Loved our stay at southern beach resort

The price was so good compared to other hotels and vrbo properties. It was clean, the AC was heavenly, we had a perfect amount of space, and it was easy to check in. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time. I would definitely recommend and wish we had like 3 more nights

Me and my husband loved this property for our honeymoon! Everything was very clean and nice and it was a short walk to the beach or pool! We would definitely book again!

Very nice and relaxing

The process to rent the condo was easy. The decor is cute and modern, though the appliances are pretty dated. The beach is close and beautiful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved our experience. The condo was fully stocked with things we didn’t want to travel with. Even security at the gates were awesome people!!

The property needs an update, some parts of the deck look a little dangerous, you are also required to take the trash out to the dumpster by yourself even though there is a cleaning fee, but the location is excellent because is close to everything.

A get away

the room was clean the balcony furniture was filthy. The ice maker and garbage disposal was broken and only 1channel on the TV worked, but we may not have known how to work it and we didn't go to Destin to watch TV anyway. All in all we had a good stay

Beach holiday

Great location. Walk across the road to a gorgeous white Sandy beach. 4-5 minute walk. Condo unit itself dated. Seals on windows and sliding door gone so difficult to see out the window. Bed was comfortable and couch and love seat new and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a blender, cookie sheet and the ice dispenser working but we made due. Great lunch spot at the beach (cash only). and the Market Place had great sandwiches across the street. Also the Donut Hole has a great breakfast walking distance. Can’t beat the location!

So much better than a hotel!!

Our stay was great! This place had everything I only wish they had given us a map of the property. I only found out on the last day that there was a hot tub, tennis courts and golf (which my son has been asking about for months now) but I never could figure out where they were located. The property is so big it runs along both sides of the road. As it turns out there were 3 pools as well but I didn't know bc there was one right outside our room. But this is the best place I've ever stayed!! They had everything you needed!! They did only furnish one roll of toilet paper but toilet paper isn't expensive at all. They furnished everything else n I mean everything. Pots, pans, silverware, blenders, plates, bowls, cups, toaster, instapot, coffee maker, spatulas, knifes, etc. Everything you need to cook, all you have to do is buy the food. Plus there was a vacuum, mop, broom if you needed to clean up something during your stay. And like I said in my last day I found two tennis rackets, a few golf clubs and an umbrella for the beach in one of the closets. I wish there had been a blow dryer but I'll just bring one next time. And honestly we were in and out of the water so much I don't think I would've actually even used one. Oh n there was an ironing board n an iron. As well as washers and driers in a building down by the pool. Oh n there were showers right outside so you could wash off when you came back from the beach. Honestly this place was cheaper than a hotel n so much better!

GREAT LOCATION, LIMITED CLEANINESS

Me & my husband decided that we wanted to take a quite weekend to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. I want to start by saying the location of the condo was amazing. It was a short walk across the street to the private access of the beach. I was able to sit on my balcony to look at the pool. Not to mention that it was off a busy side road, but you could not hear any of that inside the condo. Everything was within a few minutes of walking or a quick drive. The security at the gate was very nice & helpful. Our condo was just a few steps from the entry. At first glance everything looked nice, it was exactly as pictured. However, I did bring my own cleaning supplies (for my sanity) & I am so glad I did. I went in the bathroom & there was hair everywhere. I HATE LOOSE HAIR (it makes my skin crawl)! I had to RECLEAN & MOP the entire bathroom again. At this point I knew I had to look closer everywhere. I pulled the covers back & yes; I did a black light test. Thank GOD there was nothing there. However, I did have another little surprise waiting for me behind the bed (it sat inside a wall that looks like it could have been a murphy bed). The previous dirty sheets & pillowcases were there on the floor. (2 points for me, 1/2 for the cleaning staff) Glad they include that cleaning fee into my payment. Wonder if I can get a part of it back...LOL Don't bother trying to speak to someone.... communication with "staff" is non-existent. Only could speak to call center workers.

Nicer Condos on Property - Great Location.

Roaches in kitchen area - not palmetto bugs, household roaches. Condo is dated and needs updates and windows fixed. I have stayed in identical condo in this community and this was not nearly as nice for same price. Some of these condos give you free beach chair rental - this one did not ($40 per day).
