Single family dream in the hearth of FAIRFAX VA

The town of Fairfax is a very quiet neighborhood. Additionally, it is close to a wide range of shopping centers such as Giant, Best buy and much more. You are about a mile from 66 & 495 in which you are 30 minutes away from the Washington DC capital. Pets friendly. Ubers and Taxis are available in the area.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking very extensive measures to deep clean and sanitize the entire house and high traffic surfaces.

Guess are allowed access to any and everything that is listed in the amenities. inside and outside the property.
Other things to keep in mind
We are a pet friendly property and our pet policy require $ 60 fee per 24 hour period NON - REFUNDABLE and deposit should be made through VRBO.
Example: 3 day reservation equal $ 60 * 3 There will be additional $ 60 per 24 hour period for any additional pet.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was perfectly stocked with paper products and cleaning products. Great location and good sized living space.

Some things to know

A group of 6 reserved this knowing there were 2 baths with showers. Day 1 the shower door in the master bath fell off. We were told it would be fixed 'ASAP' which we now know didn't mean while we were staying there. If you want soap in the showers take your own. Keep the air set low otherwise the house smells musty. If having coffee know it is a coffee maker with a carafe (not a Keurig). Make sure to have a phone contact - that was how we could get in. Standing at the front door with no prior instructions, we called, luckily someone answered.

Amazing host

The home was very beautiful, clean, and had every amenity you would need on a stay away from home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Daniel, was responsive and proactive. He typically responded to inquiries within seconds. This is the first time I have had a host check in to see if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything…..very nice touch! The home is right around the corner from a shopping center to take care of any immediate personal needs. With this location you are also near shopping malls and areas. If we come back to the area, we will definitely book with him again!!
