Family Gathering Home! Beautiful, Spacious, Clean! Next to Rocky Mtn N.P., YMCA

The newest home at Aspen Brook, next to Rocky Mountain National Park and just steps to the Big Thompson River. Riverview Retreat offers a large great room for gathering the family, retreats, and business getaways. There are many large windows with a large, wooded lot, views of the river and a wonderful private firepit area on property. Main level bedrooms and living area, four bathrooms with four bedrooms and a fun ping pong table room for indoor fun. Riverview has a three-car garage in addition to plenty of parking on the main level front of the home. No stairs required! The natural gas Weber grill on the deck and outside seating adds to the outside enjoyment in the beautiful, natural area of Aspen Brook. No streetlights or power lines makes star gazing a must.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family in a great location for town and the park. It was very clean and comfortable with a well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. I highly recommend!

Perfect home for our stay! Close to town and park entrances. Everything was just as pictured. Wildlife everywhere including our morning flop eared deer with his friends every morning and evening. Kitchen had more than we needed. Would definitely rebook if we get the opportunity.

Beautiful house. Well stocked kitchen. We loved having all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Fire pit was lovely. Kids enjoyed ping pong table and games. Would definitley stay here again!

THE BEST SPOT TO STAY IN ESTES PARK

The home was constructed well with super sound materials. The cleaning staff were amazing and A. No one had computers as we were not working, but wi fi was available. This was a really nice uprgraded home in a very quiet community, and an A experience. Huge 3 car garage.

This beautiful property had everything our family of 10 could have hoped for. It was well stocked with all necessities, was well laid out with baths for all 4 bedrooms. The 4 grandkids loved the lower level room with a king bed and queen size sofa bed. The kids books, games, stuffed animals, etc. had them exclaiming, “this is the best place ever”! The adults all agreed. We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the mountain air, eating in the beautiful kitchen/dining/great room layout. The fire pit was a perfect place for our last evening S’mores. The location of this house is convenient to the RMNP, and everything in Estes Park! Perfect home! We will definitely stay here again!

Mason Family Vacation

We had such a fantastic time. The house was perfect for our family of 9. The house was beautiful inside and out. It was perfect to accommodate all of us. It was well stocked and SUPER clean!! The neighborhood it was in was so pretty and quiet. Our host was fantastic to work with. Would love to stay at your property again in the future!!!

Beautiful, well appointed home near RMNP, Estes and the Y!

Clean, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood near all the attractions of the Estes valley. 4 bedrooms, all with King beds is hard to find and that’s what this home had which made it perfect for 2 families traveling together. Visiting in winter, it was great to have an attached 3 car garage as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’ll need for staying in and cooking. Overall, it was a great week and Riverview was a great place to stay! Thanks Tamara!

Birthday Bliss

We planned a last minute trip to Estes Park for my 50th birthday when our Disney vacation got canceled due to Hurricane Helene. From start to finish this stay was lovely. The communication from the property manager, Tamara, was above and beyond expectations. The house was warm, clean and serene. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying s’mores under the stars at the fire table!!!

Little Sister of the Family

We absolutely loved this home and location. What a great house with 4 large Kingsize beds and bathroom. It was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful deck on the front and had a beautiful view of the river. Everything was just perfect for a great vacation.

Beautiful home in Estes Park

This home had everything we needed plus! The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and all of the items needed for exploring the park were in the home to use- folding chairs, ice chest, back pack etc. we flew in so did not have any of those with us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Estes Park! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful home with large, well-equipped kitchen

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Best equipped kitchen in a place I have rented yet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this home made family dinners (and even having some extra guests over) possible AND easy. We had a few minor things come up and Tamara was easy to reach, quick to respond and took care of everything! It was difficult to find a home in Estes with enough bathrooms for the number of bedrooms (in my opinion), but this one worked perfectly. I highly recommend this home to other families or larger groups.

Wonderful house with a great location!

This house is set up very well for multiple couples traveling together. It's rare to find a 4 bed/4 bath house that is this well done. On top of that, the house comes stocked with many things that were unexpected. The attention to detail was evident. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into providing items guests might need for their stay. VERY clean and VERY well maintained. Highly recommended!

Family get together

Had a wonderful time with my son from Maryland and his family together with my daughter and sister from Texas. My granddaughter who lives in Germany also joined us. All had a fabulous time and want to return! This property has all the convenience of home. We did a lot of cooking and outdoor activities. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood.

Riverview's owners fell in love with Estes Park and decided they must have a home to spend more time in Estes and Rocky. They originate from Panama City, Florida, but consider Estes a second home. It is their vision to share their love of the mountains and Aspen Brook with others and also spend more time in this place they enjoy. Managers, James and Tamara have lived and owned their businesses in Estes Park for more than 40 years. Together, they work the day-to-day operations of managing their vacation homes at Aspen Brook and work hard to make sure you have a great stay!

Riverview has been lovingly cared for since 2016. Aspen Brook's newest built home, It was a private home turned vacation home summer (2021). It is conveniently located in the private community of Aspen Brook with great views of the river, a huge yard to play outside games, a gas firepit and natural gas BBQ Weber Grill. The home is super energy efficient with both central air and central heat, with an open, sunny great room making it great for family gatherings or corporate retreats.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The owners have worked to think of everything you could need for a great stay. Lots of little details like games, videos, flyfishing equipment, a telescope for star gazing and so much more. The main-level living is great for multi-generational families and the wide scope of sleeping arrangements and four bathrooms gives ample space for everyone. Staying at Aspen Brook affords easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and even accessing Moraine Park without ever getting in the car! It is truly a nature-filled oasis and as close as you can get to being in the national park but having all the luxury of home!
