This new, professionally appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom country townhome is splendid for families or groups up to 8. Located in The Enclave at Festival, close to Champion Gate Downtown, we just short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, & LegoLand." “The house is equipped for self-catering”. We offer a small welcome kit containing essential supplies to get you started in the house. Our kit includes shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher capsules, and garbage bags. Additionally, nearby supermarkets and pharmacy provide convenient access to any additional essentials items you may need during your stay.

House was immaculate and perfectly maintained. This is an ideal location for quick and easy trip to the Omni and IMLCA fields for lax families.The host was very communicative and responsive and worked with us for a late checkout. We will stay here again!

Wonderful stay! Close to Disney and Universal Studios

We enjoyed our stay overall. The townhouse was perfect size for our family of 5. We were in town for a family vacation to Disney and Universal Studios. Both in reasonable proximity to the property. The house was clean and accommodating.

Perfect location wonderful hosts

This is our third time choosing this property! We love the location for so many things!! 20 min from Disney properties. Convenient to grocery, shopping and dining! Pool on property is a great relaxing day in tour trip! Perfect development for evening walks! Highly recommend this property!

Great location / Excellent value

We stayed at this property as part of a US Soccer Tournament held at the Omni. It was a PERFECT location for this event - quite near the hotel, fields and a number of very accessible amenities. The communication/check in was very easy and onsite amenities including washer/dryer were excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this property and highly recommend.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The property is extremely clean and property manager was wonderful! Only drawback is the highway located behind the property. It can be a bit noisy when trying to sleep at night. We were so busy and tired by the end of the day that it didn’t affect our trip one bit, though!

As good as any luxury hotel and MUCH more affordable

Every aspect of my stay was efficient, friendly, and smooth: booking, communication w/ Juan (property mgr), check in, and check out. This place was spotless(!) while also being comfortable. I came solo for a work trip. There is more than enough space for a family w/ multiple children to enjoy this space & quiet neighborhood w/ quality amenities. The location is really convenient to local attractions/restaurants/food delivery. It’s a 5-star stay for a massive bargain.

Amazing townhome!!

Absolutely loved everything about my stay! The townhome was as if no one had ever stayed there. Extremely clean! They had everything from every possible thing you would need to use in the kitchen, to a grill and outside toys for the kids! They really thought if everything when making this a vacation home. The amenities were great! The pool, mini golf and beach volleyball were great! The owner was amazing to work with! We even added on an extra day because of how comforting and at home we felt. The location was great! We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Nice property and close-ish to most things. The only major drawback for us is the proximity to the interstate. The two rooms that are not the primary bedroom are towards the back and I-4 runs behind it. If you’re used to traffic noise it will be no problem but since we live rurally, my children did not sleep well all week. The interstate noise is very loud. The hosts are nice, check in and wifi are so easy with them. Pool etc are also lovely. Thank you for the stay

One month stay in a beautiful condo

The condo was immaculately clean, with tasteful decor, and was well-equipped. There's a beautiful amenity building walking distance from the condo. It had a large clean pool with lots of lounge chairs, and a lovely little water park for the kiddies. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns. The only negative factor was the condo's proximity to highway 4 with its non-stop noise and traffic. The condo backed directly onto highway 4. There was a beautiful patio but we couldn't use it because of the roar of traffic. If you don't mind not using the outside space, then the condo is perfect for couples or a small family, especially if you are visiting any of the Disney properties, which are only a short drive away. The condo was in an attractive, beautifully maintained area. I would definitely recommend this property.

Clean and Convenient

For the most part we enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Juan was responsive and easy to work with. The reservation process was easy and the location is ideal if visiting any of the theme parks. The traffic on interstate 4 can be crippling most times of the day/night. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations and grocery options in the area. The property was clean. The bed we used was comfortable enough. We should have paid more attention to the reviews that mentioned the adjacent freeway noise. It is constant 24/7. Also be forewarned that the thermostat is controlled by the property owner and you will be subject to that temperature range- it was consistently hot and stuffy. We were out and about most of the time. Pack your patience for the traffic situation.

Comfortable townhome w/ community with great amenities

Myself, Hubby, 17 y/o daughter and 15 y/o son came to watch our college daughter play her spring training softball games and stayed a bit longer to have a little central Florida fun. We have stayed at quite a few vaca homes and this one was by far the cleanest and cutest. Had no issues, I just had a few general questions for them leading up to our trip and while there a question or 2, and host is SUPER responsive. The complex is super cute. The pool area very large with a cute resort style layout. We spent our family day with college daughter there and she loved it. “PutPut mini golf” course is fun and large sand volleyball court. The kiddos area is adorable. even our (old) kids wanted to go in there. Haha. (They didn’t go of course) The gym has all you need for a quick workout (we are gym goers so I do try to get to the gym as much as possible even while away) so it was good enough for a quick workout to start the days. Could be a bit bigger and some more stuff but for a vacationer it was more than enough. I love the decor of the home and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE. Master bedroom perfect. 2nd bedroom king size bed w/ large tv a great touch If I had to give one suggestion, I would suggest a tv in the 3rd bedroom, but that could even do without because the large TV in the family room with the open floor plan is enough for everyone to enjoy Tv/movie time. Would stay again!

This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean. Awesome pool and water play area for kids. It was about 40 minutes from Lego land but it was an easy drive. The project manager was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.
