Family Thanksgiving

Beautiful house in a nice area. Gr. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone. A large house like that should have double ovens but not a deal breaker. Could have been a little cleaner. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is fantastic. It is spacious and has entertainment around every corner. The pool area and hot tub are memorable parts of the home that provided needed relaxation. The location was ideal for our golfing activities and we would absolutely come here again.

Outstanding!

This was one amazing house! The house was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen/dining/family room was monstrous and so much space for the 8 of us to hang out, cook, and watch TV. The pool was the best part, especially with the water slide. Pool was set a 88 degrees before we got there so was perfect for us to use. Loved how we can sit in the pool/hottub and watch football games on the pool TV. I would definitely come back here for our follow up golf trip.

Exceptional experience for family reunion

Our stay at the Pecan Valley 5205 house was amazing. We had a family reunion weekend and everyone was very impressed with the finishes in the home, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and supplies. Every room has a corresponding bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this home for any similar gathering.

Corporate retreat

The property was amazing, and a lot better than i imagined it would be. The house had everything we could possibly need, and was very comfortable for our very large group. The pool and outdoor setup was amazing, the kids had endless fun in the garage gameroom, etc. This is definitely one of the better properties in the community.

Perfect couples getaway

We stayed here as couple friends and it was perfect. Every room felt like a master suite. The pool was our hangout spot. It was warm and big enough for the 14 of us.

Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this property! It was spacious and absolutely perfect for our group of 18 people. It looks exactly like the pictures, the amenities are great, and the property manager was ver responsive and helpful. We had the best time. If you’re visiting southern Utah, I highly recommend staying here.

5205 was such a beautiful home! We did experience some issues while there, but the Red Sands group promptly responded to all of our concerns to get them resolved. We would definitely like to stay at this house again next year.

Best Vacation Ever

Absolutely beautiful home. We have a few kids and they said this was the best vacation ever! They spent every waking moment in the pool. The pool slide was amazing and it was so nice to have a heated pool in the cooler weather. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home. We absolutely will stay here again next year.

Everything was great for our Golf trip. Pool and ice machine was a huge plus and advantage to staying at the house. The industrial fridges were great to store our drinks. We didn't cook much other than breakfast. There's so much room where people had the option to congregate at the family room or pool or have some quest time at their respective rooms. I tend to like self service and check in and all that stuff so the correspondence via email was great. Thanks again!

Great place for our large group - 12 adults and 10 kids - we had plenty of room with the bedrooms and kitchen/living space. Also loved the industrial fridge and freezer out in the garage along with the commercial ice maker. Had some ongoing issues with the pool where we couldn’t always use it when we had days planned for it, but the pool tech that came out (several times) was great and left us chemicals to dump in at night to work on getting the pool back in order for us. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Absolutely stunning and perfect for whole family

I loved staying here. It's the perfect feeling of comfort with a home feel, and still so stunning. The pool and hot tubs are amazing. Hosts are incredible and go above and beyond. I will be bringing my whole family next year!

Amazing stay!

This property was everything as pictured and advertised! Beautiful, clean, spacious , fun , fully stocked for our entire family of 11 adults and 7 kids. The pool and outdoor space was so fun & the indoor game room & the ICE maker for refilling our tumblers! The pantry was well stocked with small appliances etc. commercial size fridge & freezer great as well! small hiccups were pool cover stuck open so we needed to be extra vigilant with our kiddos & clean out the pool before using, but it was repaired the day before we left. Also glad we got Walmart deliveries to the house figured out, for groceries, paper towels & more trash bags we needed for our group. Everyone in our group wants to go back next year! Thank You!

Oasis of fun!!!

I am speechless! Not only was this a beautiful place to hang out in as a family. It provided so many fun activities to do that there was never a dull moment of someone asking when can we go do something somewhere. This place was better than my imagination could have dreamt up!

First class all the way

The house is absolutely beautiful designed! I love that there's two tables. I'd love how comfy the beds were and the pillows were so soft. I slept like a baby. And the pool and hot tubs are so fun! We were there for a women's retreat and we all loved it! I can't wait to plan a family reunion there.

Loved our Family Vacation

Amazing setup with the big kitchen and family room right there with massive windows and doors opening to the covered deck and pool. Very comfortable for a large group. Was missing some things like dish soap, laundry soap and garbage bags. Not enough to not give a 5 star review of the place, but a little annoying to have to pick up from the store.

Gorgeous home!!!

Everything has been thought of in this immaculate home. We stayed here for a retreat for an extended weekend and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the accommodations. The pool, the slide, the hot tubs (yes, 2!), and all of the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for a huge group. There was plenty of everything you could need (blankets, suitcase stands, storage, etc) and everyone was comfortable. The views were gorgeous. This is a no brainer - you won't regret booking here!!

This was the house I rented for my Bachelor Party & it was the best decision I could have made. Obvioulsy, there are a ton of places to rent around the St. George area, but we made the decision to have our own space. With enough bedrooms to fit 12 guys comfortbaly & everyone having their own bathroom pretty much, it was perfect. Th The pool area is obviously a highlight with the fireplaces adding a great touch when the sun went down. Aslo, having the gaming consoles in the garage made us bring back some video game memories when we were kids. Everyone guy was so impressed with the space, comfort, & how we had everthing we needed around the house. I would for sure book is place if you have a larger party. Pay a little more than other places, but you won't regret it when it's all said & done. Thank you so much for helping making my trip unforgettable!
