Condo was great! Rooms were big, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of room for all of us plus it was close to the pool but far enough away to not hear everyone.

Good place to stay

Overall it was a nice place. I'll share some things I would've liked to know before booking, from other reviews. None of the bedrooms have a tv. The pictures of the beds are accurate. It'll sleep more people than the listening states if you are willing to share a full or queen sized bed. As a side sleeper the beds and pillows were a bit hard/stiff for my liking, but were all new "Bear" brand. The master bedroom with 2 queen or full sized beds had the connected master bathroom, not the king sized bed. We had issues with the internet working for the only tv in the place, but it was also during a storm, and didn't try using the tv again. Our T-mobile cell service was spotty in the back part of the townhouse.It's a short walk around the corner to the community pool, which is very nice, with lots of lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. On the day of checkout, the cleaning lady tried to come in before the checkout time, while we were still there loading up our car. Overall the place was nice, clean, and the owners seemed to be easy to communicate with. I would stay there again.

Excellent Stay

Very happy with unit, property and stay overall. Unit was as described. Cory was responsive. Location was convenient to Zion but also town for restaurants, groceries, etc. When traveling with kids a condo and some more space and a community space is ideal and this unit worked well for our family. It was very nice to have all the essentials already on hand (dishwasher pods, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, etc.) Would stay again.

Great Zion NP Base Camp!

The townhouse was spacious and clean. Abundance of towels with specific pool/beach towels. Check-in was very efficient. Very nice pool area a short walk away. Only about 25 minutes to Zion and lots of good eating places right in Hurricane. Minor note to owner: it would be nice to have one full-length mirror somewhere in the apt.

Your best choice for a Zion stay (or any stay in this area)

This place is amazing and perfect in every way. Communication was A+ and the list below covers every reason to stay here. Positives: Great Location - Zion National Park - Half and hour away (easy drive no matter the time of day) - Sand Hallow (10 minutes away) fun recreation area - Costco (15 minutes away), Walmart (5 minutes away) - Accommodations are perfect (layout of the home is ideal) - Home is clean and inviting - Host is gracious and easy to work with - Beds are comfortable - Kitchenware, pool towels, towels, everything you need is here - Pool area is a major plus for the middle or end of day (any age kid will love it and adults will enjoy the hot tub) Cons: None - don't wait a moment to book here.

Great location and amenities

Perfect for visiting nearby parks (Zion, Grand Canyon). My kids loved to hike in the am and swim in the afternoon. Property is perfect for a group or family. Everything was perfect!

This was a great new property 35 minutes from Zion. Plenty of room, very clean & comfortable, and the community pool area was priceless to beat the heat. It had dishes, cooking pans, full appliances. Very nice!

Amazing place!!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The open floor plan was perfect for our family. It’s much bigger than it looks in pictures, and it is beautifully decorated. It was a very quick walk to the pool, and it was great having the grills there to make our dinners. We went to Zion almost every day which took a little over 25 minutes, but it was a spectacular view the whole way. I would absolutely recommend this place!!

Hurricane Condo in Utah

Clean, roomy and fully equipped condo with access to a very nice pool/rec center just a half block away. Great location for visiting the national parks. Grocery and restaurant options close by. Great communication from the property manager.

Wonderful stay in Zion Village

This is a great three bedroom townhome in Zion Village. The main bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double, and the third bedroom has a double and a bunk bed. Large living room down stairs with large flat screen TV internet enabled so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, and Disney. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes which we appreciate. I hate it when there are only a handful of plates or bad pans and this unit had everything we needed. Two car garage so you can park inside and bring your toys in. The Zion Village pool is fantastic with a splash zone, a miniature lazy river, pool, jacuzzi, and fire pits. Only issue with the location is that there is a lot of construction going on building additional townhomes in the area and street repair which may be noisy during the day. Zion Village is close to a Walmart Superstore and Lin's grocery store both within two miles so great grocery options. Zion National Park is only about 30 minutes drive but get there early if you want to park by the visitors center or park outside and take the shuttle bus into the park. Cory was a great host and I highly recommend this specific unit.

Excellent Home!

This was a wonderful property to stay at for our family (2 adults/1 teen/1 child) and 2 grandparents. Very clean and had that new house smell. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Nice large sofa and extra chairs to comfortably seat everyone. The kids had a blast in the pool and clubhouse playing pool. Close proximity to all activities we had planned in the area like Zion and off road trails. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!
