Summary:
This spectacular three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse unit is located within a luxury beachfront community in Islamorada. The Maison is at the heart of Islamorada with its own 350 feet of private beach and a 150’ pier out over the water. This exclusive, gated resort complex is on the Atlantic side of Matecumbe Key. It is home to white sand beaches, clear waters, and warm weather.

The Space:
*We can accommodate up to 8 guests if two are under the age of 6*

This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo boasts high-end features and upscale furnishings throughout. The outdoor terrace overlooks an 86-foot lagoon-style pool with breathtaking ocean views and includes a fireplace, grill, and a beautiful outdoor dining area. The living room is the perfect space for family and friends to gather, watch movies, or enjoy board games together.

Relax by the pool with ample seating, dining areas, and multiple BBQ options, or enjoy outdoor entertainment with the terrace TV. A hot tub is also available for your enjoyment by the pool area.

Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. The impressive master bathroom features a large rain shower, soaking tub, and a spacious double-sink vanity. The other two bedrooms each offer a well-sized bathroom with a shower and a single sink.

We provide all the comforts of home—you won’t need to bring a thing! Enjoy luxury linens and towels, premium toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a selection of board games for your entertainment.

When you're ready to explore, The Maison is conveniently located near various restaurants and activities. You can walk around town or use our beach cruisers. Additionally, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, beach cruisers, and snorkel gear are available for rent, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding waters and area.

This is an ideal destination for scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing from our private dock, or simply lounging by the pool. Islamorada offers the perfect setting for enjoying the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys.

Miami International Airport is an 85-minute drive, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is about two hours away.

Please Note:

**The Maison dock is for pick-up and drop-off only. Nearby marinas offer boat rentals and dock slips.
**A sofa bed is available in the living room.
**A high chair and pack-and-play are available upon request at no additional charge. Please request in advance.
**A recreation package can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Please reach out for details.

The apartment was in a great centralized location in the Keys. Supermarkets and excellent restaurants and attractions were nearby. The apartment was absolutely stunning with beautiful views to the ocean and pool area. The penthouse was just perfect for our party of 6. Loved the outdoor space with tv and grill and plenty of sitting space.The kitchen was well stocked and laundry area was great. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Amazing property

Everything has been thought thru with this amazing property. From the elevator into the unit, the phenomenal patio area, the amenities that won’t have you searching for extra spoons, glasses, towels, etc. We will be back if they’ll have us!

Great location and condo

Our family of 4 had a great time here. The condo is beautiful! We enjoyed dinner on the patio watching football and enjoying the fireplace. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked! The elevator was also convenient! We were close to great restaurants and Robbie’s, where we did multiple boating excursions. Our only downside was communication with management. We had hoped to use the recreational amenities (kayaks, bikes, etc). But could not get ahold of the management for the first 3 days so couldnt access them in time to enjoy. We were traveling over new years, so it is likely they did not have full staff. It was a bummer, since this is high travel season for the keys. Overall though, we give this a strong endorsement as a condo and location.

Nice property

We had a good stay. Master bedroom is beautiful but the other bedrooms are pretty small. No tv in the other King bedroom. There should be in my opinion. Everything else was good. Kitchen was nicely equipped but needed a set of measuring cups! Outdoor furniiture was a little sad and needed some attention.

The Johnson Jamboree

From the moment we walked in we were all so pleased with the beautiful condo & property! My sons enjoyed the paddle boards & we all enjoyed the snorkeling equipment on beautiful Alligator Reef. We are very sad to go & hope to return again! All in all it was a fantastic trip!

Dream Vacation Stay

Best property we've stayed at! Upon arrival, our expectations were greatly exceeded. Everything was perfect - clean, music playing, perfect lighting, etc. The finishes and decor were so well done. They provided many amenities which we greatly appreciated and certainly assisted us during our stay. We usually eat out most nights on vacation, but between the beautiful and fully stocked kitchen, outdoor kitchen (with grill), and the lobster we caught during our stay…we ate in all but one night! The view from the property was also breathtaking. From the entire back of the property (kitchen, living room, master bedroom/bathroom, and deck), you have the most beautiful view of the ocean and the gorgeous pool. Waking up to that made it hard to leave! The grounds were so well taken care of. We had the pool to ourselves several days as there were not many other guests present. It is a small complex in general, so I can’t imagine that it is ever too busy...so nice! Sitting in the hot tub overlooking the ocean was a real treat! Covered parking was a nice perk and the elevator was a life-saver for hauling our luggage and supplies to the unit and back. The location of the property was another bonus. It was close to our destinations, favorite restaurants, grocery store, etc. We only had to contact the host once (no fault of theirs) and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Their communication was always excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful time in Islamorada, FL and were so glad to call this amazing property home! There were four adults in our party. The photos do not adequately portray the beauty or size of the space. The main bedroom and bath are very spacious. The kitchen includes modern appliances and is very well equipped. There are two dining tables each with seating for eight (one inside and one outside). There is a living room space inside and additional seating on the porch. The pool area is lovely and includes plenty of comfortable and shaded seating. The private beach and dock are also great. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent Experience

Our family of five traveled to Islamorada for spring break and had the pleasure of staying at this property. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Maison’s! The property is exactly as the photos show. Extremely clean and fully stocked with anything and everything a family would need for a week long stay. The location was perfect, very centrally located to all restaurants and entertainment. The pool and hot tub area were cleaned every morning, more than enough lounge chairs for anyone and everyone staying at the property. The dock and beach area were also clean and offered plenty of chairs, loungers, fire pits and even a brand new hammock! The local residents of the Maison’s were so kind and helpful on giving dining and entertainment recommendations too! Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better spring break experience at this property, there’s not one bad thing so say about it, it was perfection! 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful Property

The condo was immaculate and very well appointed. Three bedroom, three bath and underground parking although the parking was a bit inconvenient. All the grounds were manicured and very well maintained. . We did experience an issue with the entry gate of this gated community. At one point we were not able to re-enter after dinner because the entry gate was not operational. Owners who came to our rescue said that this has been an ongoing issue for more than two years. The root cause of the problem is apparent and a fix would be inexpensive and could be implemented quickly. The only other problem we experienced with the property was with the patio TV which ceased to function on our last day at the property. If the unit was anywhere else we would not hesitate returning. However, the logistical issues associated with traffic up and down the Keys is enough of an issue to dissuade us from returning; not just to this facility but to any property located in the Keys.

Beautiful Accommodations!

We had never been to Islamorada before nor were we familiar with accommodations there. Completely hit the jackpot with the Maison Residences. Our condo was gorgeous, spacious and spotless. Natalie and Taylor were excellent with their communication and responding to all of our questions and requests. ThNk you and we hope to be back!

Keys to Paradise

We have been lucky enough to rent properties around the world and this condo has become one of our absolute favorites. The unit is better than the pictures show and is quiet and relaxing. The outside space is impressive and we spent countless hours watching the world go by, talking, eating, and napping outside. Inside is spacious and comfortable. We wanted for nothing on the property and everything was high-end and in great shape. We look forward to renting again and again and again.
