw it. We loved the classic look and feel of the home and the fact that it is directly across the street from a public beach access walkway made this the perfect choice for us.

Did I say this property is directly across from the beach? Our cottage is located in an old residential beach area so you don't have the crowds that come with the large condos, however we are a 5 minute drive from Pier Park with shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, amusement rides, live entertainment, and of course the huge County pier for those who like to fish.
