The property includes 3 floors, private pool and an amazing rooftop to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Fully air conditioned and includes high speed internet.

Loved the place and location to Old San Juan and airport. There were a few communications from the host and the property manager that I believe could’ve been approached and worded better, as we felt like general questions were bothersome to ask, but overall, I would still recommend the property. The host and property manager were accommodating and sent staff to address issues during our stay, which we appreciated. It was perfect for a group of 13. The location was convenient and within a 4 minute walking distance to the grocery store.

Great Stay

It was an amazing stay from the short walk to the grocery store to the short drives to restaurants and beaches. There were a few things that can be repaired, but overall they didn't impede our stay

Great choice!

The house was great. Clean and fairly modern. Perfect for the seven of us for a birthday trip. The only downsides were the roosters and the lack of sun at the pool (and you can't pull the shade back). The rooftop was great as was the pool at night to lounge, so all was overall amazing.

Such a great week!

We absolutely loved this house and location. Close to the airport and Old San Juan, as well as the beaches. The pool was the perfect added touch at the end of the day. We also loved the great air conditioning! We truly had the best time and were so thankful for such a perfect place to stay. Thank you!!

The House made an overall excellent impression. Everything was exceptionally clean, and plenty of towels as well as other necessary items were provided. The grill worked perfectly, and the entire property was in very good condition.The location is outstanding: only about a five-minute walk to the beach, which is truly fantastic and absolutely beautiful. The gated community also provides a strong sense of safety. The house itself offers a great amount of space — we stayed there as a large group and had no issues at all. The rooftop terrace is absolutely incredible and without doubt one of the main highlights of the property. It genuinely makes the stay a lot of fun.Another strong advantage is the convenience: everything in San Juan can be reached by Uber for around 10 dollars, which is extremely practical. This house is particularly well-suited for bigger groups and I can highly recommend it.Additionally, the property manager responded very quickly, and the communication throughout our stay was excellent.

Our Island Paradise

Our stay in this beautiful home far exceeded our expectations especially when your vacationing in a place such as Puerto Rico that has a multitude of extraordinary resorts. The property was beautiful and a perfect place to have a large family vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home to comfortably accommodate our large family while being conveniently located near the beach and variety of destinations.

Fantastic Fiesta Venue

We loved our stay! There were 13 of us who traveled to celebrate my sister's Big 60 birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy (although you might want to add more mirrors in the bedrooms as we were all women trying to get ready)! :) We especially loved the rooftop patio and walks along the beach wall just outside the neighborhood! Thank you!

I’ve always fantasized about the big family vacation where we all stay together having fun at home and around the island. Los Cayos provided that for our group. The house was clean and the property management was really responsive. We had a few issues customary to life on an island such as, low water pressure and a brief power outage. However, property management was usually readily available to address issues.

Birthday getaway

9 of us girls stayed in this home to celebrate a 50th birthday. The house was huge and spotless - plenty of room for all of us. Our favorite part was the rooftop. Great spot for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The pool was great - but we did not have the best weather to enjoy it. There is a grocery store right next door - but if you miss the opening in the fence - it's a long walk around. We were easily able to Uber to anywhere we wanted. We chose Condado Beach for our sunny days - Calm water and a bar close by. The owner was great to work with!

The property is great. Good location. Clean. A very easy distance from all of the points of interest that my friends and family wanted to visit. I would say, please pay attention to the roosters in the neighborhood. They are entering the property and kept us awake all night for most of our stay. There is a issue with the downstairs shower, should be easy to adjust the flooring so the water drains properly. A recommendation would be to provide some type of hook for guests to hand towels up in the bathrooms. Finally, we understand the need to secure the house keys, but we had a group of 16 (5 families) and one set of keys for the house was very tricky to handle. Maybe one more set would help for groups that large. Thanks.

Our experience

The property was beautiful however the water pressure is very low, the water was never hot, there was no where to put the garbage and tge neighbors seem to taunt at the prople who rent the property as if they are trying to find a reason to call the police about noise but they played music all throughout the night.

This reservation was provided great service and the property was delivered in great condition exactly as in the ad. This review is a product of us having to message LaTonya at 3am because they were partying at the property. Now host's have the risk of receiving negative reviews because guests do not follow the house rules. Unfortunately, like any other rental establishment you can not be partying at the property at 3am. We have to be respectful to the neighborhood. Guests can always go out to party and celebrate.

Not a great Neighborhood

Let me start off by saying the Host is Shady. We decide to go with this property because it was close to everything. We arrived at the property decide to go around and came back to a burglarized house. We didn’t feel safe stay there so we left. The host was aware of everything that was going on. I’ve been reaching out to him regarding my reimbursement and no response. Had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. Not a safe place to stay.

Spacious home, small pool, outstanding rooftop deck

Los Cayos is an attractive property, spacious and well laid-out. The roof-top deck was an outstanding spot for evening drinks and dinner. The small pool and adjacent sitting area was our most common hang-out area. Unfortunately, construction in the adjoining building sometimes made sitting around the pool too noisy. The property manager said he could have stopped the construction noise had I complained - I assumed it was out of his control, so I did not mention it until check-out. Keep this in mind if you book here and have a similar experience. The location of the house is convenient - a supermarket is a 3 minute walk away, and the beach is a 5 minute walk, though a longer walk with take you to a wider beach with shade. The property manager was very available and helpful when we had trouble with rooms being too chilly or too warm at night. There was no "welcome packet" which would have been helpful - some of the necessary info was communicated via text, but we would have appreciated some paper items - menus for nearby restaurants and maps, for example. But maybe we're "old school" and others are happy to do all this on line! Overall, our family who spent the week here was very satisfied with the house and thoroughly enjoyed its amenities.

Wedding Stay

Overall the property was what we expected. Plenty of room for our 10 person group. There was only 1 key provided that is located in lock box out front. We made it work but it would have been nice if the gate/doors had a key pad. The check in process was a nightmare. Apparently VRBO had a platform issue that prevented us from contacting the property manager through the app. We weren't receiving emails or messages through the app. When I tracked down a phone number and sent a text, I was told not to contact them via phone. We made it all the way to Puerto Rico with zero check in instructions and were told by the property manager that our reservation might be canceled because we couldn't communicate via the app. The fought us saying they couldn't prove who we were but eventually helped once they realized it wasn't our fault. Regardless, it was not the service you would expect to receive from a management company with multiple vacation rentals. We had no issues during our stay and check out was easy.

Jack was very hostile, he was demanding early check-in which we accommodated. We sent him arrival email promptly 2 hours before check-in time. We had been exchanging messages everyday and he claimed that he supposedly only not receiving the check-in email. We only do not provide property access information over the phone. Jack kept on saying that he was so tired and he traveled "half way around the world" which he believed justified his poor attitude and did not want to authenticate his information. Jack was provided early check-in, great property and was sent all the information via check-in via the site. His lack of cooperation led him to his check-in issues. We would not host Jack again.

Amazing property!

Everything was excellent! Property manager was quick to respond with any question we had. Roof top and pool were awesome. Great location. Next group trip to San Juan we will definitely be looking out for this property.

Family Vacation was a Success!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. There was more than enough room for our family of 8. We were all comfortable and felt very safe in our environment. The host was wonderful and very accommodating. The home is walking distance from the beach and other markets, food establishments and/or shopping you might want to indulge in. But now… don’t get to comfortable at this beautiful home and forget to venture out and explore as much of Puerto Rico as you can. Cause sisters and brothers there is a lot to do on that entire island 24/7. And I, for one, tried to do everything 😉 ☺️ ENJOY!

This house was great as far as great space and amenities. Great location to beach, market and restaurants. Always nice and cool inside and great rooftop space. Always had hot water. Great location. Not far from airport and beach. Highly recommend this property. Had a great time. See you next time.

Very enjoyable stay

In reading the other reviews of the property, they are pretty much spot on with our experience (minus the problem with the neighbors). The home was immaculate and the bedrooms sizeable. The kitchen was well stocked and any questions we had were promptly handled. I too would have liked to have been able to adjust the thermostat to be a little warmer (some of us took to wearing long sleeves and pants indoors), and the showers could be a little warmer with more pressure. The pool would probably be more comfortable for relaxing in the summer than the winter. Overall, it was a great fit for our family vacation.

Great rental

The owner was really responsive, the place was super clean and organized, plenty of towels and beach toys. Close to shopping, restaurants and most importantly the beach. If I had to say something negative, it would be how cold the AC gets but in a tropical place that’s a good problem to have. Deff would recommend to family and friends

Great location and good experience

I stayed here with a group of 10 friends for a bachelor party. The property was very spacious and in a really good location, close walk to the beach and quick drive to most of the activities we did in San Juan. We also used the recommended chef and that was a great experience as well. Would highly recommend this for larger groups.

The house was very spacious and cozy. My only issue was the water didn't get very hot in the shower.

This property is very nice and we all enjoyed our stay. I will be returning again and I would definitely recommend to family and friends
