Newly updated 1-bed condo pet friendly steps to the beach

This adorable 1 bedroom pet friendly condo its under new ownership and new management.
Newly updated, new floors, new smart TVs 55” & 70”, new king bed and mattress, new stove, new microwave, new washer & dryer, new refrigerator. Very Spacious bedroom with king bed, condo sleeps 4, only two minutes' walk from the beginning of our private, gated access to the sugar-white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf. This is a Family- oriented complex with pool and tennis courts and no charge for amenities. Spacious living room with daybed/trundle, dining area, outdoor eating table,
kitchen fully equipped and an outdoor patio in this first-floor condo.
Washer provided as well as fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes.
Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s.
Pet friendly condo rules: we accept 2 dogs under 50lbs - Pet fee is $100 per dog, per stay. Dogs over 50lbs $150 fee. The no disclosure of the guest pet can have the pet removed by the local kennel on the owner expenses. Documented SERVICE DOGS with ADA certification its free to stay.
Free parking with parking permits for the guests.
Guests' dogs are NOT allowed on the beach under any circumstances.
Private Gated beach.
Tennis Courts available for the guests on the premises.
Outdoor pool is heated from nov-feb.
2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella available outside the unit next to the front door for the guests and also beach towels. We don't provide "beach service" available for the guests on the beach to rent on their own expense.

Perfect location, spotless apartment, and responsive host. We booked the room two days before the trip and are very satisfied with the whole arrangement. We were there with our 6-year-old black lab. Destin is a fantastic place, and we will return to it again. Destin beaches are not dog-friendly (we took our dog early morning or late evening to walk by the beach on a leash). Our dog is a swimmer, so we took him to swim at the Liza Jackson dog park beach a few times. It's ok, but not very clean. Also, we went to Pensacola Bay View Dog Beach, which is a decent one, but it's a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Destin. Destin without the dog would be a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment; however, with some logistics, even with the dog, you can have some fun. We are happy and looking forward to going back to Deston again.

The condo is well stocked just like a home away from home. The condo was clean and in a great location. It was just my husband and I. But you could easily bring two kids or two more people with you. There is a trundle pull out bed in the living room with two twin size mattress. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location!! The condo was roughly a 5 minute walk from doorstep to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we were enjoying the pool or playing pickle ball. There are restaurants within a short walking distance and we also made the short drive to shopping & other area attractions.

Great location, so so Weather, but had excellent time. Place was exactly as it said. Only wished there would have been more than one roll of toilet paper and paper towel. Place needs new towels for both showers and hand towels.

Great stay!

Great location and so easy to work with the hosts. The hosts were fabulous. 4 minute walk to the beach, listing is accurate, able to walk to 4 restaurants (2 within a 5 minute walk and the other 2 within a 15 minute walk). Beach chairs were broken upon arrival and they replaced them the next day before we went to the beach! Also, left items in the dryer and they are mailing them back to us. The pool was perfect for after beach days. Thanks for a great time!

Short Spring Break Getaway

Very nice unit with convenient location to beach. The owner provided all the comforts of home. We had a minor issue with the keyless lock but the on-site unit supervisor helped us. Highly recommend for a single couple!

Perfect Easter and Spring Vacation in Destin

The Condo was in a perfect location just steps to the beach in Destin. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and just relaxing in the Condo! We were in Destin for the week to spend Easter with my Daughter, her husband, my two grandsons and her in- laws. The Condo was very well equipped with all of the amenities that you can imagine. Jonathan was very responsive and we would highly recommend this property. The Condo was completely updated and is on the first level so there are no steps! The Washer and Dryer are brand new- and awesome!! We hope to return to Destin next year!!

1 bedroom condo close to beach & pool!

Snowbirds heading back home. Stayed here last year, too. Well-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. Fur baby friendly. Next to heated pool and a short walk down the drive to the beach. Slept well in king size bed. Mega restaurants nearby! Thanks for another good stay! Great communication with owners Jon & Maggie!

Perfect Spot

This condo was perfect! It’s an end unit with a private ‘backyard’. We had one minor problem and they were right there to help us. It is fully equipped with more pots, pans appliances and other utensils than you’ll ever need. Pool was wonderful too.

Destin condo

We stayed for the month of January in this 1 bedroom condo. What we liked was that it was in a quiet area next to the heated pool and a short walk to the beach. There were a few minor issues which were promptly taken care of by the owner. The tv's and appliances including the washer and dryer were all new and worked well! Comfort level of the couch, love seat and bed were average. We had a nice time at this condo.

Beach stay

Since I was going to be staying for almost 2 months for work I needed a pet friendly place but also wanted close to the beach- this was it! All updated appliances including washer & dryer, well stocked kitchen for cooking meals & comfortable king size bed! Any issues that arose were addressed almost immediately. Enjoyed my stay!

We loved our stay. It was exceptional! We had a blast! Even our dog played more than he usually does. Lol Very clean. Very comfortable. Pet friendly. Has everything you need for cooking, etc.Needed help w something and someone showed up to help within 5 min. Can find restaurants right along the strip. So, you don’t have to go far if you don’t want. Definitely recommend for a stay!!

Misunderstanding about privision of chairs and umbrella for beach use. Condo is close to beach!!!

Got code timely. Arrived and was grateful the ac was on. Thanks. I may have been mistaken, but i thought Jonathan said chairs and umbrellas would be available. They were, but cost an extra 33.00 a day. Otherwise, the condo was fine. We had a wonderful time in Destin and will return.
