4th of July Perfection

This was a wonderful place for our 5-night mini vacation over 4th of July. The beach was just across Hwy 1 with a lighted crosswalk close by. From our ocean facing condo we watched spectacular fireworks from the comfort of the balcony.The condo was well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and ample towels, bedding, equipment, tvs and games, paper supplies, and a washer and dryer. The closets were large with one including beach chairs, booger boards, beach towels, everything for a fun day at the beach.Stacy, the rental agent, was available every step of the way, and I look forward to calling her again for my next trip to New Smyrna Beach.

Great place to stay

Had to book this practically last minute from a place I had booked almost a year ago for the Welcome to Rockville event in Daytona. Exterior refurbishment landed on the original rental on my week. Just plain bad luck on that.Getting this unit turned that luck around. Great area, great unit, great host and the drive from Daytona International Speedway was smooth and not too much longer than trying to navigate masses heading beachside after the concerts.

Comfortable and well appointed; great location

My husband and I were visiting my parents who live in NSB. This condo had everything we could need and was clean and comfortable. The location is great and condo community is safe and very nice. Stacy was a great host - great communication and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Lovely condo

The condo was great! very clean, beautifully decorated and very roomy. All the comforts of home are there including beach chairs, wagon, beach noodles and toys. Our dog was welcomed! Proximity to beach was great. Pool very clean and comfortable and restaurants near by were all very good! Will be back to this condo, we loved it!

The Perfect Property!!

You will hit the jackpot with this unit and this property. After 13 hours on the road, (and with 2 grumpy kids) we arrived to find a welcome basket with snacks and drinks waiting for us (along with all the keys we needed and garage door opener). The 2 bedroom unit allowed our family of four to have plenty of room and close access to the pool area and fitness facilities. After a short 5 minute walk, our toes were in the sand and water! The unit has been immaculately maintained with new appliances and a roomy kitchen. Our teen and preteen were grateful there were many outlets that let them charge their devices throughout the condo. When speaking with the property owner, she assured us that all we needed to bring was food and our clothes- she wasn’t joking! Everything else we needed was waiting for us including beach chairs, beach items, towels, toilet paper, and laundry items. The perfect unit for a perfect beach vacation!!

Top of the line condo

This well equipped condo is adjacent to the pool/clubhouse with views of the ocean. Very comfortable and clean. We will be staying here again.

Great vacation spot!

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend, and it truly is a home away from home! Just bring your clothes and food. Everything else you need is there! And it is VERY clean and well appointed!

Successful and Easy Trip

This was one of the best and easiest trips we have had as a family of four (plus two dogs). Stacy was excellent to communicate with. She even let us know of a rocket launch at Port Canaveral that we could watch on the beach the days we were there. The condo had everything we needed to hit the beach (beach toys, wagon, chairs, cooler). The condo was fully stocked. All we brought were clothes and food and everything else was there. The pool was right by the unit on the first floor and the garage parking was a plus (kept our truck cool at all times). There were plenty of areas for our dogs to do their business and there is a nice boardwalk in the back of the property in the mangroves. The property also have doggie bags all over so no need to bring those either. I like that there was a hose outside of the building where you could wash off all the sand from the beach in addition to the wash station by the Oceanwalk boardwalk as soon as you leave the beach. The view from the balcony was nice just really hot until sundown. All the restaurants were within a 10-15 minute radius (Downtown Flagler). I honestly think we will back to visit this exact condo because everything was just so easy for our family.

Pack just your clothes & toiletries!

Fantastic! Stacy thought of everything! She made the condo feel like home. We truly only needed our clothes & toiletries for everything else was supplied (after a quick stop at Publix for drinks and snacks). We loved the location too! Bldg 20 had the pool, sauna, basketball & tennis courts right behind. The view from the balcony was a great view of the ocean and we enjoyed the big full moon (it seemed for several nights). Once again, the balcony was like home with comfy chairs and cushions. We really enjoyed coming back to such a relaxing condo after a day at the beach, park, etc.

A beach home away from home

From the ocean décor that gave a sense of home to all needs being thought of, this condo was spectacular. We could never have imagined such an amazing place to stay when we booked the rental. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a basket of goodies and a view that was remarkable. Each bedroom had a sense of home and the living areas were inviting to spend time together in. We brought our golden retriever who had never traveled long distances before. She loved seeing the other dogs that walked past the balcony and watching the locals walk the sidewalks. All of our needs (laundry, coffee, bedding, etc.) were thought of and went above all expectations. After our outings to either the beach or to explore Daytona for bike week, coming back to the condo had a sense of familiarity and calming. We will definitely be looking into booking another vacation in this condo. 5 stars!

Excellent place to stay!

This place was superb! We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean walk- and Stacy made it really easy about the check in, etc. EVERYTHING you can think of is already at this place- all you need is your clothes and some food. She had thought of EVERYTHING! We were over the moon with the everything that this condo had to offer. It had all kitchen gadgets, towels, sheets, beach chairs, tennis rackets- umbrella, crock pot- you name it - it is already there... Thank you for the wonderful vacation spot! Hope to be back!
