Minutes to San Antonio's fabulous Riverwalk, The Alamo, Convention Center, San Antonio College, Trinity University, Ft. Sam Houston/JBSA, Tobin Center, Frost Bank Center, San Antonio Zoo, and Breckenridge Park, The Doseum, and so much more! Convenient off street parking for 2 vehicles.

Excellent Property and Easy Check-In

Top notch property and owners are top notch as well- it is obvious they take pride in their property! Everything was just as it said. Extremely clean and so easy to book and check-in and check-out. The best communication from a property owner than we have ever encountered. We will stay again when we are in the area.

Perfect property for my family of 4 to stay at. We absolutely loved the house, it was exactly as the listing described. It was within walking distance to some amazing food and lots of night life locations. It was also just a short drive to multiple great tourist locations.

Everything you are looking for

Great communication. Easy check in. Easy check out. Safe neighborhood. Close to EVERYTHING. The fenced in front yard is a hero with kids. The house is wonderful. Less than 15 minutes to everything. I will be back.

Hidden Gem in Tobin Hill

Our host Kathy was AMAZING! She was so accommodating and communicative. The property was absolutely perfect. Updated, very clean, cozy and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very walkable to all the hip spots in the city. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking.

The Pearl, Riverwalk and More

A well appointed and comfortable house with super communicative and helpful hosts. Our group is the sort that likes to park the car and rely on our feet to explore. This house is in a great location to walk to the Pearl and Riverwalk ( about 15-20 minutes on foot). But right in the neighborhood along St Mary's are two restaurants featuring James Beard finalists. Don't miss Cullum's Attaboy for an exquisite brunch in a relaxed vintage setting especially if you love Champagne and fish roe. One word of warning (nothing to do with this property): apparently San Antonio does not place a premium on pedestrians. If you like to walk, be prepared for sidewalks that are uneven, crumbling in places, and frequently turned into obstacle courses by ill-placed utility infrastructure.

Perfect Stay for a Family of 5

This house was perfect for our mini spring break stay. It’s located on a quiet street with almost no traffic, with easy access to Pearl, downtown, the zoo, HEB and ~20 minutes to seaworld. The neighborhood is in transition with some homes new and/or updated (like this one), and others needing some love. However, we felt extremely safe and let our kids play in the yard as they liked. Kathy was immediately responsive to a couple of questions I had, and checked in with me to make sure our stay was going well. The house is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Updated house but neighborhood old

The house itself is nice and has been updated inside and out but the neighborhood is old and I would say questionable at times. Some houses in the area are falling apart. We liked how close we were to everything such as the Alamo and Riverwalk but did not feel comfortable walking around in the neighborhood or letting our kids play in the backyard. The first bathroom had lots of little black bugs in the tub that we had to kill the first night and the shower in the master bathroom didn't seem clean and had little black specks of something in it. Anytime anyone showered or even flushed a toilet a pipe would rattle loud in the wall by the refrigerator in the kitchen. The owner was kind and very responsive to our messages. It is nice the house is updated and close to everything but with all these things above combined it just wasn't our favorite stay.

Nice Relaxing Stay

This property was in a good location close to everything we wanted to do. It was exactly as pictured on the website, no surprises. Except that maybe it was a little larger than I expected. I visited with my daughter and her two sons and the layout of the house and the three bedrooms were perfect for us. The house was very clean with lots of supplies. The phone chargers on all the side tables were an extra convenience. I never took out my charger I brought from home. The neighborhood was quiet at night, but close to several very good local, eating establishments. We loved the beignet place and the burger and Mexican food place. Everything worked properly and the kids enjoyed the yard to run around in and also the games that were provided. I appreciated the small desk in the largest bedroom for putting on my make up. I can't wait to bring my husband here the next time we are in San Antonio.

Happy From AZ

Our stay was a great experience. The house is at a very convenient location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment within walking distance. River walk was a minutes drive. The house is welcoming, clean and well stocked. Kathy is awesome. Attentive and ready to answer any questions. Will definitely return and recommend staying at this vacation rental. 👍👍

Super clean and comfortable

This house was close to everything my 2 friends and I wanted to do. The house is very clean and comfortable. The a/c worked great! There is a TV in every room, which was nice when we got ready to sleep. The check - out process was much less than other properties; strip the beds, take out the trash and start the dishwasher. We would definitely love to stay here again!

San Antonio Visit

Loved the place! Found it exactly as advertised. We came for a class at the CIA and found the house conveniently located to all we wanted to do. It was great to have a nice place to get out of the heat in the afternoon and visit with family. We will come back and will try to stay here again.

San Antonio Getaway

Wonderful home close to all San Antonio has to offer! Well supplied, very clean, easy check in / check out. So many staples were already there when we got in and Kathy thought of everything you might need during your stay. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. I am a Native Texan who recently relocated back to my home state of Texas. My husband and I live east of San Antonio and purchased this home to enjoy for ourselves when possible and share with guests when we are unable to be in San Antonio. We had experience with owning vacation properties when we resided in Florida and we often stay at them ourselves when traveling.
