Family house with Garden and Swimming pool : 25 to Disneyland

Your peaceful haven located just 25 minutes by car from Disneyland Paris, close to Paris (accessible by train from a station 10 minutes away by car) and near the Champagne wine route. Recharge with family or friends while enjoying the swimming pool or the furnished terrace, complete with a stone barbecue and fire pit.
Games, a foosball table, and darts are also available for your enjoyment.
A home cinema studio with projector and game consoles is available as an optional extra.
This modern and comfortable family home includes 4 bedrooms:
• A ground-floor bedroom with either a single bed (80 cm) or a double bed (160 cm), a desk area, and a vanity unit with mirror.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms:
• A master suite with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a French door opening onto a small balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink with mirror, and washer-dryer.
• A children’s bedroom with two single beds (80 cm) and a desk (the two single beds can be converted into two double beds of 160 cm).
• A children’s bedroom with a single bed (80 cm, convertible into a 160 cm double bed), a floor-level cabin bed (perfect for kids), and a changing table.
Two baby cots with bars are available in the house, as well as a travel cot. (Baby beds can be placed in any room you prefer.)
A large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double-sink vanity, and toilet completes the upper floor.
The ground floor features a spacious living area with an open kitchen leading to the terrace, a bar unit opening onto the dining room (6–8 people), and a living room with a comfortable corner sofa. Separate toilet.
The garden includes a lovely terrace with dining area, outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and a stone barbecue. The upper level of the garden is equipped with children’s play areas (swing, trampoline, and a beautiful 4×2×1.2 m unheated pool, open from May to September depending on the weather).
A large garage attached to the house allows parking for one car.
Maximum capacity in the house without extra charge: 6 guests.
For more than 6 guests and up to 10 people, an additional fee of €40 per night applies.
A Home Cinema studio is also available, offering 4 additional beds (4 single beds or 2 double beds) and a bathroom (shower + mirror + sink). Separate toilets with a hand basin are located at the bottom of the stairs, in the garage.
This studio is available upon request for an additional €60 per night (minimum 2 adults).
