This 5 bedroom 4.5 bath Kukuiula vacation home provides everything you seek for your island vacation. Set within the Kukuiula neighborhood of Poipu and oriented to the distant ocean views and private park. This multi-level residence is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants at the Shops at Kukuiula and just a short drive away from famous Poipu Beach. This retreat is complete with a tropically infused point of view where the great room expands to a fully covered open air living lanai, pool, spa, and open-air ipe deck with a swinging day bed.

You will appreciate the relaxed vibe and ideal floor plan. The home is designed around entertaining and comes complete with a true gourmet kitchen and adjacent indoor and outdoor dining. Living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together and showcase high-end features.

Great Vacation Property

The home is extremely well equipped and beautifully decorated. The home was very comfortable for 9 of us with plenty of room. The pool, two outdoor showers and location all added to the experience. Would certainly use this home again for a similar vacation.

Wonderful Family trip

The property was ideal, clean and well appointed. Everyone had their own space, lovely walking trails, a cute little village nearby, and beautiful pool, and hot tub area. It was close to beaches where you could view sea turtles, and snorkel. We also took a sunset dinner cruise up the Na Pali coast on a catamaran, which was a highlight.

Magical Kauai

To say that this house was amazing is an understatement. With 4 family units and a beautiful bedroom and bathroom for each family we were able to have privacy and space. We loved having the pool and spent a lot of time in it. Everything was top quality and I am hopeful we can stay there again sometime.

Great Family Retreat!!

Four large bedrooms with their own bathroom suite and a fifth room with bunk beds were the perfect accommodations for our large party of 12. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and spent a lot time in in. It was a short walk or drive to the shops and restaurants. The house was situated in a beautiful, lush neighborhood across from a golf course. The house looked brand new and was well stocked for all our needs and we cooked a lot while there. We would highly recommend this property. We traveled with 4 children. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable!

Beautiful property - Loved this place!

This was a very special trip with my adult children and elderly parents and we absolutely loved this house. All of the rooms were beautifully appointed, and having two king suites on the first floor was perfect. Super nice and well stocked kitchen. The pool and spa were great and the decor throughout was so well done. We loved our view out onto the beautiful grounds and it was just the perfect indoor/outdoor property with lots of shady places to hang out outdoors. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Poipu House

The property was beautiful & the furnishing were well thought out. It does need a binder to instruct & remind people how to run everything from the spa / pool lights ( which quit working ) to the TV’s. We will return for another week for sure.

Beautiful home in great location

Four large bedrooms with their own bathroom and a fifth room with bunk beds were the perfect accommodations for our large party of 10. The house was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. It was a short walk or drive to the shops and restaurants. The house was situated in a beautiful, lush neighborhood across from a golf course. It took us a while to figure things out but they were quick to respond to my many texts. The house looked brand new and was well stocked for all our needs and we cooked a lot while there. Would highly recommend for up to 4 couples with additional kids or single adults.

Poipu house

We had an excellent stay at the Poipu house on the golf course. Accommodations were excellent with a beautiful setting. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. There was plenty of outdoor and indoor living space. My only complaint is that one of the king beds squeaked so bad it woke you with every turn in the bed. A new bed needs to be purchased!! it was also in a very convenient location.

Family vacation

Stayed here a week with our three children and four grown grandchildren. Found the house and pool area perfect for cocktails, dinner and pool gatherings. Great location for beaching and dining out as well.

Amazing Property, beautiful scenery, lots of amenities

This property is absolutely gorgeous! You will not be disappointed. Top of the line amenities galore. It really is a slice of paradise. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, plus a home that allows for family fun, this is the place to go. Jessica with management company was right on the spot anytime we needed anything. Very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Planning to visit again.
